Summary: An anonymous tipster, cab company owner Nick Dolov, is keeping Ness apprised of Nitti's heroin shipments into the Windy City, but has an ulterior goal: he's stolen some of the heroin and uses it to make a deal with Nitti. Meanwhile his wife Georgiana has plans of her own and they don't involve Nick.
