    Amazing narration. Wonderful graphics. Good gameplay.
    Despite its launch problems, it is a must-play batman game, with a lot of plot twists and some strong action sequences.

    Эта игра олицетворяет то самое определение "Хуевый релиз", проект вышел настолько сырой, что мамочки, его даже снимали с продаж, ибо он не шел на топах 9 поколения и кое-как на топах 10 поколения(Титаны тоже не тянули).     Если абстрагироваться от всего того ужаса, что игра пережила и если у вас есть железо, чтобы запустить игру даже сейчас, то вы в полном ажуре.
    Лучшая игра серии Batman:Arkham от умельцов из Рокстеди, да и сама серия является образцом игр про супергероев.
    Достойное завершение трилогии о Бэтмене, ибо сюжет в игре мое почтение, очень мрачный и проработанный Готем, бесподобные погодные эффекты, годный БЕТСмобиль, хотя управляется криво до сих пор.
    Одна из лучших боевок, что я когда-либо видел, куча гаджетов и приемов, хотите красиво и эффектно устранять бандитов, задрачивая 15 кнопок сразу, то вам сюда.

    Поставил игре 9 баллов, ибо она того заслуживает.

    Turning up the grit to justify that M-rating, Batman's leap to the 8th generation of consoles (you know, which this PC port is based from) is matched with an even bigger map, scope, daring storytelling and addicting, polished gameplay.

    Great story and amazing gameplay, this is definitely the best arkham game. However, the only things that hold the game back from being a 10 are the forced batmobile sections and the poor optimisation on PC.

    The game is a amazing batman game that kind of wraps up rocksteady's trilogy of games. The gameplay is awesome because ita been refined so much and there's so many ways to take down thugs. The graphics, story, and music are all fantastic.

    Regardless of its performance on pc at its release date and evaluating the game itself. In my opinion, the best of the arkham saga. New gadgets, new outfit, the Batmobile is amazing, a good story and a Gotham full of secrets and collectibles. Recommended.

    I played this game without problems when it was released so again a review bombed game which is pretty good, Batmobile gameplay 10/10 and a great closing to a legendary series of games.

    It's an amazing game and almost everything was perfect but the batmobile was overused and the boss fights were so **** bad, it made me so disappointed. I would give this game a 10/10 if it didn't overuse the batmobile and if it had good boss fights.

    It was amazing, I love tih game. I never get bored whe I played. Graphics are amazing still today. Game play and story is awesome. Only thing that I didn't like is boss fights, they are not epic.

    I was preparing myself just in case there was some nod from Gotham Knights to its predecessor. AK has a good mix of classic Batman mythos and gritty ruthless Gotham. My only issues were of course the tedious riddler busy work for the true ending scene. Characters felt like they should be around to help Batman and they aren't helpful to the greater threat at hand. I think the thing that all games that go this open city route suffer from the most is continuing to make citizens nonexistent. It works for this game because of the destruction. However if Rocksteady can not be afraid of adding them in for SucideSquad or any other DC games it would be more immersive. If it can work for every Spider-man game it can work for a DC superhero game.

    Combat and maneuverability are good for its era, graphics set the BAR!
    I'm playing in 2022 on Epic and it runs amazing, only had 2 bugs. 1 I had to restart the game cause it froze, and 2 I got stuck leaping onto something and couldn't move out of the animation.    … Expand

    I had the Memorial Edition preordered about a month ago nad was very disapointed to read all these negative reviews. After I got my hands on the game, though, I am very pleased to have bought it. It's as much enjoyable as Arkham Asylum & Arkham City and not at all broken in my rig (i5 3570K, GTX780Ti, 8Gb). It's not perfect but it sure is more than OK!

