    Utter pay to win trash. This game could have been a great game if only Blizzard wasn't such a money-hungry trash company.

    I made an account so i could leave this review, with the hope of seeing the score down to 0. That's what Blizzard deserves trying and failing to mimick these trash garbage KMMOs upgrade system that ruin all the fun in games, in a diablo game.. Just **** them really. So disappointed as a long time diablo fan. I grew up with it and this system they introduced just destroys the core ofI made an account so i could leave this review, with the hope of seeing the score down to 0. That's what Blizzard deserves trying and failing to mimick these trash garbage KMMOs upgrade system that ruin all the fun in games, in a diablo game.. Just **** them really. So disappointed as a long time diablo fan. I grew up with it and this system they introduced just destroys the core of diablo, no mechanic improvements since diablo 3 if not for the graphic and a mediocre character customization that is also useless since you can't even hide the helm. And they didn't even bother to make the purchases account-wide but everything even the battle pass is locked to one single character. They really went full greeed without shame, so **** them.… Expand

    Blizzard has really outdone itself this time. As if it's name wasn't already tarnished enough, they just had to excrete this stool of a game and slap a P2W system that's so disgusting, it makes the inside of Diablo's rectum look like a flower meadow. Press F to pay respects to everyone's wallets who played this abomination.

    I am not sure how old Diablo III is, but looks a lot better and hopefully Diablo IV won’t follow this game in any of its features. It’s a bad game, don’t waste your time and check some videos about it first.

    The fact the game is so well made and people are upset or surprised that it followed mobile game tactics for it's monetization is absurd. It's pay to win sure .. but what are you not winning? Diablo for me has always been just improving my characters power and enjoying the the content which this does just fine. Leaderboards are cool and all but who cares. "Gamers" are just not happy unlessThe fact the game is so well made and people are upset or surprised that it followed mobile game tactics for it's monetization is absurd.     TLDR: Pay-2-have-fun
    The game from a gameplay perspective is mediocre at best. However the cash shop with its pay2win and pay2convenience will suck any fun out of the game.
    Games like this are made un-fun on purpose in order to *sell* you the solution. This works against the core principle of being a game and therefore can't have more than 0 points.

    'Predatory monetization' is not a strong enough term to describe this scam. You can't even call this a 'game', really, as it is a pay for bragging rights versus other whales. Folks, this is not the Blizzard you fondly remember.

It's one thing to have it in a f2p game but people are dropping thousands of dollars on this game. It's not worth it and this is not ok. You just keep this creepy nasty feeling as you play.… Expand

    Its disgusting that they ask for money pretty much everywhere you go.

    They said that "the game will not be pay to win, you cannot buy gear" and then made gear irrelevant and added this predatory, disgusting and shameless gem system.

    I'm at the point where simply playing the game makes me feel like crap because I know I'm being taken advantage of. I will never play another Diablo title again.

StarCraft: Brood War, Diablo 2, Warcraft 3 as well as WoW. I have NEVER seen a company tarnish their own reputation so incredibly quickly in such a short amount of time. This is embarrassing. 110 THOUSAND DOLLARS to be completely geared? Have you lost your minds? Worst of all, I know in my heart that they will eventually drop the prices, fix the game and make it more f2p, that is, after they got all the whales to max out their credit cards Warcraft 3 Reforged convinced me to never buy another remake from Blizzard, but Diablo Immortal convinced me to never play another Blizzard game again.     Nothing says 'Out of Touch' quite like this game, appears harmless enough but they basically just reskinned a Chinese Mobile game, and brought microtransactions to bombard you at every step into the game. Honestly, this really is the nail in the coffin for Blizzard.

    Pay To Win , Boring and Repetitive content , Campaign was kinda okay , Pc port is horrendous probably some 3rd party emulator will do a better job

    Even without all that pay to win BS the game is garbage its like **** version of a **** game

    It's a shame this talented development team had to make an amazing game filled with that much microtransaction because of greedy executives, this is not the Blizzard I know, I understand they have to make their money back for making it free to play, but this game has all the bad MTX combined. FREE 2 PLAY, It did not make sense for blizzard to make a f2p game, they had the reputation, they could reach millions of players even if they sold the game. But bureocracy and that **** management ( a.k.a bobby kotick) threw them in the dust. I have no idea why blizzard had to merge withFrom the first day, where they announced the game was for mobile ONLY, i knew something was fishy. FREE 2 PLAY, It did not make sense for blizzard to make a f2p game, they had the reputation, they could reach millions of players even if they sold the game. But bureocracy and that **** management ( a.k.a bobby kotick) threw them in the dust. I have no idea why blizzard had to merge with activision, any sane person, or better, any GAMER, that had a minimum of respect for the players would see that kotick administration was ****, based on MONEY MONEY MONEY $$$ not on gameplay or great games. Activision milked the **** out of COD.. and now blizzard hit rock bottom. Run from this game, this is a p2w with the most aggressive monetization ever made on a mobile game.     Diablo Immortal is a simplified and more accessible version of the series that can still provide hours of mindless fun and entertainment. Sadly, the games suffers in the long run because of all the tedious grinding and the greedy monetization system, making a game experience that starts as very enjoyable much less so as time goes on.

    Diablo Immortal seems like a project created with the sole purpose of using the good name of Diablo to rub the players of their money. Definitely one of the worst games ever came out of Blizzard.
