Summary: Things are changing, as Larry the mouse is suddenly and inexplicably working with Pinky and Brain. Still, Brain has a plan to wreak havoc with the synchronoclastic remote controller. However, as the plan moves forward, even the fairly typical stuff repeatedly goes wrong. The obvious reason why, though, constantly eludes Pinky and Brain.
