Way too easy to beat.
-
With so much dialogue and so little action, Blair Witch Volume 2 is even slower than the first game in the series and not quite as scary.
-
A very linear game. Like a puppet on a string, you are pulled along a straight path between cut scenes and have almost no control over the sequence of events. Couple this with a rather short story, and you have a release that provides an excellent entry point for those who are new to video gaming.
-
While it is creepy, and does have a solid story the mixed presentation and weak controls mar the experience.
-
Spank! The graphics aren't quite as good (as "Rustin Parr"), it' not as scary or atmospheric, the movement is less believable, the AI is poor and the dialogue isn't up to the same standard.
-
CheckOutThis game is neither as creepy as Blair Witch Volume 1 nor as adrenaline-pumping as the other "action" games on the market, and in the end is something of a disappointment.
-
CNET GamecenterThe design leans far too heavily on passive, informational sequences rather than immersing the user in what is potentially an incredibly interactive environment.

KataraD.Nov 16, 2001Not bad, not great. So easy to play an 8 year old could do it, but has some of the creepy elements I loved in Blair Witch the movie.
