Nov 19, 2022For a game in the 2020's. The controlling of the mech doesn't feel smooth at all, controls feel kind of clunky. However I do like the art direction and presentation, it is really sleek! Gives you so much nostalgia if you are a old Armored Core Fan.

Jan 31, 2022The gameplay is good even great at times and with the right build. I also like the visuals and the fluidity of the gameplay. The big caviat is the story and the characters. Its so fking cringe, boring and convoluted, I tried to give it a fair shot but theres no way in hell I'll sit trhough this mess.

Jun 10, 2020If you like the trailer, you are almost certainly going to like this game. If you like the concepts, you are almost certainly going to like this game. It knows what it wants to be and it succeeds marvelously at it. And at the end of the day, I like this game, so even with its flaws, I can’t help but feel that it deserves plenty of love for just being dang fun in exactly the way it wants.

May 1, 2020Daemon X Machina impresses with its focus on big guns, mecha customization, and wild, anime-style action. But its head-scratching story and lifeless environments prevent it from being an instant classic.

May 1, 2020DAEMON X MACHINA might have an overwrought, needlessly complicated plot, but doesn’t that usually go hand-in-hand with giant robot narratives? Whether or not players are interested in the story, there’s a huge amount of great gameplay on offer with dozens of story and side missions and replayable multiplayer content. From any perspective, DXM offers great value and gameplay, making it one of the top mech games available.
