It's not trying to be another Budokai Tenkaichi, and we admit that its combat system could be smoother, but it's the first Dragonball game that tries something new in a long time, and it works. Balancing woes aside, Xenoverse is fun, addictive, and makes you feel like you're a part of Toriyama's world. A must have for a fan.

It's incredibly filled with content, and free roaming is motivated with many options and stuff to do. It's a shame that the driving model doesn't look polished at all, and some minor bugs and flaws don't let it shine as a masterpiece. It's still a fun and rich game, which you'll enjoy if you fancy arcade racing with a strong community support.

It's a great remaster of two wonderful Kratos' advetnures, yet sometimes you can feel the gameplay has been designen with a portable device in mind.

It might not be the turning point in the series, but still Advanced Warfare is a good Call of Duty, and were it not for the classic defects of the series, especially with regard to the single player campaign, this time we could really talk about a great success.

Resogun is an excellent game. Its few problems do not compromise the final result, even though we would have appreciated to see more than 3 space ships and more than 5 levels. Among the launch titles for the PS4, this is one of the most interesting games; we recommend you to download it and start to climb the leaderboards.

Chronology is a product worthy of being purchased by all fans of puzzle games. It's original, it's cool, it's innovative in its own way, despite some ideas have been partially taken from other products of the same genre.

One of the most foolish game of the Year. Hilarious and totally crazy, finally something really different and original.

Lego City Undercover is a worthy addition to the Lego franchise, especially now that is has a multiplayer option. However, technical issues and stale gameplay hold it back from glory.

Attack on Titan: Wings of Freedom is a videogame that the original opera lovers can not pass up. The repetitiveness of the missions and the various technical problems affect only partly an experience as much fun as spectacular, full of mechanics that make it perfectly the idea of what it means to fight against the Titans.

The Outer Worlds 2 is bigger and better than the original, but, alas, plays it much safer. Overall is a more solid effort from Obsidian, and has much more content than the first game, but the surprise effect from the 2019 is gone. Still, a solid and very fun RPG from one of the most talented teams around in creating worlds, interactions and dialogues.

Sakura Wars So Long My Love is an interesting Visual Novel fused with strategic Jrpg elements. The cast is well characterized with so many different girls to interact with. Battles are always challenging but with a good Jrpg degree you can overcome any hardships. The bad thing is that the game lasts just 15 hours and the control system has not been rebuilt for the Wii version.

Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream is a very difficult experience to judge using traditional standards. It is not a simulator in the classic sense, nor a structured management game: it is rather a laboratory of absurd situations, built around the player’s creativity. When it works (and it often does), it manages to deliver genuine laughs thanks to intelligent writing and a brilliant use of nonsense.

Snipperclips is probably the funniest experience you can get at Nintendo Switch's debut. Smart and fun in single-player, hilarious and crazy with friends, this puzzle game has everything you need to play and laugh with a Joy-Con in your hands.

With Atelier Ryza, Gust took some risks, and it definitely paid off: this is, in our opinion, the best entry of the franchise so far, thanks to a quicker battle system and improved alchemy one. Don't miss it if you fancy the series.

It's hard not to get angry in front of the waste of potential we've found in Assassin's Creed Unity. We are faced with a title that, with a minimum of extra efforts and some more months of development, would almost certainly revealed to be a masterpiece.

Even though the game currently suffers a serious lack of available players for multiplayer battles and even though servers still have several issues regarding connection stability, this game has the potential to prove that MOBA genre can find a home on mobile devices as well as PCs. Being free too play we suggest anyone to give it a shot, as the gameplay will quickly show how deep and appealing it can be.

A Way Out is a solid co-op game that tells a simple story about two men that find themselves to be partners in crime. The first half is way too simple, guided and slow; the second half is fun, with a dramatic turn of events.

Shadow Tactics is as good as it was some months ago on PC, with the added benefit that on both PS4 and Xbox One there are fewer worthy real time strategy games. We sincerely hope to see more of these games in the near future on consoles.

Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen is good today as it was back in 2012, as it's still a unique take on the open world action RPG genre. We would have liked some new content and 60 fps, but at a bargain price, it's still recommended.

It's a funny new take on arcade driving, filled with content. Fans of the original will find the gameplay completely transformed, as the map offers a more strategic point of view, but it's still an enetertaining and long lasting arcade experience.
