Many gamers know KEMCO for churning out mostly mediocre RPGs at a high volume and unfortunately, that's exactly what Dragon Sinker feels like. It's a shame because with a bit more time and care, a few interesting concepts could have reached their full potential.

Magical Drop III is definitely one of those puzzle games that you'll be happy to add to your collection and play it every now and again but don't expect it to keep you entertained for longer than an hour at a time.

If Gem Smashers posed any sort of challenge then it would be a good (if not, great) puzzler due to its unique mechanics and intuitive gameplay. Considering you can't even die, the only enjoyable way to play it is via local multiplayer.

Gal Gunvolt Burst is the same game as Mighty Gunvolt Burst and merely contains its Ekoro DLC by default. Therefore, it gets the same score. If you've never played it before then now's a great time to pick it up. It's fun retro 2D action in its purest form and the character customization is a blast. Let's just hope that Inti Creates does something a little more original for their next release.

I'm glad that so many classic Psikyo games are being re-released. However, Sol Divide: Sword of Darkness is one that only completionists should purchase because it's one of the most disappointing shmups that I've ever played.

Tengai is a worthwhile successor to Samurai Aces and is decent enough for any shoot 'em up fan to happily add it to their digital collection. I just wish it did more to set itself apart in such a crowded genre.

I'm surprised that more people aren't playing The Little Ball That Could as it's such a satisfying and brilliant take on the Marble Madness formula. If it sounds even remotely appealing then do yourself a favour and give it a download.

If you enjoy playing competitive local multiplayer experiences then 12 Orbits is a must-have game. Its deceptively simple gameplay dynamic and large selection of variations make for an addictive and enjoyable time with friends.

Skee-Ball is a simple and enjoyable arcade classic. However, you'd expect a console version to come with all sorts of bells and whistles and the fact that this doesn't include many means that you're better off playing it in an arcade.

I've always found Picross-style puzzles to be an enjoyable and relaxing way to spend an evening after a long day of work. Pic-a-Pix Color may be nothing revolutionary but it is a completely functional and enjoyable nonogram puzzle game with a slight twist.

Devious Dungeon is a competent game but it lacks any notable features that would make it stand out in a sea of similar currently available games. Different playable classes, varied level objectives, diverse weapons, and a plethora of other gameplay options could have helped alleviate some of the repetition but unfortunately, none of that kind of content is featured here.

Battlezone Gold Edition is not only the best PlayStation VR game that I've ever played; it's also one of the best roguelikes. Rebellion definitely knows what they're doing and I can't wait to see what they come up with next.

Shift Quantum is one of the best practical puzzle games that I've ever played. If you're a fan of these kinds of noodle-scratching puzzlers then do yourself a favour and give it a try.

It might sound like I'm being overly hard on Omega Strike but I did have a decent time with it. Its ideas and structure are solid yet it's ultimately let down by a lack of variety and a sense of monotony that you'll regularly experience from start to finish.

As a big fan of BurgerTime, I'm happy that I finally had the chance to play Super Burger Time as it's an incredibly underrated arcade sequel. So, if you can't get enough burgers in your retro gaming diet then you'll definitely want to dine here.

Wizard Fire is a promising classic isometric fantasy action RPG. However, its gameplay quickly falls apart due to repetition, frustration, and even a potential game-ending glitch.

If you're looking for a casual puzzler that you can take on the go then Fill-a-Pix: Phil's Epic Adventure is worth checking out. Just make sure that you won't be disappointed by the casual easygoing experience before asking Phil to pour you a hot cup of tea.

If you're a true shoot 'em up fan then playing 1917: The Alien Invasion DX will just make you mad. With a completely broken scoring system and a super-tedious campaign that plays like Simon Says, it's hard to imagine who would actually enjoy this.

When it comes to 2D fighters, Koihime Enbu Ryo Rai Rai is certainly a competent one that rivals some of the more well-known entries in the genre. If you're a fighting game enthusiast then you definitely won't regret giving it a download.

Next Up Hero's intuitive gameplay and non-linear structure make it a fantastic game to play every once in a while. Just don't expect to be obsessed with traversing its dungeons because the repetition will sink in much sooner than you'd hope.

Despite its flaws, there's still a lot of fun to be had with Chasm. Exploring and finding new secrets is satisfying but traversing the same areas multiple times is not. The combat is also a mixed bag as some enemies are enjoyable to fight and others are a chore.

Whip! Whip! is a decent take on a classic formula and it can be pretty fun with a friend. However, don't count on anything particularly original or exciting. The adorable presentation only goes so far.
