    One of the most immersive Games I ever played. Again a touch better then the previous one. Super also the great free crossovers (Danny Trejo, Rambo, Stranger Things) and even the 3 DLCs (play the villain of Far Cry 3+4+5). GREAT GAME!

    For me it was a great game. I played it all the way through with a friend in co-op. Graphics, atmosphere, story cool And the music and sound: MEGA. Still, Far Cry 5 was a bit more immersive for us.

    It's like they took everything I loved about Far Cry 5 and removed it. They literally took all the creativity of customizing your character and made it so where you have to wear something you wouldn't even choose to wear in order to obtain an ability? That is just ridiculous. I don't know what you've done to my beloved Far Cry but it literally was the only Far Cry I couldn't finish… Expand

    I loved Far Cry 5 and this type of games is exactly what i really enjoy. But Far Cry 6 managed to be so stupid a really wasn't able to play it for more than an hour :/

    Far Cry 6 is a successful sequel to the game series. The open world is very good. The arsenal of equipment and weapons is enormous. The stakes are numerous and varied. Overall, the game has become much more complex than its predecessors. Bugs and crashes are rare.

    Absolutely the best Far cry game! I love the amazing open world. the New crafting aspects in the game are something new to far cry. The possibility to upgrade your gear and even upgrade you vehicles. Really don't understand why it get so bad reviews.

AND THATS NOT ! - Your games are more and more pure "cringe" and a shame. - The Quality of your assets/models is becoming worse more and more! - More is not    Holy sh** what a disaster!

    The audio bug that means you can’t hear NPC’s, enemies, or gun shots makes the game almost unplayable and completely unenjoyable. I’ve tried the fixes given online and nothing seems to fix it. Extremely poor and disappointing

    I really enjoy the game and it is a solid 8.5. The latino culture is so fun and fits nicely with the type of the game. I am playing it with Wemod for better mobility and faster progression. I wish it would be a third person camera option and drone like in Ghost Recon Breakpoint, and a modern Assassin's Creed climbing mechanic.

    A worse far cry 5, which I loved. more of the same, in a less interesting and rewarding way. The A.I is so bad in this game, it is laughable. When I played the game also had a decent amount of bugs. The only saving grace was giancarlo esposito.

    Far Cry + Ubisoft Open world

    It plays exactly as you envisioned it. Just less interesting.

    This game deserves a 1 out of 10. The story of far cry 6 is bland nothing interesting. OOOh we just run around killing soldiers and taking down Castillo such a good story. Clothing options are **** we have to run around dressed up as clowns using supremos blowing everything up. The glitches are terrible all the time I run into a game-breaking glitch. I have started playing FarCry in 2019 I played far cry 5, 4 and new dawn before 6 there were all really fun and I started to love the series. After this game, i lost all my love and hope for the series. The developers don't care about their game anymore and are now becoming greedy for money and locking many items behind microtransactions. This game is a **** hot pile of **** Do not buy any DLCs or this game. Some of these bugs may get fixed with an update but they should just fix everything in the first place before release.     Far Cry 6 is bringing a brand new setup in a well known franchise. As someone who always liked the Far Cry formula, Far Cry 6 is the most advanced, polished world ever built in this franchise. The map is massive, the world is gorgeous.

    While the formula is kept - a FPS / shooter in an open world - there are some nice additions: the heat system is well aligned with the narrative: the    Far Cry 6 is bringing a brand new setup in a well known franchise. As someone who always liked the Far Cry formula, Far Cry 6 is the most advanced, polished world ever built in this franchise. The map is massive, the world is gorgeous.

    While the formula is kept - a FPS / shooter in an open world - there are some nice additions: the heat system is well aligned with the narrative: the Republic of Yara (the map, the game basically) is run by forces that drive constantly. You meet them in different occasion, roaming on the map, but contrary to the other Far Cry, if you keep your weapon in your holster and behave correctly, they will treat you like a random citizen. That's more strategy and stealth added to the Far Cry concept. It's very fun to keep low profile while walking beside a tank patrolling. Knowing that you are going to a position where you are going to join the rebels for an attack. The developers have really created something unique here that we did not have previously. That makes the world lively and full of surprises.

    Other innovation, there are more diverse opponents, with different skill sets symbolized by icons on top of them. That's in line with the new ammunition management. Some opponents will require stronger or different types of ammunition.

