Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force is a classic tactical J-RPG, with all the usual pros and cons of this kind of title. Despite the nice style, and the remarkable drawings that will accompany you in your travel in the world of the Furies, the dungeons realization and the characters 3D models are so poor they'll make you cry. The combat system is solid, and the story is enjoyable. Unfortunately, the repetitive mechanics will bore you in a few hours. In the end, a fair Hyperdimension Neptunia clone, just for real fans of the genre.

Although suffering a not-excelling technical framework, the overall result is fairly good, offering engaging and functional gameplay. The guys at Stainless Games brought this new chapter of Carmageddon to life addressing their work toward the brand lovers. That is, we can't recommend the game to everyone but it will surely be appreciated by the franchise fans - ready to dive in this perverted mix of crazy cars - as well as by the outsider old-school game seekers. The newbies may find it quite trivial though: the entertainment is strongly hooked to the 90s concept without any significant change.

Hawken is a good multiplayer game with its strength in balancing. Although it's free we don't stand in front of the annoying pair F2P / Pay to Win. The game has some technical issues, a frame rate too far from being stable, but the great job done with the gameplay will make you get over those pains. Considering the F2P nature of the product, we really hope in future upgrades of the game- hopefully resolving some netcode problems - that now is quite poor in terms of contents. However if you are a mech-fighting fan and you are looking for a good multiplayer game that could entertain you should, without pretending too much, definitely give the Reloaded Games product a try.

Kill Strain is a multiplayer arena with a peculiar asymmetric formula; even if this type of team play is pretty original, it cannot guarantee a perfect balance and it also inappropriate for a competitive ambience. The game is free but prepare yourself to farm for a long time if you want to unlock all the characters.

I Am Setsuna proves that there's still room for the JRPG genre. It has a brilliant combat system, a good story and contains all the typical elements of the great classics from 15-20 years ago.

Ghost 1.0 is a great Metroidvania, with some defects as an irregular difficulty curve and some game design choices that do not always work well. However, the plot is well-written and the gameplay is extremely functional.

It would have been a pretty good arcade game, but it lacks variety. The level of difficulty is extremely low in single player, whilst the multiplayer seems to be almost empty.

Insomniac Games Should have taken some risks with Song of the Deep's gameplay: the combat system is basic and some puzzles are out of contest. The game is a "simple" metroidvania, though a solid and pleasant one. Song of the Deep fails to deepen the genre's formula.

The work done with this remastered version of Resident Evil 5 is just a little more than enough. We recommend the game only to those who couldn't play it in the past generation and who are looking for a good action game, despite some obsolete mechanics, with an interesting game coop.

Necropolis is made by a 50% of roguelike and by a 50% of Soulslike, but the mix doesn't work very well and fails in some core crucial areas, like the combat system and the AI.

7 Days to Die is a horrible porting of a game that could be appreciable on PC. The good crafting and building system doesn't justify the horrible combat system, the bad animation and the old style graphic; there are also bugs everywhere. Maybe it could be good for you, but only if you are blind.

The game has a lovely graphic and tons of customization, but it falls short on the gameplay side. The control system is problematic too, as well as the career mode, which is a bit boring.

Monster Hunter Generations is the most complete package the franchise has had to offer up to now, with hundreds of monsters, many of locations, four different villages and a perfected online multiplayer, but, surprisingly, the best rests in the changes to the gameplay formula.

Adventures of Mana worked better on mobile devices than it does on Playstation Vita, because broken AI, framerate issues and repetitiveness are minor problems if you only play for fifteen minutes per session. You may want to give it a try just for the dreamy soundtrack.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven differs significantly from All Star Battle. The introduction of the third dimension and the implementation of battles focused on 2v2, make the experience less complex than the previous one. Despite this, the game contains a complete and incredibly varied roster, as well as a very long-lived story mode, supervised by the same author of the manga.

The last installment in an evergreen franchise, Pac-Man 256 smartly renews the game's original concept, transforming it into an endless runner arcade for hardcore puzzle game fans. This PC/console porting adds the coop multiplayer mode, an excellent addition to an already addicting game, and a little bit of monotonous gameplay.

Not much has changed since Steamworld Heist's debut last December: the game is still intoxicating and addictive, and now features the always welcome cross buy feature that will allow to play it both on the couch and during lunch breaks. If you love turn-based strategy games, it's a strong recommendation.

There are some inconsistent puzzles, a lot of spoilers on major plot points of the two previous entries and the 3D graphics are at best forgettable, but Zero Escape Zero Time Dilemma excels at what the fanbase wanted: telling a gripping story in an original and brilliant way. Not to be missed if you loved the first couple of episodes, which you should absolutely play before this one.