    It's sad to see the Arkham trilogy finished (well until all of the DLC is rolled out :p). There likely will never be a better Batman video game franchise.... Arkham Knight ends on a solid if not a little safe note. The many problems with the game though are easily redeemed by the deep character driven experience and top notch voice acting. I personally was happy when I heard Mark HamillIt's sad to see the Arkham trilogy finished (well until all of the DLC is rolled out :p). Overall the game felt like an ending reunion for Batman fans who grew up during the 80's and 90's (especially for fans of the cult classic cartoon). The biggest complaint I have of the game is the use of the Batmobile. I rarely found myself using it (needing it outside of the story) and found the controls to be a little unintuitive. At the time of this review, the PC port is riddled with problems for many users. I never experienced many of the performance hardships. With my 980, I was able to max the game out in 4k at 30fps.     Battle with the large flying sentries could have been more challenging or engaging. Graphics = 10, Gameplay = 10, Story = 8. Wish Batman's other allies were more involved in the story and had their quests in the game, would have extended the awesomeness of this long game. Ex. Catwoman was quite involved in the Arkham City. In Arkham Knight, very limited. Robin and Nightwing drop in for teamup battles but then disappear afterwards. Wish you could explore their missions. DLC: Each story was great, but way too short. They could have taken their time to make a long extension pack that adds more story after the end of Arkham Knight. Mad Hatter's puzzles are extremely annoying to solve, might be a keyboard + mouse issue. Just don't play Arkham Origins, adds nothing new to the Arkham City engine other than snow effects and a dead boring city.    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. A very solid game, as long as you have a very solid hardware setup to run the game.

    Ran this on a 27" late 2013 iMac with 4GB of VRAM and 8 GB of RAM on a Windows 10 partition. I will say that in general, I was getting just under 30fps while traveling around the city, but anytime I would stay in one location or do AR challenges it would get up to about 60fps.

    Love the decisions made to expand the game and combat. Huge map, and the addition of the medic makes combat much more challenging and interesting. Love the fear takedowns. Story itself is fairly good, but the real highlight is really just gameplay developments. The revelation of the identity of the Arkham Knight is pretty dumb and falls flat. The resolution with Joker venom/Joker and Scarecrow makes absolutely no sense. BUT there is fantastic voice acting throughout.

    Personally, I did not enjoy the tank-related challenges. I found it tedious and bizarre for a Batman game. The fact that the final confrontations with both Arkham Knight and Deathstroke are nearly identical tank-missions made me just stop worrying about getting 120% game completion all together. Lame.

    Considering I bought this during a Steam sale for $10 with all DLC, it was well worth it.    … Expand

    I got around to playing this after all the hulabaloo about the poor porting. I picked it up on sale and was pleasantly surprised! I played the previous three Dark Knight games and this holds up really well. I enjoyed the crazy story and excellent voice over work. It was very involving. The story leads the gameplay really well. Yes, it's wonky but having to wrangle the damn vehicle after some screen tearing was a pain in the (_!_). Along with that big issue was driving through the incredibly poorly designed challenge tracks from the Riddler. Yikes. Talk about frustrating. Aside from the annoyance the game and story are so much fun and challenging. It's beautiful to look at and exciting. It certainly the weakest of the four but not by much. Perhaps wait for the GotY edition with all the additional DLC that is actual great.… Expand

    If you have a decent PC rig (or even mid range), you'll have a blast. If you own a budget end PC Avoid. Its a stunning game and well worth your time and effort. The conclusion to the Arkham games is exceptionally well told. However there are almost too many bad guys therefore the story seems weaker than the predecessors.

Even though the developer tried their best to optimize and fix the PC version, it was still bugged with performance issues but nevertheless playable and fun. I really do feel this game is the best one out of the series. It's story campaign is quite long, more than I expected and there is so much to do outside of the main quest.     Game is fantastic! Graphics are out of this world! Currently running it on a GTX 1060 6GB VRAM and it runs flawlessly. There is a lot of complaints about too much batmobile and although I do agree there is a lot of missions that incorporate the Batmobile, I do not think it takes away from the awesomeness that has been the Arkham series. I think all of the awful ratings are because of the horrible performance of the game upon release but most of those issue are resolved now. Got this game with all of the DLCs for $13 US bucks. My only complaint is that sometimes it is not clear where you need to go on missions and the riddler trophies are a bit obnoxious.… Expand

    I don't know how this game was before. I love Batman Arkham Series and I have all titles. I wanted to pre-order this but gladly I didn't. Now I got this from summer sale when discount hit -50% and I'm pleased of it. The graphics looks amazing so the requirements are ok for this kind of graphics if you put in balance.     GTX 980 Ti runs the game beautifully. It plays like something meant to show off hardware and it excels at that. As an open world game where you get to be the bat it's a lot of fun. The best part of this game is just flying/driving around randomly and looking for thugs to hunt down. The cinematic moments are beautiful and the game's major action scenes live up to the best in the industry.GTX 980 Ti runs the game beautifully. It plays like something meant to show off hardware and it excels at that. As an open world game where you get to be the bat it's a lot of fun. The best part of this game is just flying/driving around randomly and looking for thugs to hunt down. The cinematic moments are beautiful and the game's major action scenes live up to the best in the industry.

