Crysis still holds up as a fun and exciting popcorn style action game that is an excellent addition to anyone's library.- The Digital Fix

The Golf Club 2 improves upon its predecessor in every department. However, graphical issues and an irritating implementation of ghost players means this drive lands in the light rough rather than the fairway.- The Digital Fix

Where the Water Tastes Like Wine could have had deep mythology building for 1930s Americana, but instead it offers only enough to get you intrigued before forcing you back into the grind-laden, story-gathering crawl the rest of the game is.- The Digital Fix

On the whole I enjoyed Twin Breaker: A Sacred Symbols Adventure. I am not normally a fan of this type of game but the old-school presentation and interesting story made it enjoyable. I am happy I got to play it. Plus you get 2 versions for the price of one, what's not to like.- The Digital Fix

The game can be borderline unforgiving, but with the right loadouts and a few friends, the game can be a blast.- The Digital Fix

In the end, despite some good work in combining RPGs and side-scrolling beat ‘em ups, it’s difficult to recommend Battle Princess of Arcadias to anyone but the most ardent fans of either genre.- The Digital Fix

A bit too short, a little fiddly and a little less than invitingly re-playable to recommend to many more than the concrete fans or curious WiiU owners intrigued by the last hurrah of a dying platform.- The Digital Fix

An enjoyable journey into better, more dinosaur filled times, that will keep you entertained throughout. The careful balancing acts that are required are demanding without being overwhelming and the dinosaurs look great.- The Digital Fix

Overall then TransOcean 2 is a distinctly average game. It’s not standout in its genre nor is it a weak link and at its purest it’s a solid economic simulator if a touch lightweight.- The Digital Fix

A romp through a cursed forest playing as a cute little critter. It’s not doing anything groundbreaking or new by any means, but what’s here is worthwhile for a palette cleanser between other platformers.- The Digital Fix

Lego The Incredibles sticks to the tried and trusted Lego formula, adding a sprinkle of new features here and there. However, the same bugs and glitches which have dogged the Lego series persist and the game feels somewhat lacking in comparison to previous titles.- The Digital Fix

The Division: Underground introduces a randomly generated Diablo 3 rift-like system bringing a ton of PVE goodness to a struggling end game and delivers initial excitement and gameplay with ease. Unfortunately the repetitive nature of the missions as well as the consistent reuse of environments means that whilst this package brings something fantastic for players (PVE focused ones especially) after a solid few hours, there is nothing new to see.- The Digital Fix

EDF has a fiercely loyal following, and fans are likely to be happy embracing this latest title, bugs and all. For everyone else though, EDF 2025 is the gaming equivalent of Sharktopus: a bargain basement, low-budget cheesefest of the highest order, mildly amusing for a short time, filled with awful lines, and completely forgettable.- The Digital Fix

With the procedurally generated maps there’s plenty of replay value and there’s something rather rewarding helping you tribe earn the stripes and conquer each level. However the issues with crashes on the low-end of the graphical scale are a concern especially as this will be a tempting game for those who game on the go.- The Digital Fix

For now, however, Poker Night 2 puts a very different spin on the flooded poker sim scene by placing all it’s chips on character interaction and being able to listen to some hilarious smack talk with an interesting, albeit fictional group of competitors.- The Digital Fix

At a couple of quid less we’d suggest that most people think about giving it a punt (or, indeed, a jab?) but for now this will probably remain in the quite small ‘passionate about boxing, owns a Vita’ niche.- The Digital Fix

Ultimately, Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 is an entertaining, albeit often simple, game full of sporting events that'll get friends and family set for some multiplayer fun. It's not as comprehensive as it perhaps could be in the way it allows players to set up their multiplayer sessions, but the variety and charm when it comes to the way everything is presented helps lift the whole package up.- The Digital Fix

Earth Defense Force: Iron Rain sacrifices the franchise standards of city scale battlefields and hundreds of enemies for the sake of flashier graphics, but in doing so loses some of the unique charm the series offers. The grind required to unlock exciting weapons undermines the fun potential, unless you're looking to spend a lot of time with the game.- The Digital Fix

Underwhelming is probably the best way to describe The Lego Movie Game; sticking too closely to the movie, lacking in the fun factor, having little character of its own as a result, feeling padded and most certainly rushed to coincide with the movie launch.- The Digital Fix

The handful of game modes provide limited fun in Paperbound. Created to suit a party environment, it’s the type of game you break out when friends are over for a quick brawl or two before moving on to the next game.- The Digital Fix

State of Mind's aspiration of telling a recognisably human story set in a believable near future full of society-altering technology is so close to being great, but limited animation, outdated gameplay and occasionally stilted voice acting hold it back.- The Digital Fix

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX is a stunning remake of the original Rescue Team games which ceaselessly captures their magic and emotion. While some fan-favourite gameplay elements have been lost, and the game feels much more forgiving than it arguably should be, it is faithful to the source material and is a nostalgic return to the humble beginnings of Pokémon's longest-running spinoff series. Worth picking up for both returning and new adventurers alike.- The Digital Fix
