Time for everyone involved with this series to either evolve or move on, and leave TXR 3 for the flat-broke and/or uneducated casual gamer that doesn't know any better. Worth a shot (preferably as a rental) if you’ve never played a "TXR" game before this one.

It's a great multiplayer game for parties, especially with those non-gamer types.

One of the better family-friendly brawlers we’ve ever come across for PS2, Tom and Jerry comes highly recommended for young and old alike.

Epic in scope but technically flawed (particularly in its framey and load-happy PS2 incarnation), Vexx is begging for a much-improved sequel.

The low asking price and endearing charm of the Rayman universe prevent this decent attempt at a story-less “Rayman 2” spinoff from completely bombing out

Let's just hope that everyone goes back to the drawing board on PlayStation 2, and bring to the fans the ultimate and ORIGINAL "SW" experience they were denied on the 32-bit era.

It might take place underwater and feature fish instead of flesh-and-bone characters (or furry one’s like “Monster Inc.’s” Sully), but gameplay in THQ’s first Disney Interactive title is as cookie cutter as the mold used by Traveller’s Tales to fulfill its contractual obligations.

Not only is Seek and Destroy's ratio of gameplay miles-per-dollar better in Conspiracy's latest PS2 import ($10 worth), but the multiplayer options and light-hearted atmosphere don't take themselves the least bit seriously.

A fun and unique title that stands out from the crowd of sequels and me-too clones. Coupled with good gameplay and fantastic control and it's the first big hit for Take 2 on the PS2.

It can be really fun when the wonky camera and the troublesome lock-on control don’t get in the way, but once the ride’s over there’s no incentive to go back (i.e. no multiplayer mode).

An extremely short playtime, too difficult for younger kids, and too simplistic for older folk, only diehard Spears fans, who adore these types of rhythm games, may consider deeming this worthy of even a rental.

Fans of the movie "Dragonheart" and people who like games that run in the same vein as the "Dynasty Warriors" and "Panzer Dragoon" series' will enjoy Drakengard to the fullest while others will recieve a solid, yet short and lacking, gameplay experience that won't leave them completely satisfied.

A game that plays like the 8bit days and that just won't cut it in this economy. Call this one Top Gear Letdown.

Eventually Outrage Games' baby reveals itself to be a generic and ultimately repetitive hack-and-slash endeavor that can’t hold a candle to the likes of "Soul Reaver 2" and "Mark of Kri."

The tightness with which seemingly every limb and every movement (offensive or defensive) of every player on the field can be controlled with the touch of a button has remained remarkably simple over the years.

It’s not the worst BGM I’ve heard in a racing game but I’ve certainly heard better music from little cartridges for portable videogame systems (“Checkered Flag” for the Atari Lynx anyone?).

Horrible control and subpar graphics ruin what could have been a special fighter on the PS2.

Every single kung-fu move that I had hoped I could perform, I can. Every single slow motion cinematic I had hoped would be present, certainly is. And every single story detail I could have hoped for is present and accounted for.

Not even Working Designs' loving attention to minite detail can hide the average-at-best strategy RPG elements of "Vanguard Bandits".

[It] isn't for kids of the easily-frustrated, and should be tackled only by the hardcore puzzle nut that wants "Lemmings", "The Sims" and an average Japanese living arrangement rolled into one supremely hard PSOne nutcracker.

The bite-sized pace of the shrunken battlefields’ brawls robs DW’s gameplay of the urgency and hardcore struggle that characterized its console predecessors.

Simple to pick-and-play, pleasant to look at, fun to complete and cheaper than a deodorant and some toothpaste with a couple of toothbrushes, Rayman Rush is an unexpected surprise.

A very pretty-sounding and good-looking shell of a cash cow for THQ and Pixar to make a few bucks off of the movie’s popularity. Sorry gang, no sale!

The good portions of Headhunter: Redemption (clean visuals, smart opponents, a lengthy and tough challenge, etc.) outweigh the bad one’s (needlessly troublesome controls, idiotic dialogue, inconsistent game design, etc.) by a very narrow margin.

It’s a FUN and tight-controlling sim, whose full impact is held back by the awkward animation routines of the players on the court and the inane Waltonisms Mr. Bill gets away with uttering.

The repetitiveness of its gameplay, overt racist (and culturally bankrupt) attitude and lack of multiplayer options or rewards, however, sidelines THQ’s latest.

The auto-typing feature and ultra-dumb AI from the CPU opponents kills the joy of single-player PS2 “Jeopardy” faster than one can answer ‘Who is Ken Jennings?’ to the answer ‘The person that has sucked the fun and joy out of watching syndicated game shows.’