    I feel like they could have given the player more choice on how to proceed or made quests and puzzles more logical. It feels like I have to rely on chance when discovering things.     If my new build with a gtx titan x cannot handle a stable 45 uncapped fps whilst roaming the map with frequent sub 30 fps (low settings, nVidia off) drops and glitches, crashes you know this pc port is just poor and it has nothing to do with pc power.I cant believe this got past the quality control stage. A capped 30fps for a pc port had alarm bells ringing straight    First the negatives:

    I thought AC Unity was bad but in its current state many pc users will find this game unplayable given the poor optimisation and sloppy pc porting. I am partly to blame for preordering (the one time i do lol); certainly learnt the hard way not to do that.

    Now the positives:
    Ive played 25 h to complete the main campaign and the actual story, gameplay mechanics, open world are really good (the story in particular wraps up nicely and the game is very hard to stop playing because of the excellent story progression). This is probably my favourite arkham series episode of the trilogy because of the underlying satisfying substance of the game. Too bad and though i recommend the game I don't suggest you consider buying at present (you cant anyway) given its poor execution on pc...

    Be careful with the ratings since people love to hate even though the overall experience is not as broken as many would say (although it is obviously sub par).

    Tons of side missions to do,the bat mobile is fun to mess around with, Combat is as good as always.Villains are too few,I was hoping to see Mr Freeze and bane, Boss fights sucks,it suck balls.And the Harley Quinn    Thanks god I fix the PC port problem by some method I found on the internet.

    Great game, if you have a great and powerful PC. If you dont, play hearts instead, or go buy one. In my setup it played great at 1920x1080 with all bells and Nvidia options on. Im on a laptop. (But a very powerful laptop, Asus ROG with a GTX 980, 32 GB RAM and a very powerful processor, oh and its installed on an SSDrive)

    With a little work Batman: Arkham Knight can be an amazing game on PC. My initial experience with it though was a capped 30 fps and a major amount of stuttering. After unlocking the frame rate and setting the game to Adaptive Half Refresh rate my GTX 980, i5-4690k, and 8GB of RAM was able to produce a smooth 55-65 fps average at 1080p. I would like to talk about the game and not it's port that has been butchered because of Sony's marketing deal. The game has removed a lot of stuff that made the original great. The first game didn't piss you off with something like this and I have a feeling they should have just made the batmobile work in fewer sections of the game.… Expand

    I have bought the fixed version (re-released on 28 Oct). the game runs on GTX 970 smooth with most settings high, except for shadow and fog. I have been playing for one month without game crash, 60 fps V-sync On, except for batmobile, frame drops to 50 fps.
    The game is super, story and action, side missions are perfect.

Don't waste your time - game is to pass solely for the sake of the plot. Although I do not deny that there are a few interesting side quests to investigate.

    It is a pity that the villains like two-face, Penguin, Riddler, I thought you are not interesting side quests. In the story they are not! This is a big minus. But as returned the Joker is just awesome - scenariste done, and in the end everything becomes more interesting.

    Separately, you can select a PC release that is just disgusting. Although I have almost had no problems and I successfully passed.

    Batman: Arkham Knight is a wonderful game - the beautiful, interesting plot, still fun battle system, but as well it is not an interesting side of the job, and an empty, useless city.    … Expand

    Happy that this game is using the advantage of an open world envirovment, unlike going throuh sewers all the time, which sucked in the older games...
    The tank fights become a bit exhausting further in the game.
    Wish the other batmobiles could have been used in the story (The tumbler is armed)
    The story is good.
    Combat improved.

    The game is epic and immersive, and of course you only get this for the fantastic graphic detail of it. Visually is impressive, and once more, like in previous games of the saga, the characters are extremely well designed and detailed graphically and with fantastic voice acting.

    Fully recommend it, as the previous ones. Its one of the big games of the past years to "must have" to any Steam collection.    … Expand

    Played this game after all patches they released for this game, thats why I have no technical issues during playtrough.
    Story is great, graphics and atmosphere also. So many to do on the map, for at least 30h.
    One big issue for me is lack of Boss Fights (with all DL's) which is not acceptable in Batman game.

    And I am happy to report that the issues have been fixed! I will review the game in its current version with all of the patches and content so keep that in mind! Pros: + Good story! + Gameplay has been refined to near    Arkham Knight, one of the most notorious PC launches in the history of PC gaming. A port so bad that Steam pulled it from the store till the issues were fixed.

