Summary: Lady Maltby offers her Rolls Royce to Capt Mainwaring for use as his staff car, which unfortunately breaks down outside the town hall. Jones is asked to tow the car to Frazer's to be camouflaged and repaired but he takes the Mayor's car by mistake and chaos breaks out.
