RIFT is a solid proposal and we have seen very few of them in the latest years. Its gameplay is typical but also has a lot of interesting and fun innovations.

This is an unique title, above all in the West. It's worth a try, and will manage to keep us playing for a long while. On the top of that, getting all the endings may take around 30 hours, so if you like this kind of games, this one is definitely a must have.

Telling Lies expands the concept seen in Her Story, and it does a great job. We think its predecessor did a better job overall, but if you like to feel like a detective, take notes and uncover the truth, make sure you give it a try.

Shift 2: Unleashed builds upon the firm base of the previous game and offers more features and better features. More tracks, vehicles and multiplayer options thanks to the inclusion of the social system Autolog, and also better physics and simulation, which have improved the right way. It is not a perfect simulation experience, but will please most gamers.

News Tower is an addictive management tycoon capturing the tension of 1930s journalism with deep newspaper operations and exclusive hunting, all within a fantastic Art Deco setting and catchy soundtrack. Although random faction requests and an interface needing late-game improvements slightly detract, its solid foundation and engrossing loop make it a highly recommended and immersive experience.

Remedy is back, and they’re doing what they do best: great gunplay, complex narrative and, this time, a less linear world. It has its flaws, but fans of the studio will love it.

Little by little, EA Sports is building an outstanding football game, fun for casual players and incredibly deep for those who want to master it. Yes, changes are subtle this year, but all of them are for the best.

Resident Evil 3 is a great remake, even if not a very ambitious one. It lacks content, and it even feels like a wasted opportunity to create something bigger that expanded the original story. It is, however, a fantastic horror/action adventure with incredible visuals that builds upon the solid foundations of its predecessor, and its multiplayer mode definitely adds a few more hours of fun.

Alien: Isolation still is a fantastic horror game, and this version is just as good as it can get. It’s probably the best adaptation to Switch so far, and as good as any other to discover this adventure.

An original and well-executed metroidvania of action and exploration on wheels, with a fantastic artistic style, a careful narrative, and a very fun gameplay, although with some room for improvement in some aspects such as backtracking or boss fights.

It still is as good as we remember it. If you've already played it on Wii there are not too many reasons to play it again, but if you missed it, you've got in front of you one of the best platformers we've seen in the last few years.

Lara Croft GO is a very interesting take on the Tomb Raider concept. Its puzzle and adventure mix works really well on mobile, no matter if you've played any Tomb Raider game before.

This is a fantastic sequel, although its main focus seems to be improving the weakest parts of the original rather than expanding the posibilities, which is perfectly fine. It isn't a particularly risky sequel, but it still is a great metroidvania, full of charisma and humor.

If you want to continue Persona 5’s story and you’re happy to swap out turn-based battles for real-time ones, Strikers is a game that will steal your heart.

It is far from being a new experience, but it adds enough content to become the ultimate edition of one of the best fighting games of the current generation.

Darksiders II is better than we expected, we just loved it. It offers tons of content to keep us playing for many many hours, and proves that you don't need to reinvent the wheel to create something new and full of personality. As a game it is excellent and generous with the player, so if you liked the first game, then you should now the wait was worth it. If you miss the original Darksiders, please give this a try. To sum up, it's just one of the adventures of the year. A must-have.

Metro Exodus looks and plays better than ever before on consoles with this version. Exodus is a great game, and whether you haven’t played it yet or just want to replay it, the ray tracing and the DualSense’s features makes it worth your time.

This is simply a port, that loses its multiplayer in the process, but still allows us to play this timeless game on more platforms.

We're getting the game only in English and via eShop, but it's a game fans of the genre cannot miss. One of those games you won't stop playing till you beat it.

Halo expands focusing on the smallest things, with new gameplay and the same excellence we are used to.

A must-have for fans of the Phoenix Wright series, as it is even better than those, and not very recommended for those who don't have much patience or don't like very much to read, as sometimes there is a lot of story to be told. Everyone who likes graphic adventure games should try it for its originality and surprising plot.