    And I am happy to report that the issues have been fixed! I will review the game in its current version with all of the patches and content so keep that in mind!

    Pros:
    + Good story!
    + Gameplay has been refined to near perfection!
    + Batmobile brings much needed change to combat encounters in vehicle combat encounters!
    + The cast delivers a excellent performance!
    + Visually the game holds up, even to this date!

    - Bosses are a huge letdown compared to Arkham City!

    Me gustó pero sin duda pudo ser mejor.

    Story is also an improvement that explores Bruce Wayne's psyche, with an interesting ending that I enjoyed. The plot however drags a little towards the middle-end of the game, but still enjoyable.

    Back on 2015 this game was to me one of the best looking games at the time and they're still very good today. Had no issues whatsoever running this game on a GTX1660ti however the frame rate does drop bellow 60 fps frequently while using the batmobile, which is one of the complaints I have with this game.

    Combat is even better and engaging with new moves enemies and all gadgets from previous games still usable here and a few new ones. Stealth sections are also improved with bigger maps, more places to hide and more ways to take down enemies. The batmobile pursuits and city traversal are engaging but the batmobile combat is not as fun as the developers though it would be .

    My main complaints with this game are the side missions and boss fights. A lot of the side missions are very repetitive and gameplay mechanics used over and over again without any new twists or ideas which makes me believe they were designed in a "lazy" way. Boss fights are some of the worst when compared to other boss fights in the Arkham series and in any other game honestly. Lazy no fun design with repetitive ideas, excessive use of batmobile when fighting Batman villains that should be fought in regular hand-to-hand combat!

    I recomend this game to anyone curious to try it and even more to anyone that played previous arkham games, as even though it fails considerably in some key-aspects it gets pretty much right in everything else.    … Expand

    The end of the trilogy. The story reach the highest point of all the saga and the gameplay improve some things. The optional missions are good and interesting. The car is overused and it's not that fun, but the game make us use it for half game and at the end you can't stand that thing anymore.

    Anyway, every level is carefully designed, story is good, with too many unfortunate deaths, everything else just lived up to a good batman game.

    This is a Batman game that has improved the franchise's gameplay completely. The combat system is the same but constantly challenges players with new enemies and gadgets, also you can drive an actual Batmobile that can be used both in combat and traveling.

    It wouldn't be an open-world game if it didn't have repetitive locations. This game is no different, the map is swarmed with millions of repetitive question marks that feel tiring and annoying. However traveling across the map is fun thanks to the added Batmobile and an improved grappling hook mechanics.

    The story is mostly based on a comic book called Under the Red Hood, which is among the best Batman stories ever made. Characters are well presented and match their comic book versions almost perfectly but ironically Batman is the one that feels less like his comic book self, in the game he sounds like a robot and I cannot see anything else in him other than being a hero with no faults.

    Overall it's a game that lets players experience what Batman does in movies and comic books and with the amazing detailed city of Gotham I can say for sure that this is one of the best superhero games ever.    … Expand

    Very good game which closes the Arkham trilogy, quite quick to complete (around 30 hours to finish the main quest with a lot of side quests), but overall remains very good graphically and scripturally.

    I think they spent too much focus on the batmobile tbh.The game was great but Two face, Penguin and Fire fly was disappointing. It was the same side missions over and over til you got to the final one. Which was about a cinematic. To get the ENDING, i should have collected all of the reward trophies. Like bruh, that would tave take so long.

    Muy divertido. Poco mas puedo decir. Realmente te sientes en las botas del caballero oscuro. La jugabilidad es increible y la historia aguanta el tipo. Aun asi hacia el final lo acabe dejando. No se muy bien por que.

