Bottom-line, Call of Duty 4 delivers. It is the very pinnacle of first-person shooters. Unlike another mega-popular first person shooter franchise, Call of Duty 4 keeps the redundancy and repetition to a bare minimum through the single-player campaign.

One of the better games geared toward the younger audience. It's easy to get a hang of the controls even though the tilt seems useless, and the open world - while depressingly very empty - still lets you drive just about anywhere you wish, letting you participate in any event at any time.

It presents a nice visual package, but an even better adrenaline-rushing gameplay experience that really has you engrossed all throughout the game. The controls take some time to get used to, and the graphics aren't super hot, but they do the job well enough.

Unlike other games, what primarily drives Guitar Hero's appeal is just how fantastic its track selection, and Guitar Hero III is no exception; it may very well have one of the best soundtracks ever.

Clive Barker's Jericho does a few things well and a lot of things poorly. In no way can it compare to the other awesome FPSs available now (Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, for example), and when you spend more time healing than fighting, there's something seriously wrong.

Much of our play time was spent grinning in devilish glee at the absurd action that liberally splashed the screen with severe amounts of gore. Given this, we'd love to recommend the game, but the entire adventure will only last about 5-7 hours.

This is visually one of the best looking games on the market. And with an engine that's gunning it at 60 frames per second, and capable of 1080i upscaled, R&C Future is also running on one of the best engines, as well. The gameplay is precisely what we've all come to love, except louder, more heated, more energetic, more fun, and with all new gameplay mechanics added to the mix.

Ratatouille, without any doubt, is far better as a movie, and even big fans of the film probably won't get too much enjoyment out of the game.

This simply isn't what I'd call a polished game; it is below what the average racing game should be. It's largely ruined by its impairing visuals, as they prevent you from accurately judging distances, thus ruining your ability to take a proper turn. It offers the rudimentary gameplay content, and doesn't have any online gameplay to speak of.

I can only recommend Tony Hawk's Proving Ground to only the biggest fans of the franchise who simply want more. If you're looking for something new with a rewarding experience, I recommend "SKATE."

I'd like to see the animation overhauled for next year's game, and I'd also like to see improved commentary - hopefully Sony is listening. Like I said last year, NBA 07 showed a lot of potential, and NBA 08 is here actually demonstrating some of it. Give NBA 08 a shot, I think you'd be pleasantly surprised.

The most important thing to consider here is that NBA 08 is a really good basketball game for the PSP. It may feel a bit simplistic, but it still plays well.

With crisp visuals that feed your eyes nothing but visual sugary sweets, and gameplay that engrosses you from the start to finish[line], Sega Rally Revo really does have everything rally fans, racing fans, and fans of the arcade franchise will love. Best of all, with multiplayer, and a solid number of things to unlock (such as cars and tracks), you're certainly getting your money worth.

Square did just about everything right the first time around, so despite not taking big enough strides with this remake, they can fall back on something that was damn close to perfection in the first place. And that's not a bad way to look at it.

Hopefully, word of mouth spreads quickly, because Folklore is definitely not something that should be missed out on.

The game is leaps ahead of past iterations, and is without question the finest footy sim out on the market.

With a proper multiplayer setup that allows for ad-hoc, infrastructure and gamesharing, and gameplay that engrosses you from the start to finish[line], Sega Rally Revo really does have everything rally fans, racing fans, and fans of the arcade franchise will love. Best of all, you can take it on the road with you.

Looney Tunes: Acme Arsenal is a seriously flawed game that continually stops the player from reveling in old-time cartoon entertainment.

It's just above average, as its gameplay features a good dose of fun with clever platforming setups. The combat is a bit on the slow side and throws off the game's pace, but it gets better with time.

Lastly, the time manipulation feature works just fine and makes combat much easier at times, but most players will just abuse the hell out of it due to the inherent challenge.

NBA Live 08 delivers arguably the most convincing looking and playing game of hoops. It may not be super rich in its mechanics, but that doesn't change the fact that the game just plays well and is the most fluid basketball game to control.

The PlayStation 2 version of NBA 08 is nothing like its PlayStation 3 counterpart. This one fails in nearly every aspect, largely due to poor attention to detail in visuals, awful A.I., and a severe lack of new features.

EA has released an innovative product that both fans of skateboarding games and actual skateboarders will enjoy quite a bit. But I can't really recommend the PlayStation 3 version as an all-out purchase, largely thanks to its framerate issues.

Jackass the Game is all over the place. Some stunts are great fun, others are terrible. The graphics are decent here, but severely lacking there. The controls in this stunt work just fine; the controls in another make us say, "what the...?"

Warriors Orochi is another fanservice game, plain and simple, and really doesn't appeal to gamers who don't appreciate the "been there, done that" rehash. Because really, despite a few small upgrades, that's all this is.

It's an average game, and I don't recommend a $60 purchase for it. Just like a popcorn flick isn't worth more than a rental, Stuntman: Ignition is ultimately the type of game you'd want to rent. While the multiplayer is fun and the Constructor mode is cool, the Career mode can be a bit short, and the game in general doesn't offer a whole lot to keep you coming back to.

For what it is, a good story with a lot of flashy action, it works extremely well. And finally, our hats are off to that voice crew (we have to mention Lydia Baksh as Kai and Steven Berkoff as Flying Fox as well) and to the Ninja Theory team, because you guys really went all out in the presentation and style aspects. No doubt about it; awfully impressive. Hey, the voices actually synch up with the characters lips in the cut-scenes!

DiRT is plenty deep, and has a bevy of race modes, tons of tracks, good replay value, in addition to some pretty solid car customization. Not all is super, though; as the online experience is lacking, the visuals have some sore spots here and there, and gamers will have to dig a bit in order to obtain the cars they really want to roll around with.
