May 1, 2020DAEMON X MACHINA might have an overwrought, needlessly complicated plot, but doesn’t that usually go hand-in-hand with giant robot narratives? Whether or not players are interested in the story, there’s a huge amount of great gameplay on offer with dozens of story and side missions and replayable multiplayer content. From any perspective, DXM offers great value and gameplay, making it one of the top mech games available.

Feb 24, 2020Daemon X Machina is my favorite mech title since Custom Robo on the GameCube and it’s even better now that it’s on the PC. Watching a boss battle play out is like watching the most intense Gundam and Metabots battles and if that sounds appealing, you’ll enjoy how it plays.

Feb 13, 2020Daemon X Machina has found its home on PC. The game looks and runs beautifully, and is surprisingly well optimized. This is the best version of a great game, don’t miss out on it.
-
Feb 21, 2020The PC version of Daemon X Machina is perhaps the best way to experience this high action game. Flying through the air and shooting down enemies at up to 200 fps looked and felt incredible. While the story might leave you scratching your head, this is undoubtedly an incredibly fun game to play.
-
Feb 18, 2020With non-stop action and a near limitless amount of customization. Daemon X Machina is a great mech game that now looks better than ever before.
-
Feb 17, 2020If you love mecha and miss Armored Core as I do, Daemon x Machina is the game for you. It has some narrative issues, but the tight gameplay will keep you wanting more. This is one of the big sleepers of 2019, and you shouldn’t let it pass you by now that its on PC.

Feb 13, 2020A great port of an already solid game, Daemon X Machina plays like a dream on PC. It may be messy, but it's also frantic, non-stop fun.
-
Feb 12, 2020The PC port of the former Nintendo exclusive brings everything with it: tight gameplay muddled by an overwritten story; luckily, it's still a blast.
-
Feb 13, 2020Daemon X Machine receives an okay adaptation to PC that delivers the original, sort of repetitive and clunky campaign in a more fashionable way. The game also features a welcome number of extra options to tweak the graphics as well as fully customizable key mapping and the most relevant content updates to date. Not a must have, but still a nice addition to your Steam library.

Feb 13, 2020Playing on PC brings sharper resolution and a much more stable and smooth framerate, for sure, but none of it amounts to a night-and-day difference. Go with your heart and play the game on whichever machine speaks to you the most, because at the end of the day, you’re guaranteed to have a good time no matter how you play this game.

Jan 27, 2022A potentially interesting game ruined by a stupid off-center camera. Devs, put the character in the center of the screen.