    Я не буду вдаваться в спойлеры, поэтому скажу, что сюжет мне очень понравился, в этом помогли и пару интересных сюжетных поворотов (но некоторые к несчастью очевидны). Геймплей во многом остался тем же, ты всё также отрубаешь преступников по стелсу, также ломаешь их рёбра в бою, но с новыми гаджетами эпичными приёмами, делать это ещё приятней. Ещё добавили БЭТМОБИЛЬ! Ох, как же весело было уничтожать всё и вся на нём... да... Добавили его не только ради нового геймплея, но и потому, что тебе теперь даётся три больших острова, по которым на старом добром плаще пришлось бы очень долго передвигаться.
    Возвращаясь к сюжету, многие жалуются на получение концовки, для которой придётся пройти игру на 100%. Проходя эти дополнительные миссии вы только откроете для себя ещё больше контента из игры, за которую вы отдали свои кровные. Но тут не без греха. Есть тут немного гринда. Зачистка вышек, уничтожение бомб, всё это надоедает, особенно тем, кто пришёл только за сюжетом.
    По итогу можно сказать, что БЭТМЕН: РЫЦАРЬ АРКХЕМА - это отличная игра, которая упала в пропасть из-за плохой оптимизации и трудностей с получением истинной концовки игры.    … Expand

    I only played Arkham City before Arkham Knight, but this feels like even better game. I know PC port was terribly optimized at launch, but playing this in 2023 I am very satisfied with the performance. And overall this game is just great.

    Yes, the batmobile is quite annoying. Well, not the car - but the fact that the devs are constantly forcing us to use it.

    Otherwise, the game has held the quality of previous installments. Story is a bit basic, and the enemies are as well - but that's what DC is known for.

    All in all, worth a play - at least for the reason to finish a trilogy.

    Best looking game of the series. Despite being released in 2015, the graphics still don't look bad, but graphics alone don't make a game good. Gameplay and story were worse in some ways compared to other games. This is one of the most common negative opinions about the game. Optimization is not very good.

    The negative reviews are due to its initial low performance. Atm if you get a decent enough computer it will perform perfectly, a couple of glitches aside. That being said, the game itself is underwhelming, but worth the money.

I could overlook it if not for the many unskippable cut-scenes and activities where I'm stripped of all my control and gadgets save one for some specific action that must be taken. It's this mechanic that has caused one of the more troublesome glitches where you become stuck because the game has again limited your ability to control Batman but hasn't provided the object you are supposed to interact with, thus leaving you stuck forever with no choice but to start over or quit. Despite these flaws the game is still enjoyable and I'd say if you're a fan of the series the game is very much worth picking up, though I'd look for it on sale as it's not worth full price in it's current somewhat buggy state. If not for the bugs I'd give it an 8 or 9. If not for all the times in game where I lose control of my avatar for nothing more than a cut-scene or one of the several times I'm forced to stand around and watch scenes play out while I'm restricted to doing nothing but watching (with no way to skip ahead) I would score it higher still.… Expand

    That being said, I'm only giving it a 7 because there are some major flaws with the PC port, mostly related to the absolutely abysmal control scheme. Controls can be modified, but unfortunately they grouped certain actions together so that changing one really awkward control changes a whole host of other ones. For example, MOUSE3 continues to be the button used for cape stun, but now they've attached whichever cape stun button you use to "cancel grapple" or "drop down", when for all the other games in the series it was left ctrl. That means the only way to set the controls to the same as previous games, you need to make ctrl your cape stun. Entering grates is no longer space+ctrl, but is now space+MOUSE3. It's very frustrating when you're used to playing with one set of controls and they randomly change it on you for absolutely no reason. Another good example of terrible control schemes is making "Enter" the exit challenge button, and "Esc" the retry challenge button, rather than the other way around.

    Game is great, but they could have taken one extra day to not **** up the control scheme.    … Expand

Last night and this morning I have played with only 1 crash so maybe something got patched. So far I am really enjoying this game the story is interesting and driving the batmobile is really fun.     The story is alright, but quite predictable. The character Arkham Knight is more annoying than anything else and his identity becomes clear far before it's actually revealed. In the end, he doesn't really even contribute anything to the main story overall, he just kinda hangs around and wants to kill Batman (like every other Batman villain ever).

    It's nice that the game is finally in a good enough condition to play at least mostly properly. The game doesn't surprise and it definitely doesn't like feel like a grand finale to the Arkham series. It's good, even great sometimes, just not great enough.    … Expand

    The port was horribly done with alot of graphics options taking away and not being that great in general.

    The story itself is a good story but if you have followed the batman comic franchise then you wil know right away who the arkham knight is and sadly that will bring the anticipation right down but it’s still awesome to see at the same time the voice acting as well is great with Kevin Conroy coming back to play the voice of batman.

