Summary: The year is 1946, and Pinky and Brain work on a new plan. Everyone in Los Angeles wearing hats will find them shrunken by the Fedor-A-Matic and chaos will follow. However, a sudden complication arises – Billie. This appearance leads to danger and excitement, as Snowball lurks nearby and readies a dangerous plan of his own.
