The Elder Scrolls Legends take what's good from the other card games and adds some interesting gameplay mechanics, such as the dual-lane field, and the strong definition of the dynamics of a deck. Actually there are too many unbalanced draft based mechanics, but this is something only time can adjust.

The Great Whale Road is an adventure made by turn based strategy, RPG and management of an ancient Danish clan, but in almost every respect there is a feeling of lack of depth.

Vikings Wolves of Midgard is a passable Diablo clone, full of fresh ideas for the genre, none of which really fits into the gameplay, let down by repetition and peculiar game design choices. There are far better similar games on Xbox One, and it's very hard to recommend this one over Diablo III, Bastion or Hyper Light Drifter.

A weird and pleasant puzzle game, which delivers a nice challenge. Too bad that game is rather short, and the difficulty level has some ups and downs.

PaRappa The Rapper Remastered is your occasion to play a PS One classic, now with the dynamic 4K support for PS4 Pro. Besides this, it's exactly the same game from twenty years ago.

Although Zero Time Dilemma is nowhere to be found and there's no extras whatsoever, Zero Escape The Nonary Games is a great package containing two brilliant visual novels. If, for any reason, you didn't have a chance to play them (or just one of them), then buying it is heavily recommended, especially for the treatment that 999 has undergone.

Yo-kai Watch 2 is an iterative sequel that plays too safe too often, but, taken for what it is, also delivers a solid JRPG experience, enriched by almost two hundred new Yo-kai, online battles and new areas to explore. Your enjoyment of the first game and of the anime really is a factor here.

An adventure game with a style that is clearly recognizable, traditional and innovative at the same time. It's also nostalgic and ironic, tender and sarcastic. A gameplay crafted by masters, in which even the casual mode shines, proudly closed in its 1987 mood, and yet so modern and with many more things to say than many other point and click games. It is not the nostalgia that talks: it is the voice of a hand-crafted videogame.

88 Heroes is a surprise: visually stunning and with a hard difficulty level. It has various quotes from 80s movies, and great pixel art work behind it.

Persona 5 is an essential play for all jRPG fans. Incredibly unique in its style, with a varied and deep battle system, Persona 5 will enchant you with its plot and its interweaving of perfectly designed Tokyo.

Narcosis is an unconventional, intense and well written survival horror game. The abyss is a fascinating setting and the character is forced to survive and fight from inside a heavy diving suit, constantly monitoring the oxygen level. However, gameplay is too slow, awkward and inaccurate.

The fans of the Touhou series will probably appreciate another adventure, and that's probably the same for the roguelike genre's ones too. However, there doesn't seem to be much to look forward to for all the other gamers.

Toukiden 2 is both a solid hunting game and a vast open world, and even if it cannot match the ones from the AAA games seen recently (from Horizon to Breath of the Wild), it has more than enough juice to keep fan busy for at least a couple of weeks. If you liked the previous titles, you'll find much more of the same here and a couple of new twists that add to the gameplay.

A puzzle game with a pleasant narrative, and a decent voice acting. Still, the gameplay relies on puzzles not always satisfying, and the physics is not so precise in some occasions.

We enjoyed our time with Kona Day One, even if the survival and combat elements often give the idea of being thrown into the mix without too much thought. When the game does what it's best at, which means telling a story, can make you forget about technical hiccups and a lackluster finale. A good beginning for a new series we're curious to see unravel.

It's disappointing to see nothing new in the Switch version of I am Setsuna, but we're still talking about a very good JRPG and the only offering right now for all the Nintendo fans on their new console. A recommended choice if you didn't get to play it elsewhere.

If you think about Mankind Divided, A Criminal Past feels like a more of the same: the plot is nothing special and the level design is not as brilliant as it was in the main game, but the prison is a fascinating scenery and the way you have to deal with the lack of augmentations make things way more interesting.

For the ones who don't own a Vita (and, unfortunately, there's a lot of them), Danganronpa 1-2 Reload is a great chance to experience two of the best visual novels around at a bargain price. But for the ones that already played them , this PS4 package doesn't bring anything new to the table.

Ghost Recon Wildlands is a game with two souls. If played with friends it can offer a huge map with lots of missions, and important strategy elements with the coordinated efforts of the team. Played in single player, it shows some technical problems, especially those related to the other Ghost, controlled by the AI.