The game is fantastic, and there is a lot of content and ways to enjoy it, but the new physics and the online issues make it less enjoyable than we expected. However, it still is a fantastic kart game, and Crash fans will love it.

Wreckfest is an absolute blast. The physics, the crazy trials, and that Destruction Derby feeling make it a must-have for those who ever enjoyed Psygnosis’ franchise or, more recently, the Flatout series.

Kingdom Hearts III is exactly what we expected it it be: an amazing game we’ve enjoyed from the very first second to the very last one. We would’ve liked to see a bigger challenge or more relevant extra content, but even so, it’s the perfect closure for an era.

This is one of the most original, interesting and smart visual novels ever made. With a story that catches you from the beginning to its end, Steins;Gate is already a classic.

The setting change works well, and the story will please series followers, with surprises and comebacks which will thrill Resident Evil fans. Resident Evil 5 offers a quality experience, despite some incongruities - all of them can be overlood -, which will engage us in front of the TV for hours, thanks to its gameplay and its high doses of action, tension and fun.

The best first-person shooter on the App Store. It improves upon the second entry of the series, polishing its flaws, adds more duration and offers a good multiplayer mode, although a bit too classic. And its graphics are outstanding.

We do miss the campaign and there are some rough edges, but Black Ops IIII is an excellent multiplayer experience. The battle royale and the zombie modes are a blast and, overall, we think CoD fans will love this new entry.

What the Golf? Is one of those games that might look simple and silly, but they’re actually a lot of fun. It will surprise you every time you play, and If you’re an Apple Arcade subscriber you shouldn’t miss it.

It is the same formula of previous Angry Birds game, but improved and adding the gravitational forces of the planets, which makes things different enough to renovate the gameplay. As fun as ever, although a bit short in content.

Splatoon is back with its most complete and polished entry to deliver the same fun experience, but also better than ever.

Exactly what we expected. The campaign struggles to surprise, but the multiplayer and zombie modes have been greatly improved, and they are the ones to credit for making it an outstanding title. Some people will complain about the lack of evolution, while some others will enjoy the hundreds of hours of fun it offers.

It isn't the perfect game yet, but the changes in gameplay are right, and the extra mode MyPlayer works very well.

This remaster updates the original adventure for the new consoles with virtually no additions beyond the visuals. However, it’s a great opportunity to enjoy this game on PS5 and Xbox Series X.

As a genre-defining game, this is a great experience everyone should try. Still, the remastering falls short for today's standards.

If you like challenging games and retro gameplay this is a game to watch, and you probably have been expecting something like this for a lot of time. However, if you answer no to any of these questions you'd better let it go. This is a really challenging game, even in its lowest difficulty, and can become frustrating if you are not an expert gamer.

A worthy successor to Ender Lilies that enhances almost every aspect of the original, from level design to gameplay mechanics, while maintaining its gothic and melancholic aesthetic. Though the difficulty is more accessible with adjustable options, it still offers a solid challenge for those who seek it. The art and music remain outstanding, though the soundtrack can feel repetitive, and the game sticks too closely to its predecessor without introducing truly fresh mechanics.

Need for Speed reinvents itself with a game very different to the series tradition but that results in an excellent racing game, with the right dose of simulation.

The Forest is a great survival game, particularly recommended for those who enjoy crafting and would like to discover a story as they survive.

Even though we don't agree with the decision of not selling it separately, this remaster is a dream come true, and a great opportunity to discover or rediscover a game that reinvented a genre.

It is a complete experience that fulfills its objectives in a remarkable way, a video game with all the usual elements in a role story and that gives a fun purpose to the fact of sweating, and is one of the best exergaming games we have seen.

Square Enix overhauls one of the most unique and special games ever made, and gives us another chance to discover this not-so-hidden gem.