    The gunplay is as good as any other Far Cry, with a large range of weapons, from guns to shotguns, to snipers, long-rifles to rocket launchers, ... But you get them by finding them in special locations, not anymore dropped by opponents. You also get all the cars, choppers, planes, boats, you can imagine as usual. Even horses now. The art direction is a strength in this game, delivering a very Latino atmosphere, with large landscapes, islands, the biggest urban environments in any Far Cry, and strong music as usual. The rain for example is beautifully integrated in the Caribbean environment, both sounds and visuals. It runs at a perfect 60 frames per second on max details at 1080p on a Ryzen 9 (4th gen) + RTX 2060.

    The story unfolds nicely with different characters per region, while you - the player - is waiting for the dictator, Castillo, to reveal itself, on a territory, the city of Esperanza, that is the most difficult location on the map, rated 9, on a scale from 1 to 9.

    I could go on and on describing the 6th game in the serie. It's a beautifully crafted FPS dedicated to solo players. In my book, this is one of the best Ubisoft productions. Also the longest Far Cry. It has become one of my favorite open world, FPS games.    … Expand

    The game is boring. They're sick with a caricature of reality in this game. Zero unique and engaging story, no character development, paid gameplay elements. Drama. Ah and that LOLA. A vivid advertisement of a certain brand with perfumes. It cannot be described, it has to be seen. And the mini-game with Lola is boring to power.

    This is my last game I purchased from Ubisoft. I will check each new one first because I am already puking LGBT, "strong women" and micro-transactions.     The good is easy, the animal companions are fun, cute, and all around hilarious in combat that can compliment your "guns-blazing" or "sneaky-stealthy" style of gameplay, and the Cuban culture is modernized well-enough to resemble the way it was back in the 50s. The bad is overwhelming, I will summarize most of it in the +/- down below because I would need more than 5000 characters to dole out the harsh criticism this game deserves, but I will touch on the politics because it is just becoming a plague on the entertainment industry and should be called out at every turn.

    The political themes make no sense, I get that you activists want to attack everyone for being a "fascist", but Castillo, like Bautista who he is clearly based off of, is a Socialist (or Marxist) dictator. The Cuban Revolution itself was created by a far-left Communist in Castro, so I am not quite sure where the "fascism" is coming from? Unless you mean modern day governments with medical mandates & segregation? Oh right, my political opinion is not allowed, just Ubisoft Toronto & Shanghai, my mistake.

    Stop injecting this garbage into every title, the people playing your games are not far-left communist revolutionaries that are miles removed from reality, we are people who play games to escape this same political garbage we have to deal with every day. You want to make a game where we play as the Cuban Revolutionaries? Do it, sounds awesome, but when your game is clearly trying to make statements to parallel real-life modern day politics with diversity quotas and attacks on people who are not far left... don't be surprised when you get deserved 3/10 ratings and harsh criticism lobbed your way.

    Also, feel free to tell us why we should take political pandering cues from a company that is full of communist activists, sexual harassers/assaulters, anti-white racists, and has not put out an excellent title in almost 10 years...

    This pile of trash pales in comparison to any other Far Cry game because you managed to take an open world shooter full of over the top action, quirky characters, and legendary bosses, and turn it into a boring, repetitive, preachy, and dull experience that has terribly annoying cliché characters and modern political talking points.

    I'll even say this... if I could roam around this sandbox making my character stronger, attacking outposts/military bases, AA sites and the like with my favorite pet animal by my side... I would give this game a solid 5 or 6, but the fact that I have to listen to children dreaming of role-playing as the cowardly Che Guevara and incessantly being called by these annoying side characters, made this game an absolute chore to playthrough. Pathetic.

    + Animal companions are fun

    - There is nothing new or innovative here
    - The story is a boring slog
    - Skill trees replaced with GR Breakpoint RPG clothing
    - Microtransactions
    - Managed to waste Giancarlo Esposito's acting abilities

    - Textures that either look absolutely amazing or slightly worse than PS2 graphics
    - An HD texture pack that needs 11GB+ to work
    - Abysmal optimization
    - Instant respawns within enemy zones (We're talking Far Cry 2 level respawns)
    - Game is not very challenging and has no real difficulty
    - Has a $159.99 Ultimate Edition with a season pass when the core game is unfinished
    - Exclusivity, which means no Steam or Nvidia DLSS
    - How did you manage to forget about Italian language localization?