    Gameplay is the exact as past arkahm games have been so thankfully that’s a good thing to see
    Overall the game is great for story and for batman fans in general but I would hold off buying the pc version until the fix it or buy it on the consoles but hopefully they will have these problems fixed    … Expand

    I just wanna mention that i bought the limited edition at launch and was definetly dissapointed with how poorly it ran. But i did play it again when the game got fixed so Im giving the game a more higer score than i would normally have done. And the hell with all those tank and drones battle ... very UNBATMAN thing to do .. blowing up drones ... what!!! and they are just around every corner.

With Arkham Asylum, you got a close quarters games with excellent combat, amazing boss fights against Batman's storied cast of villains and some very clever puzzles. Arkham City built on everything in Arkham Asylum by turning up the combat and puzzle-solving several notches and adding an open world with many excellent mini Arkham Asylum-esque locales.

    Arkham Knight adds the Batmobile; a really fun way to get around the world which introduces a new way of combat and puzzle solving. Overall I did enjoy what the Batmobile added to the game, although one gripe I did have with the Batmobile was how finnicky the controls could be at times.

    However, Arkham Knight feels like one step forward, two or three steps backward, as it seems that Rocksteady sacrificed some of the best parts of the previous two games for the Batmobile. Gone are the boss fights and environmental puzzles using Batman's utility belt tools are almost completely gone to be replaced by Batmobile puzzles. While the Batmobile puzzles will tickle the brain, they are never difficult enough to illicit an Eureka moment, something which the previous games constantly succeed in achieving. It is a shame that I could count the number of times I had to use tools like the line launcher in the entire game on one hand.

    Story-wise, Arkham Knight succeeds at tying a nice bow on the trilogy. The main villain, the Arkham Knight is downright intimidating right from his first appearance and provides a first in the series, an equal to batman's tactical acumen and fighting prowess. On the other hand, Scarecrow is a perfect foil to the Arkham Knight's brawn as the game's secondary antagonist. While the Arkham Knight comes off as rash and even perhaps, angsty, Scarecrow exudes cunning and control. It is a testament to how well-written Scarecrow is that he is able to illicit fear in the main characters and the audience in every single scene he is in. Overall, I loved how well the Arkham Knight's story was fleshed out and Batman's story was closed.

    Despite my criticisms about the lack of boss fights and the over-emphasis on the Batmobile, Arkham Knight is a fun game, albeit a deeply flawed one. I would still highly recommend it to anyone who enjoyed the previous two games. For everyone else, well, it does make you feel like batman.    … Expand

    this is without a doubt a well-made game, made to make batman fans happy with all the skins and easter eggs/references. yet it could have been a little better. most of Gotham abandons the city and criminals walk the streets, but still, there could have been mom-captive civilians. not in the streets obviously, but in balconies, roofs and other secluded places free of thugs. and 99.99% ofthis is without a doubt a well-made game, made to make batman fans happy with all the skins and easter eggs/references. yet it could have been a little better. most of Gotham abandons the city and criminals walk the streets, but still, there could have been mom-captive civilians. not in the streets obviously, but in balconies, roofs and other secluded places free of thugs. and 99.99% of all goons and other enemies (not counting supervillains) to fight are men. it is hard to believe the entire normal criminal population is made up of just men. and the presence of cats and dogs would have also added more realism.

    the combat and exploration gameplay is pretty much the same as previous games, with the exception of the batmobile, which I didn't think it was a groundbreaking addition, but I was wrong, both figuratively and literally. maybe too many riddle puzzles easter eggs if you ask me.

    and finally, the DLC stories. they are great. they could release future Arkham sequels and prequels in this style, with many smaller mission maps, some being linear and others being small sandboxes, allowing for different styles of exploration and fighting. the first two or three stories are short, but all of them are worth playing.    … Expand

A trainer really helps and to see the real ending, which requires 243 riddler challenges, just go online and watch. I found theHave to say this is a pretty good, but frustrating for casual players. The batmobile is overused. From boss fights, batmobile garbage, riddler puzzles, freaking rc batarang, tank battles and others it's just way too frustrating for the casual player even on easy. A trainer really helps and to see the real ending, which requires 243 riddler challenges, just go online and watch. I found the Azrael missions unrealistic, even batman can't do what he asks az to do in the challenges, never get touched against 12 enemies? skipped that garbage. If it's on easy at least scale it to that retards. The firefly missions are ok but with the forced batmobile chases it's also a frustrating slog, the batmobile handles terribly and the game gets super laggy while driving around at high speed making it even more frustrating. Also switch to toggle mode for the batmobile battle mode to not kill your trigger finger if you're on a controller. Story is ok if very predictable at a certain point, the Joker is well done but the premise is so annoying, yes you will have losses fighting evil but does that mean it's bad to fight evil? Real people would understand instead of beating on the good guy, hopefully but there are a lot of idiots in the world. Batman is a masonic tool, just like all this superhero stuff is just masonic doctrine disguised, satan disguised as lucifer. Masons themselves are just a disguised tool of the international gangsters I can't name explicitly because of their ownership of most things in this world.

