I am very enjoy to play Battlfield 1(i think its my favorite). Battlfield V its a unfinished, lagging and unbalanced piece of **** Its not worth money because it is a defective beta test game.I also want to note that for the sake of tolerance the game rewrite history.     If you want play BfV online then don't buy the game. Because every server is full of hackers and never been banned they are reached 120 level. Waste of time and money.

    Very bad stuttering on my 3900x and 1080ti with 64gb ram running at 3066mhz. Ridiculous that it's running at 75fps and yet there is stuttering and freezing during the game for no reason.

    Single story mode is woke garbage, replacing the men who did these heroic things with women and diversity rather than let me play and learn actual history.

    There are not enough words to explain how garbage of a game Battlefield 5 is, but i'll try to point out things that make this game unplayable for me. The absolute worst of this game is time to kill which is less than a second at most times, this works in call of duty on small maps with fast respawn mechanic but not here in battlefield on massive maps. It was much better and easier in previous games where you had one full skin to choose from. Perks for weapons ? That's just pathetic and stupid mechanic. You can buy faster bullets?! This is ridiculous. Campaign is absolute disaster, the second one is total BS with no logical reason in history, campaign is broken at so many levels it's pointless to talk about it. Basically Battlefield franchise became something not worth playing since its more focused on pleasing SJWs than players.… Expand

Anti-gravitational skies are less scifi trash then history presented in the game itself, especially in case of French and Norwegian campaign, where they put non-existing racism in French military and dimnished role of Norwegian commandos to build position of marxist feminists.

    I played it in beta and my first olay i enjoyed it... Until you see how dumbed down it is and how it traps you into a cluster like it is a generic Call of Duty game.     The game was bought on the 15th (deluxe version). After 6 days instead of a patch with bug fixes (Unable to connect to EA servers 2000) and many other bugs that do not even allow to play, they launch another sale in origin... They threw the owners of bf1 with premium purchased at the game release, now they just ignore. DICE did not live up to trust... Twice

    The game is riddle with bugs and issues that makes Battlefield 4 seems like a better release.

    Update: after playing it again with a couple of friends its hasnt improved at all. still a sallow gameplay, and riddle with issues and gameplay mechanices :/

    They promised this was going to be a king of Battlefield 1942 remake and the ultimate WWII experience. Guess what? They left us with half the game and moved on to make the next BF. No Normandy, no nothing, just half the **** with constant **** of the gameplay in horrid updates. They abandoned and robbed us. I'll never buy anything from DICE again.

    This game look like to be created by a people, who never were on any history lesson. This game lies with it so much. After playing it I can think the Germans never even think about starting a war, Hitler never exists, and Germans never tried to dominate whole Europe.

    this game is unplayable. literally. enemy always kill you with 1 shot but you will ned atleast 3 to kill them and the lag in the servers makes the whole game literally unplayable. the other problem is the hacker.
    they shoot you from 300 meter with an smg and you die from 1 shot and you need atleast 3 shot to kill him. UNPLAYABLE: WORST GAME I EVER PLAYED.

    To address the elephant in the room - I don't understand why they didn't just market the game as some steampunk / alternate universe kind of story, with that it would have been much more reasonable and would have garnered no complaints from me.     The game-play itself is miserable - I'm strongly of the belief that the Battle Series has been going downhill hard since BF3, and this is no different. Much like BF One, and Star Wars Battlefront - these game as the most beautiful highly polished HD garbage I have ever seen. From trailers to still images the games look phenomenal, but once you get put behind the controls you realize it is at best the same old same old, but realistically two steps back for every step forward.

    EA is continuing on with is practice of charging $60 for a retail game, with $60 of additional DLC that you will essentially have to buy if you don't want to get left behind by your friends or favorite servers - coming only 1 year after it's predicessor (Battle Front 2) and only 1 year before the previous (BF One). $120 for less than a year's worth of low quality gaming? No thanks.

    But clearly EA and Dice are happy to be swimming in foolish gamers money with former boss of Dice Patrick Soderlund going so far as to respond to complaints by saying calling consumers "uneducated" and following by saying "either accept it or don't by the game. I'm fine with either."

    BF fans need to seriously vote with their wallets or you can expect another $120 hot pile of garbage in BF6 coming right on schedule next fall .    … Expand

I can't remember last time I DIDN'T preorder a game from you but this game made me almost throw up in my mouth. SJW **** doesn't belong in a WWII game and you know it. I loved Battlefield 2,3,4 and Bad Company 1 and 2.

    They've reverted all the terrible TTK changes, so I will revert my review change as well.

    On December 12th, 2018, they rolled out a TTK update, which essentially reverted all of the hard work the team did to improve gunplay. This update wasn't asked for, as TTK was one of the highlights of the game. I'm changing my score from 10 to 2 due to this atrocious and unwelcome change.

    ** ORIGINAL REVIEW**
    I've been a Battlefield veteran for a little under 10 years now, and Battlefield V is by far my favorite title in the series so far. I canceled my pre-order after the beta, but I decided to give it another shot as I love the series. DICE really took the constructive criticisms to heart. There are NO microtransactions in the game at launch, and when they arrive, they will be cosmetic only and no random boxes. All future content is free. The gunplay is comparable to BF3, which many people consider to have the best gunplay in the entire series. The character customization, while lacking an actual character creator, is in-depth enough for people who are into it yet not so in-depth that those who don't enjoy that aspect of a game won't find it tedious and distracting. The gameplay itself is fast paced and has a sense of urgency that I feel was missing from Battlefield 1. The weapon progression is fantastic, and the idea to have the starter weapons full upgraded on start prevents new players from being run over by veteran players (something that occurred in Battlefront 2). I was skeptical when I played the beta, like I'm sure many of you were, but rest assured, the final product is by far worth the money and a fantastic addition to the series. They took the better parts of the previous games, specifically regarding players' feedback, and created, in my personal opinion, one of the best FPS games in that last decade. If you are a fan of previous Battlefields and took a break due to the change BF1 saw in the series, I implore you to give Battlefield V a chance.    … Expand