    Overall, there is nothing new here in the formula, just a new setting, an extra gadget, and the same mind-numbing gameplay you have already experienced from ANY other open-world shooter. All of the previous entries are superior to this one. I would suggest waiting until this game is like $20, even then, that is probably an overpay. Poor effort Ubisoft, just like Assassin's Creed, this franchise is on life support.    … Expand

But this game has many good things, like the story line, female character, the game overall, have to work to get the best weapons and upgrades rather than buy it right away, like in far cry 5.     Love the characters, the world fells diverse and beatifull, the cars handle very nicely, the animals are such great fun, the guns and gadgets are amazing.

There was never the feeling that something massive would be different, as one can assume by the previous iterations. As such, I had immense fun playing this game, some very funny moments, performance was great, some crashes here and there but nothing major.

    bardzo fajna gra. Świetny antagonista, w większości dobrze napisane postacie. grafika jest naprawdę ładna ale dupy nie urywa, bardzo podoba mi się użyta paleta barw. gra ma swoje problemy zdarzyło mi napotkać pewne glicze graficzne, albo z fizyką ale nie jakieś duże. grałem na geforce now i nie
    chciała się włączyć jeśli nie miałem włączonej angielskiej klawiatury. ale mimo swoich    bardzo fajna gra.     Far cry 6 is about the same as you’d ever expect from a far cry game. I did enjoy my time with this game but it’s mediocre at best. The story was ok enough to push me through, nothing groundbreaking but ok enough. Gameplay, gunplay, driving etc is pretty much the same.

    I wouldn’t recommend this game. I’ll only be replaying it on my PS5 for trophies and not because I wanted to revisit it.

People that have issues with the transgender character are too focused in their own insecurities to enjoy the simple things in life. It's not a masterpiece, it's just a fun game you can spend some fun hours with. People that have issues with the transgender character are too focused in their own insecurities to enjoy the simple things in life. It's not a masterpiece, it's just a fun game you can spend some fun hours with. The narrative is quite cheezy, but I absolutely enjoyed the Legends of 69 arc, the Montero's one was ok, and I didn't like the maximas matanzas one (too cringy). Ending was quite ok for me.… Expand

    Hra na xboxu běží na stálých 120Fps a za celou dobu jsem narazil na jen asi 4 bugy. Jako v každé Far cry hře je prostředí udivující, pralesy plné zvířat a vysokých rostlin, nádherné pláže na, kterých jde slyšet zpěv ptáků.. Záporák je taky povedený, má z něho jít strach a respect což z něj jde. Obrovský arsenál zbraní, velký výběr dopravních prostředků, trochu mi, ale vadila délka příběhuHra na xboxu běží na stálých 120Fps a za celou dobu jsem narazil na jen asi 4 bugy. Jako v každé Far cry hře je prostředí udivující, pralesy plné zvířat a vysokých rostlin, nádherné pláže na, kterých jde slyšet zpěv ptáků.. Záporák je taky povedený, má z něho jít strach a respect což z něj jde. Obrovský arsenál zbraní, velký výběr dopravních prostředků, trochu mi, ale vadila délka příběhu kdyby se odstranilo z každé části pár misí tak by to bylo o dost lepší. Každopádně si myslím že po dlouhé době ubisoft zaskočil a vydal dobrou hru, ale nechápu kritiku této hry, ó můj bože ta hra je podobná těm minulým bla bla bla. Co čekáte, ten systém kterým je hra udělaná funguje a je povedený tak proč to měnit? Tahle hra je prostě od předchozích dvou dílů povedená, rozhodně doporučuji.… Expand

    Thecnically it's a good game with smooth gameplay just like the previous ones. Story can also be funny at times but so so so repetitive. High time for major changes in the series

    It really is just more of the same, but frankly less interesting than past Far Cry games. It is pretty, open world, and has moments of excitement, but mostly it's just a grind to get through each storyline and finish the game... Especially if you don't care for all of the random side games and quests.

