198X is a nostalgic but incomplete-feeling tribute to Eighties games and their influence. Each of the five genres included is unique and equally stunning, as are the cut-scenes. The problem is that it ends quickly and without exploring each style to the fullest.- Switch Player

Once you get past the dated graphics, slow RPG gameplay, and wonky (but improved) PC-to-console controls, you will find one of the better stories available to you in gaming in each of these titles. A worthy place for fans of the original releases to return, as well as for those paper-and-pencil gaming aficionados.- Switch Player

Slayaway Camp is a darkly charming isometric puzzler that uses the B-Movie slasher conceit to its complete advantage. Addicting, challenging, and perfect for bitsize Switch sessions, anyone who doesn't give Slayaway Camp a butchers will surely be missing out.- Switch Player

Induction encourages players to consider cause and effect in each of its carefully crafted, time-bending puzzles. Though some mechanics could have used some explanation, it’s certainly no puzzle that fans of the genre should give this game a go.- Switch Player

At first glance Conga Master Party! just appears to be a modern day Snake, but diving in there's a fun little gameplay loop, nobody ever thought navigating the dance floor could be so tough. On top of all the single player fun there's also a compelling set of options for fun with friends, all in all this game offers up a good arcade experience. It's easy to recommend this game for those looking for a smaller experience on the Switch.- Switch Player

Bob Help Them is an easy to pick up and put down little strategy game that marries the relaxation of a farming-sim with the frantic pace of a countdown timer. 35 levels, 6 NPCs, and 105 stars, this game is perfect for bus rides.- Switch Player

Super Destronaut DX-2 is about as colourful and manic a 2D arcade shooter as they come. What it lacks in content and competitiveness it more than makes up for with great style and tactile feedback.- Switch Player

Packed with fan service and with a huge amount to do, it’s difficult to dismiss Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order. It can get repetitive, and the story does drag a little, but comic book and Marvel aficionados will enjoy it nonetheless.- Switch Player

The Sinking City does atmosphere and immersion really well, and we like that a lot. It doesn’t do its combat and handling as well, though, or it would be getting a higher score.- Switch Player

Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions takes arcade football and puts a new spin on it, resulting in fun, frantic and frustrating gameplay. When the final whistle blows though, that marvellous manga magic makes it easier to forgive its shortcomings.- Switch Player

Summertime Madness is an explosion of colour that invigorates the senses with engrossing puzzles. While not without its flaws, playing on the go is a great way to zone out and dive into the themes it explores.- Switch Player

HumaNature have executed the retro revitalisation of ToeJam & Earl exactly in the way that backers will have wanted. Whilst it might not be a revolutionary game in 2019, the updated features and trimmings are more than enough to keep fans of the series happy.- Switch Player

As a Warriors game, One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 Deluxe Edition comes a somewhat repetitive hack n’ slash combat that doesn’t do much more than empowering the player. However, if you’re a fan of the anime, you’ll be able to relieve the best moments of Luffy’s adventures as a beautiful game with tons of content to keep you hooked for a very long time.- Switch Player

This Strange Realm Of Mine bridges the gap between art and video game with mixed success. It suffers from having a bit too much going on, but for those with an open mind, you’ll find an experience here worth having.- Switch Player

Say No! More is a brief title that makes up for underutilising its core mechanic with some hysterical moments and a lot of heart. If you could do with a game to cheer you up after a hard day, don’t say no to this one.- Switch Player

It plays a cracking game of tennis, both with simple mechanics or the enhanced ones and you'll certainly have fun with friends. For the solo player, you'll breeze through the tournaments with ease, though, and that Adventure mode is one of THE most infuriating gaming experiences I've ever encountered, which is a shame.- Switch Player

Bear and Breakfast is a cosy and relaxing management sim that offers players rewarding gameplay and an exciting story. The game does suffer with some janky controls and a HUD system that needs tweaking for Nintendo Switch systems, but if you want a management sim that isn’t the run-of-the-mill, this one’s for you.- Switch Player