    --Graphically beautiful but very dark and muddy brown looking, could be better. Rain effects probably help this to be still a hard game to achieve 60 fps consistently. Have to really tweak the settings if you are not on the last generation or so of gpu/cpu.

    --Too much going on on the streets, it's so annoying and overwhelming.

    ---LET ME TURN OFF THE OBNOXIOUS BANTER on the streets you're forced to listen to, really needed audio options broken up, this is the same for all the open world arkham games.

    --DLC levels are mostly one level of brawling, not much substance. Even the Family DLC is not much but is the best one of the separate ones. The in game DLC with the other major super villains is worth it.

    --I recommend it if you have the patience to deal with the problems mentioned above. It is the most all encompassing game of the Arkham series but if you haven't played the other ones go for those first, they're cheaper and better. Look for this on sale.    … Expand

So, as I mentioned, I don't know how unplayable the game was when it came out. So I will evaluate it in terms of what the game looks like today. From the very beginning, I was pleased that the Joker looks at the world again and not as in the previousBatman: Arkham Knight suffered from lousy optimization when released. This review will be about an already patched game I've experienced. So, as I mentioned, I don't know how unplayable the game was when it came out. So I will evaluate it in terms of what the game looks like today. From the very beginning, I was pleased that the Joker looks at the world again and not as in the previous game. It really made me happy, especially when the game got a new graphic jacket, thanks to which it looks phenomenal. Really beautiful graphics, and to top it all off, the characters have their own look back. Speaking of the visual, what I really like here is that we finally have the opportunity to choose a Batman suit. I missed this thing very much in previous episodes, so I was glad that I could finally throw Batman in a suit I like. Subsequently, I was disappointed very quickly, because most of the beautiful ones are part of the DLC that you have to buy. So, for example, in my case where I wanted the look of a Dark Knight suit, I had to pay extra. In addition to changing the suit, we can also change the look of the Batmobile. Yes, you read that right. Batmobil is in the game and we no longer have to just sail freely through the city, but drive through it in full beauty with the inflated Batman car. At the beginning, I was happy for this opportunity, but I soon changed my mind, because later in the game quite often you have to use your Batmobile to move on. In addition to Batmobile, Batman also has his previous toys, which we already know very well and do not bring anything new, but they do not offend. For example, in one part, the game didn't even seem to work like Batman, but like a Battlefield or Call of Duty, where you just shoot. I mentioned that this is happening in one part. You ask in what? I don't want to spoiler you. It is luxurious and I am glad that these parts have returned to the game. I criticized the previous part for not having these parts and if they did, they were memorable. But I remember them very well here and they were great. As for battles, they are great. Again, nothing new, but nothing wrong. But what is the story? He was always a master of Batman in the Arkham series, wasn't he? Well ... unfortunately not here. The Joker is back, but he won't save it at all. The story is great, yes, but unfortunately after the game I was quite disappointed, because it just didn't seem like the end. There's also a Scarecrow I'd like to mention, which looks very good, so I think its look from Arkham Asylum was better, but that's purely my opinion. So just why isn't the story as high as in previous episodes? Because the game is no longer just about him. I'll explain. In previous games, you had the opportunity to do side quests, but you didn't have to, and if you played purely the main line, you didn't lose anything and you got a full experience. But this is not the case here, and in order to get the final scene, you need to complete the game completely, to be more precise to 240%, and it is probably clear to you that very few players will ever make it to this end. Overall, it's a shame. The game is good, yes, but it has unnecessary game mechanisms that knock the game down. So the game is good and I recommend it to you in spite of all that, but only if you are a fan of Batman and best of all, if you have played previous parts and want to end the series, even if you do not get a proper ending.… Expand

    The bugs have been fixed on the pc port and it is a good game if you like batman.

    Porting issues aside, Batman: Arkham Knight is a decent enough game. It's not the spectacular swansong we hoped for from Rocksteady, but it's another solid - if predictable - slice of Arkham gameplay, with a couple of great sections along the way.
