A party game that's fun for a while, but you probably won't be loading it up after your guests leave.- The Digital Fix

Cute visually, but lacking the gameplay depth of its predecessor, Space Crew is a slow grind that offers glimpses at what could've been. A decent follow up to Bomber Crew, Runner Duck's latest game aims for the stars but just gets out of the atmosphere.- The Digital Fix

Neoverse Trinity Edition brings the strategy of a deck-building game together with rougelite elements. Similar to a game like Slay the Spire, but with a different polish. The story is virtually non-existent, which is unfortunate, but understandable for the type of game. Purely from Neoverse’s aesthetic, the expectation is that the game will be simple, but you will slowly start to uncover a deep and multifaceted strategy game that remains fresh throughout numerous hours of play.- The Digital Fix

It might not scale the lofty heights of its illustrious predecessors, but it’s got some fresh ideas and is certainly worth a look if bossing units around is your bread and butter.- The Digital Fix

It is a shame that the direction that Rebellion have taken the series is an ill-advised one and a direction that is a puzzling as it is pointless.- The Digital Fix

Even with clear intentions and a striking presentation, Unto the End's borderline broken combat mechanics drag the experience down into a spiral of misery.- The Digital Fix

Team 17 took a simple idea, blowing up enemy worms named after your mates with an arsenal of ridiculous weaponry, and turned it into one of the most iconic and fun memories in gaming. But that was 1995 and here we are in 2014 realising that not much has changed in nearly two decades.- The Digital Fix

Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion falls short of being a great game and lands squarely in the land of being okay. Despite its flaws it is an enjoyable RPG that would be a great entry point to the genre for younger children who might be a little put off by the more complex systems in other games.- The Digital Fix

Even though Raging Justice doesn't reinvent the wheel, it does the job in fun way that I feel is definite value for money. Pick your preferred mode and have at it.- The Digital Fix

Two positive things to take away from everything is that it is arguably the best game Spark have ever produced and is not as bad as Aliens Colonial Marines.- The Digital Fix

A lack of visual flair or narrative complexity leave Anamorphine feeling dull and long winded, the cursory way it touches upon difficult emotional issues born out of interpersonal problems and substance abuse comes off poorly as a result.- The Digital Fix

I initially loved the survival and building aspects of The Walking Dead Onslaught. Unfortunately it wore thin quite quick. I would have liked more depth and more variety but what we have is fun, immersive, zombie bashing good time. I just recommend playing in short bursts otherwise it will get repetitive very quickly.- The Digital Fix

A number of features aim for the stars (sorry) but don’t always reach the target. So if you’re risk averse and want to settle into something mainstream, you’d best look elsewhere as you’re likely to see the rough edges instead of the potential for growth.- The Digital Fix

Siegecraft Commander is an interesting attempt at creating something different and new and for that Blowfish Studios should be commended. It’s unfortunate that, in the end, they’ve created something which doesn’t quite hit the mark.- The Digital Fix

Italic Pig have bravely experimented with the traditional 2D platformer at an atomic level and to their credit came up with a bold idea, brimming with ideas and colour that works in theory. But while the research is solid, in practice the chemical compounds that make up the game don’t quite gel together.- The Digital Fix

A great turn based strategy that has the soul of Advance Wars mixed with swords and magic. Along with the entertaining campaign the multiplayer is a blast and with both online and offline modes will keep you entertained for a long time.- The Digital Fix

A lot of visual polish is not enough to cover for a product where the minimum of effort has been placed in every other component. There are far better interactive movies more deserving of your time and money. Even Night Trap was more interesting.- The Digital Fix

Despite the ropey opening few hours Defiance settles into its rhythm very nicely and becomes a game that is so easily picked up and played you cannot help but fall for it a little. Yes for every positive there are at least two negatives but ultimately it’s light, fun and most of all an experience that console players currently do not have.- The Digital Fix

The perfect launch game, doing nothing new, arguably less so than current gen games but adequately showing off the new hardware - think of it as a tech demo with quick time event executions and you will not be disappointed.- The Digital Fix
