Jan 6, 2022Adventures of Pip's unique mechanic makes it stand out from the rest of the platformers I've played; the game makes wonderful use of the mechanic. Challenging enough to not make it a memory platformer but also not dull, this game is sure to charm any fans of the genre.

Jun 23, 2015A solid platformer, with interesting mechanics and loads of charm. Adventures of Pip is a fantastic addition to a crowded genre.
-
Jun 30, 2015Adventures of Pip is a nice tribute to the classic 2D pixel art platformer even though it lacks some depth.
-
Jun 5, 2015Adventures of Pip is a good platformer in every sense of the phrase. It has a nostalgic, yet beautiful art style, fun concept, and gameplay that even seasoned platforming fans will absolutely adore. However, Pip has not much else beneath the surface.

Jul 6, 2015A nice puzzle game, with some interesting level design and a cute concept. It lacks a bit of personality and it gets really fun only in the final world.
-
May 29, 2015Adventures of Pip is an inoffensive platformer that doesn't do a whole lot wrong, but it won't stand out in your mind a few days after beating it.

Jun 25, 2015Adventures of Pip is a solid platformer with a clever little gameplay mechanic, but ultimately doesn't do all that much with it. That being said, away from the mechanics, it was also good to see one of these retro-themed platformers do something more with the art style than simply have it as window-dressing. Adventures of Pip actually turns pixels into part of the gameplay, and that's neat.
