Summary: Eliot Ness and the Untouchables go after Alexander Rader, a drug dealer who uses a carnival as a cover for his operations. Nitti sends in his man Arnold Justin, a former cop, to make a purchase, but the drugs disappear and Nitti figures that Justin has turned against him.
