In the latest iteration in the Fate franchise you take control of Miyamoto Iori who becomes involved in the Waxing Moon Ritual. With Saber as his Servant he must confront the seven Master and Servant pairs to obtain the Waxing Moon Vessel. While doing so you will be exploring and investigating different districts of Edo, as Tokyo was then known.- XGN

Catherine Full Body offers up a nice blast from the past with some new twists to keep things fresh. The added multiplayer keeps you playing the hard puzzles over and over again. The gameplay in the campaign isn't for everyone though.- XGN

Borderlands 3 has surpassed the bar that its predecessor had set. The story is grand in scale, the humor is on-point and updated to 2019, weapons are diverse and the new Vault Hunters are unique in every way. Every BL-fan must pick this game up.- XGN

MadWorld is a real beat'em up title. Pleasant if you're trying to get rid of your frustrations, but good for a lot of joy as well. The controls are working fine, the graphics look nice and the sound is al right. What else do you want?- XGN

Three years have passed since the original release. Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen is still a great game after those years. Although the game is a bit dated graphically speaking, the combat and world still feel great.- XGN

Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns is a good first expansion for ArenaNet's MMO. The new Elite Specializations and The Revenant are interesting. Maguuma is an awesome place, too bad there weren't more areas to explore.- XGN

We were happily surprised with Skulls of the Shogun. Behind the cartoony art style there is a strategy game with great depth, and a lot of innovative ideas. The campaign slowly teaches you how to use the different units, and the funny story keeps you coming back for more. The multiplayer seals the deal with hours of extra fun you can have with your friends or any other samurai skeleton from around the world.- XGN

Bravely Second manages to stay fresh and interesting, even if it seems to go on forever. The graphics and voice acting are great for a 3DS game. You definitely get your money's worth and any fan of Japanese RPGs should give this game a try.- XGN

In the end, Civilization: Beyond Earth is just a really average game. Firaxis has some nice new idea's - like the tech-web and the way aliens behave -, but they don't cover the fact that the title has some flaws.- XGN

Deus Ex GO follows the footsteps of Lara Croft GO and Hitman GO and does certainly not disappoint in that regard. The puzzles are tough, players get new levels every week and the level editor is promising. Deus Ex GO is simply an ideal puzzle game.- XGN

The one year gap was exactly what Assassin's Creed Origins needed. The game feels fresh, has a new combat system, a great story and looks absolutely stunning. It has the inevitable bugs and crashes, but that doesn't diminish the fun of the game.- XGN

Besides the obvious visual improvements, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD offers a clearly enhanced experience compared to the original Wii title. First and foremost the button controls offer a near-perfect alternative to the formerly mandatory motion controls, making the game more accessible. Beyond that, a lot of the original's hand-holding has been removed, leading to fewer interruptions of gameplay. The game still has other flaws, but the HD version does a lot to bring out the good of the game.- XGN

Fighting in this game really feels great, as well as the interesting conversations and the possibility to succeed in multiple missions simultaneously. Sometimes the game is not clear enough and the balance between missions and difficulty is a bit iffy.- XGN

Monster Hunter Stories 2 is a great game thanks to its impressive combat system. The real star of the show however is the lively world that keeps you entertained throughout. Even though the Switch might not capable of the prettiest graphics, the game still looks great. It comes with a price however as the framerate is not that good.- XGN

Age of Empires 4 is a mixed bag for fans of the franchise. For Age of Empires 2 fans, this is an excellent, true sequel. For fans of Age of Empires 3 however, the gameplay might feel too slow and the diversity in troops is too low. History nuts can enjoy themselves with the campaign, but don't expect a challenge. If you are looking for a classic RTS however, Age of Empires 4 is a fine pick.- XGN