    I've played every Far Cry game for the last 10 years, and this might be the most disappointing. The story was boring: no morally grey/thought provoking conflict like previous titles, no true reason the main character stays to fight, and multiple deaths for really no reason (maybe it was a bad attempt at trying to make it interesting?). The graphics are obviously pretty, but the environmentI've played every Far Cry game for the last 10 years, and this might be the most disappointing. The world is basically a recycled Far Cry 3, and the story is like Far Cry 4 but without the things that made it interesting. They even took out the skill tree which I think most people love as a staple of the series. There is also a recurring glitch where the audio goes out. The DLC is better than the main story imo, but it takes me 5 minutes to get it to launch (and not glitch) every time I try. I waited in line to get my pre-order the day this game dropped, and I am sad to say I expected much more. I hope it was just pandemic issues that made this so mediocre and the writing so lazy. I really hope Far Cry 7 (or whatever in-between game they do) puts the series back on track a bit.… Expand

    Another great Far Cry added to the series. Love the gameplay, situation and culture. Although my rating is a personal opinion, i still don't understand how someone can rate this game below 5-6. Guess people don't like change.

    I was having fun playing this game up until they released a patch that came with a bug. This bug breaks the enemy and coop partner tagging system. You can't turn it off anymore. This breaks the game for me, as it makes an easy game far easier than it ever should be. I didn't pay 60$ so the game could break halfway through me playing it.     The game is amazingly boring, most of the time you walk on empty island.Boring and annoying characters, terrible music and mission design.The good things are the graphics and weapons but is super boring to shoot couple of soldiers with terrible AI

    an *Ok* entry in the FC series. The story and settings are not as powerful as FC4/5, and I'm not huge fan of the cartoonish graphics (mostly the aiming part). The game does have some RPG elements in it now, but they are relatively minor, and do not significantly change the gameplay from previous releases.

    I still enjoy the action and the huge amount of content, so you can absolutely    an *Ok* entry in the FC series. I dont like TPS camera in camps, big titles when changing regions a specially when need layout for mission or gps for car. Ammo mechanics are rather understandable but stupid illogic.     Thats normally the stongest point on every FarCry game... And it started so well... As a Spanish speaker i loved the proper feel of how the conversation went with the expressions, and the voice acting was stellar as usual! big props to the cast!
    I have no idea how the game went form cool well built characters and villain and went to SJW fanfiction on the second half...
    By all means have diversity on your stories im not personally against that but the way it got done it was so messy it looks like a charicature... It felt like you just trying to check all the virtue boxes and it got lost on it... if you try to include everyone it feels forced and out of place.
    A whole area of your game felt like babysitting angry teens... very annoying and lt was the last thing i did on the game before the end and it felt like a bore...
    The ending also *NO SPOILERS was a giant letdown and there was no big decision to be made or even bittersweetnes on the outcome, the story just... died... and the setup was just fantastic at the start i was enjopying meeting everyone and then it slowly turn boring.
    Big hope that the user score make the devs understand that storytelling is paramount and getting involved on woke politics is just boring... or maybe is just me!    … Expand

All places in the game are full of all kinds of collectible things that you have no interest of collecting. It feels wrong to upgrade weapons etc. since the game gets even easier after doing it.     Far Cry is an open world game, which means sniper rifles. That's just what that means, whether you like it or not, so what do the devs do? They make the sniper rifles useless (damage, aiming, everything). A pistol is more effective.
    Also, there are all kinds of mechanics that make this game more of an RPG, but a bad one. First of all, role-playing games with guns don't work because headshots should result in death and should not result in numbers flying off of your enemy head (and if you disagree with me, you're obviously wrong), but secondly and more importantly, Far Cry is supposed to be a first person FPS and not an RPG, but the devs will sneakily try to push their RPG mechanics on you anyway.

    The graphics are actually surprisingly bad. I am not complaining about that though, because the upside is that I am able to maintain 50+ fps on my laptop, but I can imagine that some people will be upset when they spend 1000 EUR on a new video card, turn all the settings to "ultra" and then they see a game that looks like it was released 5 or 10 years ago.

    I will reconsider this review, when they fix the sniper rifles.    … Expand

    help them with 13-15 boring quests, finish area - go to the next area - repeat for 30 hours.
    I couldn't even bring myself to finish it. once you finish an area you never contact or been contacted by them again.. took me 30 hours to beat the game + some side mission.

