Summary: Brain performs an experiment on Pinky – intending to help him evolve into a better being. All it really accomplishes, though, is giving Pinky the ability to control beavers. That, however, gives Brain an idea involving beavers' natural damming abilities. If he succeeds, all water will be his to command anyway he sees fit.
