    went f2p until paragon (2), this game is the worst scam ever, every trick and every resource invented to make player waste more money is combined in this game, this is the pinnacle of years of gatcha + greedy tactics.

    While designing this game the developers took every possible opportunity to choose monetization over fun. There are progression blocks left, right, and center no matter what activity you like. Wherever fun was hiding the developers stomped it out and added monetiziation. They were extremely thorough.     With how many incredible games are out right now this is truly not worth 5 minutes. As bad as it gets. If you are not a fan of RPGs and just like flashing lights, it's still not worth it, as you will be clicking the x on the 90 mtx popups that constantly bombard you instead of playing.    … Expand

    But if you really want to know... Gameplay-wise it is just a mega dumbed-simplified-up version of the other diablo games, there is no builds, every skill points is auto-assigned on level up. The only thing this game have going on is "cool visuals and cinematics" thats all... pure eyecandy for blizzard fanboys    "Do you guys not have $110.000?"

    Favorite series has slid into freeplay and donation trash. In my opinion, such games should be banned altogether. $110,000 for a chance to fully upgrade one (!) hero???? Are you seriously? 0/10.

    Disgusting money grab from a once great gaming company. Game was fun until endgame. After that it would seem that paying is the only way to seriously progress. Shame on you blizzard.

    D2 is one of my favorite games of all time, so it's sad to see what the series has become in 2022. I don't mind the game making money, but the sheer amount of P2W is astonishing. From what I saw, the monetization is predatory and insidious.. loot boxes in a not-so-clever disguise. I'm hoping D4 won't succumb to the disease that has affected D-Immortal, but my hopes aren't high. BlizzardD2 is one of my favorite games of all time, so it's sad to see what the series has become in 2022. I don't mind the game making money, but the sheer amount of P2W is astonishing.     Diablo Immortal is a simplified and more accessible version of the series that can still provide hours of mindless fun and entertainment. Sadly, the games suffers in the long run because of all the tedious grinding and the greedy monetization system, making a game experience that starts as very enjoyable much less so as time goes on.

    Diablo Immortal seems like a project created with the sole purpose of using the good name of Diablo to rub the players of their money. Definitely one of the worst games ever came out of Blizzard.