Я прошел эту игру одним залпом, что не могу сказать например про 5 фар край, т к его я забрасывал несколько раз так как он однообразный... Конечно этот фар край не идеален: мне не очень понравилось решение убрать навыки но впринципе это терпимо... еще доп миссии оказались не настолько интересные как в 5, но по сюжетуЯ не знаю в чем причина такой маленькой оценки остальных пользователей...     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. So you want to Hear another story Eh? One where the very fate of Far cry 6 hangs in the balance? If not - Too bad im telling you anyways

    To start out with i will cover the launch loosely, The Launch was terrible, There were crashes, glitches, bugs and unplayability all around, Textures werent loading in, the game had severe visual downgrades all around (and still does) things would look straight out of PS3 launch titles and LOD errors making buildings load in as colored blocks less than 300 meters away, so scouting with your Binoc/Camera was impossible (this is after the launch of both Ghost recon games where you could snipe for over a kilometer away in a detailed environment). And guess who Ubisoft blamed this on US, THE CONSUMERS, they blamed our hardware which included anything form old stable hardware to the newest top pf the line stuff which i have experienced both of, both a 1070 and a 3080

    Now to the meat of the game

    - The game plays like ass, its boring to Experience, Mechanically scalped and stripped to the bone. Hunting animals have been reduced to just not creating bullet holes in your target and walking over them, coming from playing Dying light the movement is so restrictive and slugish, you can just run, walk and crouch with the capaility to climb 3 feet ledges (doesnt always work) or just slightly above your head (doesnt always work either), Flying feels bad and like its fighting you and swimming is dreadful
    - Gun play is boring and stealth is just not properly possible. You get the most consistent gun as the 3rd in the game and you will never feel all that challenged, put a supressor on it and you are set, just walk in and i mean that just walk in and take out one by one with enough eye to hand coordination you wont even be spotted this is aided by the AI
    - AI literally feels like its 20 years old, its actually worse than Far Cry 3's. The AI doesnt react to **** they have the same reaction to a dead body that IRL people have to seeing something in the street realising its uninteresting and just walking on and friendly characters just walk into ****
    - Enemies and NPC handling is awful. Enemies are just randomly strewn across every inch of the map and spawn back in as soon as you turn your back and move 5 meters... its breaks all immersion when i can run into 80 different patrols in the span of 8 minute having ran in circles in an area the size of a literal soccer field, Breakpoint a mediocre title atleast had corpse and enemy continuity even for literal kilometers of in game terrain, but here corpses just vanish and enemies will just spawn in randomly more than 50 meters away so you can move in and out of a spawn area and then meet a car, a hostage 2 horses or 3 guards with no care for continuity and since Ubisoft removed all animal and wild danger this was their solution lazily force spawning in basic enemies to fill the NPC vacuum, and the games god awful entity render distance even on Top tier hardware, it makes it even worse that you can just see vehicles phase in and out of existance down the street
    - The game is damn **** easy as you get the most consistant weapon as the 3rd weapon and the game doesnt pose any challenge unless you literally sit back and fall half asleep
    - Its still dickriding Vaas 9 year and 4-5 entries later
    - The story is executed terribly with little to no nuance or care for what its relating to, being the South American nations the US threw into conflict over political disagreement with, like calling everything Communist back in the day. The story of cyclical continual conflict in this Gorilla vs State world was much better done in Far cry 4 the story doesnt care for pacing or being interesting same goes for mission design which is just CTRL + C - CTRL V all over. the characters are MAJORILY unlikeable, their motivations are bland, undercooked and underseasoned LIKE WHY TF DO I HAVE TO RESCUE SOMEONES TOP SURGERY SURGEON WHEN IM FIGHTING A WAR? and the entire plan of the resistance is to just throw the country into anarchistic chaos cause they have no plan, all you do is doom this nation by completely destroying their infastructure and destroying their export being most effective cure for cancer the world has ever seen instead of just making it ethical to produce and they just let villains go and ilogically escape multiple times. this game is just an unironic totally serious attempt at the mindless numbskulled Twitter liberal **** the government, defund destroy, anarchy, communism mindset" that would just throw the US into chaos
    - The game visually has aged worse in 2 months than Dying light has in 6 years, Like ffs Ubisoft blood is still this Bright red plastic playdough bull**** thats just stretching and distorting with movement, ontop of No environmental effects that even Rockstar did in Red Dead Redemption 2 and they havent made something new in 7 years, i think Tombraider from 2015 had environmental effects like mud and wetness clinging to you    … Expand

The only thing I do remember is that they are all so shoddily written, and they suffer from FC5's issue of too many characters. Remember when each of Joseph Seed's 3 lieutenants were different, and a good portion of the story missions was about taking them on directly? Ubisoft instead decided "nah, let's give each of them 2 scenes each, and just make the rest about our forgettable cast of characters".