    This game sucks. It took all of the good mechanics of a game like Battlefield 4 and stripped them down to make this a casual game. Team play is completely destroyed and progression has been removed even more so than it was in Battlefield 1 which was already too casual and lacking in progression. I gave BFV a try because a friend of mine got Origin Access Premiere and gifted me a 7 day trial, and after playing multiplayer for about 8 hours, I'm just not into it. I took a break from the BF series after putting about 1,000 hours into BF4 on 360 (and countless hours on previous titles back to Bad Company), so getting to try BFV out for free on PC was pretty exciting. I'm running a Ryzen 2600/Windforce OC 1080, and playing the game in 1440p with all of the important settings maxed is great (the graphics are AMAZING), but it just doesn't feel like Battlefield. If I ever decide to get Access Premiere, I might give BFV another try in a few months, but as of right now, I won't be playing it anymore. There's too many good shooters out right now, and this isn't one of them. If you're on the fence, spend $5 and try it out for a few hours, or if you're lucky, have someone gift you a pass. If you don't like it, there's over 150 other games to choose from.

Some people are even saying they don't like it but they're giving it a good review score to "balance out the bad reviews". How much of a loser can you possibly be?     DICE what happen to you? Has the key devs finally turned into blind EA execs? BFV is lazy P.O.S game to put it lightly. Reskinned BF1 with zero thought into story or accuracy and mundane boring gameplay. Let's just hope there is enough backlash to fire the management at DICE and get proper game next time.

Instead , in this game, a single independent, brave , EDUCATED girl does this in one go... Pathetic.
    The multiplayer is buggy chaos and not enjoyable at all with this "squad" mechanics.
    The only good thing in this game is graphics - its still same BF1 , but hey BF1 still looks good.

    And i tought that Battlefield 1 was bad. Singleplayer and multiplayer are just huge clusterf**k of absolute bullsh*t. Most things in this game are wrong and glitches and bugs are everywhere. This is not the fifth part of the Battlefield series - this is DLC to Battlefield 1.     4.operation gamemode is a fokin pile of **** instead of gradual push on whole frontline its often decided on only a few players actions (picking up and planting bombs?!)
    5.ttd is very short, making firefights less about shooting skill and more about jumping on other players and luck (also 1 frame death bug)
    6.land vechicles are really weak as of now thanks to amount of handhold AT weapons avaiiable
    7.air vs land combat is dog**** again (AA guns don't do **** against bombers, only threaten fighters) therefore need decent fighter player to even attempt combat bombers
    8.fokin screenshake from explosions wont let you aim while ADS (holy **** it happens too often)
    9.maps aren't really fun imo, especially given the destruction levels. Can only enjoy Rotterdam
    10.Game somehow punishes soloplays, and given you can't always get online with your buddies it might ruin your experience    … Expand

    There's a setting that changes the foliage setting, which affects the render distance of said foliage. In a competitive game. In a shooter. With some maps that have up to 50% of nothing but corn fields. What are they thinking, truly?

    Some updates will reset your weapon loadouts. Some updates will introduce new bugs. But either way, enjoy the 40GB+ download. But hey, at least they managed to set up their in-game store correctly.

    Please, please take my advice. If you wish to waste your money, please spend it anywhere else than here. Anywhere else. Take someone out for a date. Throw the money into a toilet. I don't care. But even that will give you more satisfaction than playing this grindfest, sorry excuse of a product. Even buying Souljaboy's gaming console would be a better investment.    … Expand

    Battlefield is no longer battlefield. Full of bugs that render your game useless until you restart, server issues in almost every gaming session (I have extremely fast internet, so it's not me), I get shot around barricades and corners even though I already ran through them, etc. Battlefield 3 seemed to be last real one.

    * Netcode sucks. I need 3-4 shots to kill an enemy but I die very often with one shot because of whatever problems they have with their netcode. * Maps are horrible and congested. You have to rush to very narrow corridors just to die on the other side. There are no flanking paths. Tactical thinking is not possible. *    I loved battlefield 1 but this game is just horrible compared to it:

    * Explosives feel like throwing popcorn. In BF 1 the rocket launcher was great for assault so you could fight longer range targets or campers even if you had an SMG or shotgun equipped. With BF V the rockets are very inaccurate. Also, grenades feel very weak.
    * You run very slow in this game making moving around tedious.
    * I can only play as waman (and you play by default as waman for some classes) but not as a black transgender single mom waman with an abusive husband? I guess EA is racist and sexist against this minority? ;)
    * Again this early battlefield feel of randomly dying from all directions is back which they fixed in BF 1 which at least for me takes the fun out of it.    … Expand

    Worst video game purchase Ive had. Most idiotic revival system ive seen, you cannot shoot people on the ground when they are injudered and they can ONLY get injured not dead. Nazis do not exist its , USSR isnt even in the game.

    Auido is much worse than previous BF games.

    It’s far from being ideal but all the glitches and shortcomings don’t ruin the overall fun of Battlefield V’s multiplayer experience. Although the single player portion of the game is not bad at all, I would have been disappointed if I bought the game just for it. [13/2018, p.56]

    In Battlefield V we got back to WW2, but with refined gunplay and death system which works great. There are also little problems such as low number of maps and stability issues, that are taking the fun away, but nothing that can't be fixed.
