In short bursts it is quite fun, but playing more than a level or two quickly turns the formula into a tedious exercise in memory. At a buck it is an ok investment, but don`t expect it to hook you as other line drawing games tend to do.- TouchGen

To me this is a re-imagining of the arcade classic… and for that it does a great job, perfectly replicating the sound and action of that closing act. However, with it's relatively high price point, and when compared to other fly and gun games like Above and Beyond and Top Gun, it doesn't really stand up from a value and content standpoint.- TouchGen

Piranha 3DD is not the flaming pile of horse poop I expected it be, but it's not a particularly good game. Unless you are a huge fan of the movie (is anyone?) or really like eating people, I would pass on this game.- TouchGen

N.Y. Zombies 2 is another example where more is not necessarily more. Adding FPS controls, and movement did add more issues than it added gameplay enhancements. Paired with dodgy collision detection, and uneven level design I have to conclude that Terminator 2 is still the big exception to the rule of sequels.- TouchGen

But the lack of a consistent style really hurts it and stopped me as a player becoming immersed and caring at all for the story and characters.- TouchGen

Perhaps only a real joystick can work for this kind of game, but I'd like to think Capcom can at least give it another look, and fix or tweak the controls in an update.- TouchGen

When all is said and done Quantum Legacy HD was a clever idea that in the end worked less well. Combining on rails shooter mechanics with one to one dogfighting never really gets exciting.- TouchGen

The presentation definitely deserves more than having players diving into the game a couple of times just to forget about it.- TouchGen

Grow Away suffers from not being that fun in the long run with a lot of repetition, and gameplay that isn't interesting enough.- TouchGen

Both derivative and utterly forgettable, with gameplay that seems more like clocking in for a day at the office than playing an exciting videogame.- TouchGen

Touch Racing Nitro could be a great game as it has got great presentation, music and content. Sadly it only offers a quite gimmicky control method, and it needs some more standard way to steer as an option.- TouchGen

Zombie Rollers suffers from being too shallow with too little variation. It also suffers from looking dated, and it is hard to shake the sensation that this could have been released about three years ago. For those looking for yet another way to dispose of zombies it might help complete the collection though.- TouchGen

Black Matter is a really fun game with intense gameplay for the first 15 minutes of a new game. Then it starts playing itself, and it becomes as fun as watching weapons blasting enemies by themselves on a small screen. Not too fun.- TouchGen

Food Processing is a fun little game demanding quick reactions, decisions and precision. It is a fun distraction, but the more you play the more it seems to lack.- TouchGen

Wide Sky is a very difficult game for the wrong reasons. The structure is sound and the presentation is above and beyond, but the gameplay is lacking. The potential is there for this to be a major hit, but an update is needed to sort out the control issues. If that happens, I can’t wait to come back and enjoy this game. Until then, I’m not inclined to revisit it any time soon.- TouchGen

In the end, this is a perfectly acceptable rail-based shooter with great graphics. The problem is simply that shooters on rails just are not that fun on iOS.- TouchGen

This game is not terrible. The controls work well, the mechanics put a new spin on word games, and it has a decent art style. However, it just isn't much fun. It is a shame, because a new take on word games could make for a good time. As I said, mechanically, there is nothing wrong with this game, and you might love it; for me, it was just boring and monotonous.- TouchGen

Little Inferno shines softly with originality and cuteness but never moves beyond this. As a more luxurious variation of Doodle God ($ 0,99), the game falls short and is not worth the hefty price tag. With all the tapping at coins and waiting, I can’t help but wonder: could Little Inferno have turned out better as a freemium game?- TouchGen

Frog Orbs isn’t a bad game, but it’s incredibly unbalanced. If it’s been your lifelong dream to feel like the most badass frog in history, then Frog Orbs is probably right up your alley. If you’ve been itching for the perfect Missile Command experience on your iPhone, you will probably want to keep looking.- TouchGen

The game does not stand out above the hundreds of other experiences on the App Store. The game does not excel in any particular way, nor does it fail significantly enough in the control department for me to call it bad. This just doesn't seem like the developer's best or most creative effort.- TouchGen

Kairo will definitely appeal to some, as it brings something new. Like Myst/Riven without the story, but if you manage to let yourself be immersed the experience can be just as rewarding. Sadly the wonky controls, strange puzzles and at times ugly level design do their best to take you out of the experience.- TouchGen

Gameloft have proved again and again that they are the masters of technicality, pushing the games that appear on iDevices onward with great graphics and touch-based controls (Modern Combat 3 and Tin Tin are the latest great releases)... but too often they stumble to combine their technical output with their creative output, resulting in a severely lackluster experience (Sacred Odyssey and Silent Ops are examples of this). Gangstar Rio: City of Saints falls into this camp.- TouchGen

It would’ve been nice if there were more tables – say 20, with five of them being free, or even if Sony had licensed more than just rock and included several more genres from a catalog of music that surely must reach into the bajillionty-trillions in terms of album sales- TouchGen

Chop Chop Ninja World is a decent game with technical problems, a lack of necessary precision in control, and some fresh ideas, and for all of that I can say the game is okay. However the freemium nature of the game can't be ignored.- TouchGen