    Now for the other thing that made me angry: Mechanics. I'm gonna shove 2 points together because this is becoming more of a college essay than a review. 1. getting guns. Have you ever wanted a specific gun in this game? well good luck, because crates are semi-randomized, and finding something as specific as an AK will take you way too long, and you can't buy it (you can buy some guns, but not NEARLY enough of them) because "the path of the guerrilla, we need to have you run around the map Dani and get every FNG crate". 2. Bases FC5 did good with this. Most of the areas you could find in free-roam that were obviously bases WERE take-over able bases. In 6 however, you have none of these, instead they're a story mission you haven't found yet, and there is a severe lack of the most fun thing to do in Far Cry 5.

    Finally, the thing that is the shortest, and a Ubisoft classic: terrible mission design. Most of the missions are just plain awful. So awful, my brain has blocked them out of my memory, and whenever i think about launching FC6 through epic, I immediately remember one terrible mission, and don't try a second play through. Sometimes it's just "go to these 3 places and press E at a specific place then fight some people", sometimes it's "fight some enemies in this arena", and sometimes it's the second one, but you're attacking instead of defending. These describe all the missions in the entire game. Far Cry 5 suffers from this too, but at least you could go find a base to destroy in between missions, or fly a plane around.

    Now, the only good thing about this game is co-op. That's why I gave it a 2 instead of a 0. I enjoyed playing this with a buddy, and much like 5 it's the best mechanic. other than this, the graphics are the same as 5, yet make my computer overheat more, the guns are more varied, but this hurts it since you can't just choose guns to buy, the obvious politics are annoying, the tanks are pretty fun, the call a vehicle option is also pretty cool, and the napalm is VERY nice. Just buy far cry 5 with your 60 dollars if you want it, or use your money on something else.    … Expand

Just Cause was FUNNY, Far Cry 6 is depressing, pretentious and broken. The game starts with a guy getting murdered by the evil communist troops in the streets, because the writers were 12 year olds who think of communism and leftist politics the same way Reagen did. Then your friend in the game throws a bottle at the troops because he wanted to get shot, you know, he shouted to them "please kill me now because I'm stupid and thought I'd attack you with a bottle after you just killed a guy in cold blood and at which point you obviously would kill any witnesses you'd be made aware of, which I just did by shouting at you and throw a bottle without making any attempt to escape having done it", that's just such amazing Oscar-level writing! OMG! SO REALISTIC! WHAT STUPID **** IDIOTS MADE THIS GAME HOW THE **** HELL DID THEY GET A **** JOB ANYWHERE!!!!! The action gameplay is JUST AS BAD. Shooting someone up front in the head is like shooting someone in an Amiga 500 game in the 80s. "HHH *WAGGING* IM DYING IM FALLING OVER AAA IM DEAD". No physics. No blood, no gore. Games made 15 years ago was more realistic than this. Far Cry 6 was a planned ripoff of a well-known franchise to sell tons of games to kids from 3 to 7. You can't skip most cutscenes, the #1 hallmark of the worst games in history. There is no difficulty setting. There is just "baby mode", which they call "story mode", because God forbid having to spend more hours on this SCAM of a game than necessary. Not to mention different difficulty levels would CONFUSE THE 3 to 7 YEAR OLD KIDS. The example picture when you change graphics settings doesn't change when you change quality. At all. When you turn toward the setting sun and the other direction, the screen goes from pitch dark to super bright.     Gameplay - If you've played FC3 and above, you know exactly what to expect here. Instead of booting up and adding new things to your repertoire, this is more like coming home, after some time away. Depending on what you're looking for, this can be good or bad. A few different weapons and moves, but we pretty much stick to the formula or standard that was set before it. Personally, I have zero problem with that. It made it so easy to install and get right in to it.

