Ghost Trick is both another brilliant little game from another era and another lazy remaster that doesn't add anything really new to it. It is still recommended to anyone who never played the original, yet it's a bit on the pricey and the short side.

Aside from the new dpad mapping, gameflow and some new graphic elements, there aren't too many innovations in this last chapter. It seems that the best football simulator is getting hard to update.

An adventure game with a style that is clearly recognizable, traditional and innovative at the same time. It's also nostalgic and ironic, tender and sarcastic. A gameplay crafted by masters, in which even the casual mode shines, proudly closed in its 1987 mood, and yet so modern and with many more things to say than many other point and click games. It is not the nostalgia that talks: it is the voice of a hand-crafted videogame.

Ender Magnolia: Bloom in the Mist totally forgoes evolving the original concept, merely repeating the same formula and gameplay situations, with improvements so bland as to be almost irrelevant. This sequel is still very strong and appealing, but chooses to live off its laurels.

Abe's Oddysee has shown us how the gameplay of the series is still remarkably valid, and we can not help but recommend it to everyone. Whether you played at the end of the millennium, whether you were born at the end of the millennium, do not miss it.

Anytime you play, The Binding of Isaac offers different dungeons and enemies and this is great. Graphics and music are good, like everything else, just nothing is excellent.

Konami's Fox Engine is not enough to beat Electronic Arts' gigantic production. Even this year FIFA features solid gameplay, great graphics and much of the usual content that proves to be incredibly satisfying.

New Super Mario Bros. U is maybe the best platform of the "New" series due to an inspired level design and lots of game modes. The Challenges are just what hardcore Mario fans were looking for, and are capable of pointing out the best elements of one of the most refined gameplays ever created. The last Mario adventure is, without doubt, a killer app. for the Wii U, even without an intensive use of the Wii U Gamepad.

UFC 2009 Undisputed is a great and at the same time really difficult game. Different from the other titles of the genre, you won't find energy bars or any other interface, making this game a hardcore simulation. Suggested for anyone who doesn't get scared by a strong experience, as this game is not intended for the faint of heart.

Project CARS 2 is able to evolve the content of the previous game in the series. Madness Engine can bring new life to the tracks with the Live Track 3 tool, even if there are a few problems with some tracks and some cars.

Ronimo Games has produced a title that is technically above the average of the titles WiiWare. Mechanics requires a lot of attention and the story is very funny. The only flaw of the game is tied to a limited longevity of the main challenges that is balanced with two players option.

It's impossible not to recommend Bioshock The Collection to anyone who missed anything about this series, a whole game or even only one of the downloadable contents: yes, the three games are this good, and the work made on this remastered version is good, albeit not perfect. When all is said and done, we're talking about three of the better games of the last console generation.

Shift 2: Unleashed on pc is the same version as the console game. A long career and a lot of cars provide remarkable hours of play. There is only one big problem: the graphics engine is heavy and very pretentious and requires high-level hardware.

Finally a true "next gen" FIFA, that eliminates most of the problems of its predecessor and introduces some interesting changes to FIFA Ultimate Team. The gameplay is now extremely solid, the content is impressive (with even female players to complete the package), and the introduction of the FUT Draft is an intelligent way for everyone to try out the greatest players. A pity the player campaign and Pro Club weren't changed as much, but FIFA 16 is still the best soccer game around.

FIFA 18 is a very good football game, probably the best coming out this year, with new gameplay that is more slow-paced and gives more space to players with great technique. The AI is eventually more Human, but the keepers are worse than the previous year. FUT is great as usual, and The Journey two brings the new modes of FIFA to a whole new level.

Super high speed action gameplay and some rulebreaking techniques won't make the Gears of War fans too happy, still Vanquish is a solid shooter, somehow innovative. A shame for the background story and the characters, flat and unimaginative. If you love the genre and want to try something new, this is one to strongly consider.

Apocalypse marks an improvement in every way over Shin Megami Tensei IV, that already was one of the best JPRG available on the 3DS family of consoles. The user interface, the map, the companion system, the demon alignment are all welcome changes especially because they come on top of a fascinating setting and a gritty storyline.

Football Manager 24 is, again, a dream come true for wannabe coaches, but giving a score to this game is becoming harder and harder. Sports Interactive managed to have an impressive level of details and this actually (and still) feels and plays like a real encyclopedia of football. On the other hand, it still has some flaws that have not been fixed in the last years, making it look more like an update, than an actual yearly iteration.

F1 2010 is not a traditional driving simulation game. Its driving system is not 100% realistic, but it's deep, demanding and most of all entertaining. Codemasters has managed to start a new series with a title you don't want to miss.

This edition for PS4 does justice to what has been Final Fantasy X, remembered by many as the last of the classic Final Fantasy. There aren't real reasons to think about an upgrade from the PS3 or PS Vita version, but this edition is undoubtedly the best among the three.
