    In PR terms, it's the world's costliest public beta. There's a lithe control system in the wreckage, but it'll take many updates to dig it out.

    This is a solid football game like the series has always been, but the lack of content and game modes simply means there is nothing to do in this game. You will get bored in a matter of hours.

    eFootball 2022 isn’t just a bad football game, it’s a bad videogame. It took Konami most of the 2010s to take Pro Evolution Soccer from a mediocre football game to something respectable, and can’t be expected to turn eFootball 2022 around quickly. Playing it sucked all of the enjoyment out of football, and I can’t help but feel it would have been better served being released as a digital pachinko game.

    The Pro Evolution Soccer series was all the time a worthy opponent for the popular football simulation FIFA. But the newest game from Konami eFootball 2022 has lost all of its glory of the past. The biggest problem of the title is not the small scope with only two gamemodes, nine licensed clubs and six stadiums, it’s the horrendous gameplay. The switch to the Unreal Engine does absolutely not work for the new football simulation from Konami. There is a lot of work to do in the next weeks, to make this game enjoyable and playable.

    eFootball 2022 is a disaster at launch. It's a buggy, unenjoyable mess with limited gameplay options that strip back the core strengths of the PES series, and the fact that it was released in this state at all is shocking. Konami may bring in fixes as it implements further free-to-play updates, but even then, the question over eFootball 2022's worth will still need to be repeatedly asked.

    I would be surprised if this game did not get game of the year. This game completely demolishes everything it is literally unbeatable. The game is so advanced you would think that it came out in 7 years time. The best part about the game is that despite the fact that it is amazing it will get even greater in a couple months when all the game modes are included.… Expand

    So after playing eFootball, here are my thoughts about the game.

    The game was a rebrand of PES but sadly it didn't too good, the UI is a issue, the colors of blue and yellow is not a good fit. However the pre-game intro cutscenes is a good add as well as the stadiums intros, but it's the only good thing. Gameplay is a problem, the game is suffering from bugs and something there can be framerate issues and it can be glitchy at times. Ball physics is a mess and the animation are not that consistent. Graphics is not good, it never was good as the teasers. The big problem is that the game is lacking content.
    Overall, I cannot honestly recommend eFootball. What would be a big step for the series instead turned into a mobile based game, and it's disappointing because the teaser shows promise of the series only to instead become a disappointment.

Мне похуй на количество режимов, оформление меню, я любил это движок, эти пасы, эти движения корпусом идентичные настоящим игрокам. Все в пизду, повторюсь, КАЖДЫЙ компонент игры стал хуже, даже графика откатилась лет на 7-8. Говноеды, которых этот высер приколол - жрите это дерьмо с лопаты. Покойся с миром PES 20/21… Expand

This already gave EA and FIFA a win, lots of PES/eFootball players has already gone over to FIFA 22. Konami seems much more interested in the mobile market hence giving us mobile-like graphics even on next-gen consoles and PC.

    The Unreal Engine is dynamic and powerful, yet Konami gave us disfigured faces and animations, Defending has become more difficult with the removal of second man press. Konami also put out a note not to change controller layout since it might break the game.

    GOOD JOB KONAMI, I'm a long time ISS/PES player and this is just embarrassing, I'm sticking to 2021 when I want to play some Master League matches.    … Expand