    Sound - With the new area you will be playing in, there's tons of mountains, water, ocean, rivers and so on, not the same as FC5 and it's amazing mountain peaks, but more like tropical mountains and so on. Got some real FC3 vibes. But you can hear every animal, footstep, people talking and so on and hear it crystal clear. The music is good as well. 2 things I really enjoy about the audio. 1 - Whether you play as the male or female, they have a voice now. One that fits the character perfectly. 2 - This one surprised me. While driving, a song came on over the radio and my character began to sing along with it. I know it means nothing for gameplay, but it seemed to immerse me a little more in the world.

    If you're a fan of the FC series, you will find tons of stuff here to love but, you may find things not changed up enough from the last couple entries. There's not a lot of new mechanics, which I personally have no problem with, but others, who expect a game with a series such as FC, they will be let down by the lack of innovation. Also, having an animal partner, following you around and helping out, is nothing new, FC5 had the same mechanic. But, it's more refined this time around and they seem to be much smarter and a lot more useful.

    Story - This, to me, is the best FC story since Vaas in Far Cry 3. 3 really being the game that won me over to the series, had an amazing story and Vaas was the biggest reason why. Far Cry 6, to me anyway, out does itself story wise and now has my favorite story of all, knocking 3 down a notch to the number 2 position. It didn't take long for me to lose myself in the world, in the characters, anticipating what may happen just around the corner. As a person who has read more comics and more books than your average Joe, 6 sucked me in, just like a good book you can't put down. I would play longer, even when I should go to bed because I didn't want to sleep, until the part of the story I was currently in, either ended, or switched gears a bit.

    I wanted to give this a 10 but, I went with a 9 because the lack of real innovation in the gameplay. It was as if, your character from Far Cry 5, moved to tropical islands and forests, to continue with his journey. The settings were different, the graphics even better, but it was most like I had been treated to a really well made DLC, instead of a whole new game.

    I recommend everyone giving it a shot. Whether you're a FC fan, or fan of FPS games in general. There's lots to love, lots to do and it's all in a beautiful world. The story alone can capture your mind or imagination and encourage you to keep moving, finding out more as you go. Give this one a try, you wont regret it.

    But the difficulty? I would say this is a game that's made so everyone can dominate in it.
    You can choose between toddler or 5 year old difficulty.
    I liked FC1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and New Dawn. (Did not like Primal) but FC6 is no where near any of those.
    FC5 was easy but not toddler easy.

    Which leads me to the games biggest problem... the lack of difficulty. There's absolutely no challenge to the game as there's no punishment in dying, though there's honestly very little chance in that happening when the AI is beyond terrible.

    The game desperately needs a difficulty setting, as the game is pretty much a driving, walking and target practice sim.

    It feels like the game is designed for kids or people who have never played an fps before. There's zero challenge, and you will be just doing the same thing over and over and over again.

    So very disappointing. Ubi need a huge rethink for farcry 7.

    Однако часть касающаяся повествования - огромный минус. Несмотря на пару неплохих ходов, история в целом - это безумный цирк, в который ни на секунду не веришь. Начиная от их образов и заканчивая их поступками. Немалая часть дегтя в превращении некоторых элементов сюжет в элементы ММО.
    Центральная мысль прошлых частей - борьба главного героя с создавшимися незнакомыми ему условиями. В шестой же части разработчики прошли и мимо и окунули игрока в неубедительную историю революции страны третьего мира. Несмотря на свое тяжелое состояние, Яра географически больше схожа на серию ГТА, из-за чего сильно теряет свои корни.
    И вот беря во внимание вышеупомянутые минусы, не могу не отметить, что по итогу степень погружения сильно и сильно понижена.
    Люблю серию и не считаю шестой Far Cry провальной частью, но ей есть куда расти, пока она не окончательно потеряла свою линию    … Expand

