Endless Defence 2 is a fully-fledged tower defence game, slapped on with a very cheap price point. For its price, there is no better game to nab than this one, and the hours of gameplay you can get out of it, is more than enough to justify the price point.
Endless Defence 2’s gameplay is very simple and easy to learn, and just has a magical touch that you can never get bored of. With simple clicking and only 5 towers, you can rest assured that you aren’t spending half an hour trying to get used to the game mechanics. I’ve met a few bugs here and there, but overall came out very satisfied from the gameplay. If I were to nitpick, some of the levels felt incredibly difficulty, but hey what’s a game without any challenge?
The graphics on Endless Defence 2 are actually not that bad, considering that the game was made by a single person. The visual style was satisfying, and I must admit, a bit repetitive, but the simple models always had their unique touch and put a smile on my face, and never felt old and boring. With a few touches here and there, and with some developer work, the graphics could be one of the best art styles in gaming.
Updates on this game are frequent, with monthly updates to give the game a good refresh. Updates always add a new concept to the game, and each content update feels like a huge stride in the right direction. The developer often listens to the community, and if there is a critical bug, it is fixed rather quickly. Overall, a very active developer. With no IAPs or DLCs of any sort (well for now), you can rest assured that you are getting the full package when purchasing the game.
Ultimately, if you have spare change and want to spend it, go and nab Endless Defence 2. It is definitely a game you can zone out to, and there is new content being added to the already fun game frequently. 9/10… Expand
