Based on the initial episodes, Cavill could leave on a relatively high note, thanks to a tighter, more focused third season, at least initially, than the second offered.

The first half of 'The Witcher' season 3 has no intention of tying off any of its many plot threads, but it does at least set the stage for a barnstorming finale for Henry Cavill's Geralt of Rivia.

On its own, volume 1 is a fairly well-crafted beginning to the season, giving us most things we could want from The Witcher and raising the stakes as we knew it would.

The double-crossing and backroom plotting grows so prodigious and repetitive you practically have to keep it all written down in a notebook to keep it straight, if you even care about it at all. Blissfully, “The Witcher” remains watchable (witchable?) when it turns its camera back to our happy witching family.

Yet for all those plusses, The Witcher struggles once more to tell a coherent story – even the subplots have subplots. Maybe Cavill is leaving at the right time.

No wonder Henry is jumping ship I don't blame him at all. Black washing more characters and making dandelion one of the largest Casanovas in the land gay!?! Go home netflix your drunk. Geralt becoming a side character in his own show. The paper thin plot and than to think we're getting another half of this.. No thanks. Henry Cavill did good to quit this show. At least I can say he owned every scene he was in but the other cast members, not so much. CGI is also off putting. The writers clearly have no clue what a "witcher" is nor were they interested to read the books or even play at least 1 of the games in order to get a sense of what it is suppose to be. They really desperately wanna be the next GoT... it's baffling. so I rate this a 1 out of 10, and that 1 is purely for Henry Cavill for still pushing through this season, even though it is his last season as the witcher, you can tell he still tried and did his best with the awful script he was given.

And Dandelion is gay...... HAHA, i'm sorry but Netflix how dense can you be? Next time actually research or just don't use such an amazing IP and completely turn it inside out to push your woke agenda.