F***NG LEVEL NUMBERS!(to start adequately killing the enemy - each weapon needs to be upgraded to armor-piercing ammo and the special skill must be gained, who the hell decided that this thing from "New Dawn" is something interesting for the players???)... Auto leveling of enemies. I don't think it's generally bad, but they had to give that decision to players hands. I LOVE sniper-rifles. But I HATE when head-shot from that rifles make almost no damage only because of +1LVL or something like that. It's awful... Side-quests are not interesting empty events with very few exceptions... The storyline in the two regions with secondary bosses is absolute boredom with completely uninteresting characters. Only the eastern region can present interesting plot moments with veterans of the past revolution(D@mn, playing in the region of rappers and other near-media teenagers. I often caught myself thinking that if THESE are the representatives of freedom, it’s better to let that man-dictator remain. They all the time behaved like beaten off radicals in adolescent maximalism and a complete lack of any responsibility)... The main plot about the dictator and his son: a complete fiasco. The game had a lot of potential to unleash some interesting ideas from the trio of protagonist, dictator and his son, but this game completely f*cked up that potential... The most prescribed and motivated character in the game is a companion - rooster. He, at least, fully corresponded to himself, which was written in the description of his character. And he had adequate motivation, no matter how ridiculous it may sound.

    In general, if the developers do not care about the players so much and only cares about raking in money on their conveyor - from now I will put an end to the Far Cry series. Unfortunately.    … Expand

    Far Cry 6 is the next iteration of the Far Cry universe, and you can see some of the blending from other Ubisoft properties here. While the formula may be a little more visible than we’d like, and the AI could use a shot in the arm, what is here is a thrill ride adventure sure to give fans of the franchise exactly what they are looking for.

I just wanted the same style of gameplay we have had year after year. Unfortunately this game runs so poorly on my 3070 I cant play it. I have tried adjusting every setting possible. I run any and every game at max settings.I couldnt tell you the last time I loaded up a game and had to quit because of how poorly it ran. Far Cry 6 is exactly what I expected. I didnt expect any new content. I just wanted the same style of gameplay we have had year after year. Unfortunately this game runs so poorly on my 3070 I cant play it. Так же в игре нет катсцен почти что совсем, просто, подходишь в NPC, и нажимаешь кнопку "начать операцию" или как-то так, а цель миссии расписана текстом. Класс, да?

    И так, что я хочу сказать, в этой игре нет ничего, кроме красивой обёртки в виде графики, всё остальное это просто ужасно, да и цена на российском рынке очень высокая - 2500₽ за обычную игру с фармом. Так вот, FarCry это хорошая игра, если вы хотите вечерами посидеть, отдохнуть, не думая о сюжете, это игра прекрасно для этого подойдёт, для полноценного прохождения, я вам её не советую. 4 балла чисто из-за окружающего мира и оружия    … Expand

    Yeah, it's "more of the same" all over again and I understand if people feel flustrated about it but I still had fun playing this one. And the settings of Yara is beautiful.

    **** lesbiand and money grabs. This is the "Breakpoint" of FC, a generic game, worst in the series. Good job Ubisoft for replacing brains and quality with politics.

    Ну что же это очередная часть фар края кому прошлые понравились то и эта зайдет и обратное.
    Графика смотрится просто норм, но мир как всегда великолепный, можно просто часами бродить и наслаждаться высматривая всякую мелочь.

    В целом играю и получаю удовольствие что и другим советую, а кому не нравится то пройдите мимо и найдите то что вам понравится. И зная что убисофт делают +- тоже самое из части в часть идете и жалуетесь на одни и те же проблемы что довольно забавно смотрится)    … Expand

    Far Cry finally got rid of the most annoying bits (like the infamous towers), but that’s pretty much the extent of the series’ progress. Far Cry 6 doesn’t improve on the core concept in any way. Still, all the expected mechanics work as advertised and keep the game above the line.

    Far Cry 6 is a work that strives for progress while maintaining stability. There are ancestral gameplays of the series that have not been outdated, and some system optimizations and improvements that keep pace with the times. In general, it is still a familiar formula and a familiar taste.

    Upon reaching the end of this review, I’ve come away with a revelation. Yes, Far Cry 6 is the accumulated chemical detritus from years of similar lab experiments, layered and stratified, compounded with time and pressure. But it isn’t a catalyst. I am. I played Far Cry 6 to completion: I pressed buttons to shoot guns and progress the plot; I killed an inordinate number of animals to buy upgrades; I equipped new pairs of pants to make myself stealthier. And at the end of it all, I felt nothing. I was unchanged by the experience.
