Berserk and the Band of the Hawk is just another musou, since Omega Force didn't apply to the base formula the changes that made both Attack on Titan and Dragon Quest Heroes better games. This is a more violent and slightly easier version of the latest installments in the Dynasty Warriors Franchise, so consider buying it only if you're a diehard fan of this type of game.

For Honor is for sure one of the best pvp games of this console's generation: an incredible combat system with an even better variety of classes draws a painting made for competitive players.

Halo Wars 2 is a great example of how to make a great console RTS: the 343 Industries & Creative Assembly title is improved over its predecessor in terms of its interesting gameplay features, great calibration, good rhythm and Blitz as an excellent new mode. Unfortunately the campaign doesn't always look brilliant overall. However Halo Wars 2 stands as an absolutely recommended purchase for Halo lovers and has great appeal for RTS genre newcomers.

A game that tries to tell a delicate story through a well-written narrative and a decent gameplay. If you don't mind reading a lot of text, and you are not bothered by a short and not replayable story, this game might be a correct choice.

How to Survive 2 is a rather fun game, especially in co-op. However, the game is based on some heavy grinding mechanics, and it requires some patience. If you have some friends who want to smash zombies, though, it may be a decent experience.

Dragon Ball Fusions is one of those licensed games that will make the hardcore fans happy, but, ultimately, won't impress anyone who is not in love with the characters and the lore of the franchise. Ganbarion's last effort is a solid and fun turn-based catch'em'all RPG, but the 3DS has seen far better titles in both of these categories.

Sniper Elite 4 is a good TPS, that has the guilty to not improve a lot from the previous chapter: sniping is good but the mechanics are always the same; on the other hand, the map and the exploration are quite good.

Realpolitiks is a Europa Universalis-like, it's a grand strategy sets in the present and in the near future. It is suitable for everyone, but too easy for more experienced that are looking for a real challenge.

Instead of another musou, Tecmo Koei brings to PS4 and Vita a decent SRPG, perfectly suited for the newcomers or for fans of the franchise who are looking for something different. There are far better similar titles on both systems, still Godseekers is a good choice for the uninitiated to the genre.

Beside some technical and balancing issues, Nioh is a demanding and intriguing soulslike that knows how to follow its own style while creating the base for a new series.

Earthlock: Festival of Magic is a cute JRPG inspired by a bunch of very old-school mechanics, but that fails in delivering a satisfying experience.

Outbreak is a small survival horror that tries to deliver an intense co-op experience. The result is quite decent, though it seems that the structure of the game is quite rigid, especially if you look at the combat and movement systems. However, if you like traditional survival games, and if you have a couple of friend to play with, you can think about grab this one.

Alwa's Awakening is a true, but beautiful, trip in the past. Everything is close to the old masterpieces of videogames, with only a few buttons that were able to do all the things a gamer needed.

If you never got the chance to play the original on Wii U, then this portable iteration may be a good deal for you, with its brilliant level design, cute protagonists and colorful visuals. Otherwise, there's nothing new here that would deserve a second buy for the owners of the almost-last gen Nintendo console.

Who cares about the episodic release when Hitman Season 1 can offer a compelling, smart and entertaining experience, just like Hitman games should do? The gameplay is strong and, despite a plot that is lacking deepness, the season is fun and some maps, like Sapienza and Hokkaido, have a lot of replay value.

Atelier Shallie Plus adds not enough new content to recommend this version over the PS3 original, even because the new platform brings also new problems, such as empty environments and a choppy framerate. Not bad if you're a fan of the series, but in this case you've probably already played this game three years ago.

Saban's Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Mega Battle! is a game with many problems. Gameplay is afflicted by wrong hitboxes, boss fights are terrible, except for the "Go Go Power Ranger Songs" and cutscenes are really boring. Beyond fanservice, there are really few things that can make this game enjoyable.

If you enjoyed the first chapter and you declared your love to Kat in evening dress, in this sequel you will find a bigger version and full of what you have liked five years ago. If already at the time you have had difficulty with the controls, and you do not like jazz, you can lay your eyes away.

Memoranda could be a lovely adventure, but it fails to propose an intriguing narrative and a fair challenge. Most of the time, it seems that the puzzles lie on a logic that does not fit entirely with what the game is showing, nor with what the characters are doing or saying. All in all it is a sufficient adventure, but it could have been much more.

Tales of Berseria faces the struggle of being developed for both the old and the new generation of Sony platforms, and therefore is forced to stick to the beaten path. It still is a better game than Zestiria, overall, mostly thanks to its dark and gritty storyline and believable cast of protagonists. Let's just hope that the future of the Tales series will bring something new to the table.

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 The Final Chapter Prologue is an atypical collection: on one hand able to enchant with Dream Drop Distance, for gameplay and for the graphics, but on the other hand it doesn't impress with Birth by Sleep 0.2. The Back Cover film, then, doesn't transmit great feelings.
