There's a thin line between challenging and frustrating. Epic Game avoids being an Epic Fail because even though it may seem a little too hard at times, you'll be back to conquer it after you've sellotaped your hair back to your scalp (because you tore it out, see?)- TouchGen

You see ‘Gun Bros 2’ isn’t exactly engrossing; it’s actually repetitive at best. There’s an initial piquing of interest as you hoist those oversized bits of kit around, putting colourful things out of their misery, but it’s not enough to keep you coming back long term.- TouchGen

Metal Slug X is a fun shooter with a load of content. The touch screen controls let it down at times, but most of the time they work well enough. Gameloft have proved again and again that they are the masters of technicality, pushing the games that appear on iDevices onward with great graphics and touch-based controls (Modern Combat 3 and Tin Tin are the latest great releases)... but too often they stumble to combine their technical output with their creative output, resulting in a severely lackluster experience (Sacred Odyssey and Silent Ops are examples of this). Save Them All has some neat ideas that at times become too ambitious. It tries to combine the arcade action running found in Don't Run With a Plasma Sword, and the skill based patient running of Canabalt.
