Mortal Kombat XL is the total package for newcomers, with a lot of content and fighters included. The first day fans however pay a hefty price to get all the new content.- XGN

Firaxis and 2K Games are offering hunderds of hours of replay value with this latest expansion. Brave New World expands and delivers updates to the Civilization V formula. Do you want to be a rebel? You can in Red Faction: Guerilla! Destroying buildings on it's own is actually really satisfying, but it turns out the gameplay is quite good as well. You can spend many hours to the online modes. Run or hammer yourself a way to the shop, because Red Faction: Guerilla is just a lovely game!- XGN

Kirby and the Forgotten Land is a great adventure that's great to play. The colorful design brings this 3D Kirby adventure to life, while additions like the mouthful powers add are a fun new twist to the gameplay. It's a shame the co-op is a bit poor due to player 2 not getting the full range of powers. Nonetheless, this is a Kirby game that is worth your time.- XGN

This is the best fighting game you can get for the Vita. It's actually the version that appeared for the consoles last year, but there are some new options especially meant for the Vita. They are fun but nothing special.- XGN

Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales proves you don't need expensive graphics to have an impactful story. Just excellent voice acting, writing and a unique card game is enough to make this an excellent title.- XGN

Far Cry 4 is a logical successor to the third. Don't expect any ground-breaking, overwhelming visuals or a completely different story, but a shooter that does almost everything better than the competition.- XGN

It's hard not to like the addictive gameplay of Trials. You'll keep failing and failing and yet you can't seem to stop playing. It's a shame that the PC had to wait so long to get a piece of this.- XGN

If you're able to ignore the flaws in the beta of PUBG you see the potential that's in the game. PUBG is super exciting from the very beginning until the very last end, which makes it one of the best Battle Royale games out there. [Early Access Score = 75]- XGN

Tomb Raider is a really good game but that it's full priced is unacceptable. It's just the same version as previous year. The good thing is you're part of a big Hollywood movie. However Lara lacks any sense of humor.- XGN

Starcraft Remastered is an ode to the amazing original. Blizzard kept it exactly the same as the old title, which means they both play on the same servers, but it also means old annoyances return. But all in all it's a beautiful update for a true classic.- XGN

NBA 2K18 is a beautiful sports game. The Neighbourhood lets you feel, live and experience basketball and an NBA career. The body-scans allow for much more realism and the new layup and shot system works well. MyTeam is a also true blessing.- XGN

Star Wars: The Old Republic is not an innovative game, pushing forward the concept that World of Warcraft has started all those years ago. However The Old Republic has a ton of content, big open worlds and some fantastic storylines, making it a must have game for all Star Wars fans.- XGN

After 30 years the game proves to be relevant still. Of course with a few tweaks like better graphics and a completely overhauled menu to make the game feel more inviting and balanced. There even is a new gameplay element added to it! It is not the perfect remake, but one you should try.- XGN

Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition brings Vergil to the party. The new character gets his own share in the game and you get to complete the whole story as the katana wielding demonslayer. It brings a whole new dimension to this already cool game. Next to that the game has various next-gen upgrades like ray tracing and a higher framerate. You'll have to choose which one you want to activate, so a full nxt-gen experience is out of the question. Still, a worthy upgrade to a brutal game.- XGN

Whilst nog being the most revolutionary entry in the series, Hitman 3 truly does deliver the best the new trilogy has to offer. With six stunning and diverse locations, plenty of opportunities to kill and all the finetuning, Hitman feels better than ever before. There are some minor technical flaws and bugs, but overall Hitman 3 is a worthy ending of this modern Hitman-era.- XGN
