Plus players can also adjust the AI of their race opponents, modifying speed and ability to match their own riding level and create a more balanced race. Featuring a comprehensive set of 100 trials, each available at three difficulty levels, MotoGP 07's Challenge Mode tests and hone players' skills. Events include slalom challenges where players handling abilities are put to the test as they navigate a series of gates placed the length of the circuit and time trials which challenge players to beat the lap record for each circuit.     For those with the patience to stick it out and practice, practice, practice, there is a good single player game behind this. Biking fans and purists alike will find plenty to enjoy and keep them busy through the winter months while it's a bit too cold to go out biking for real.

    The problem with niche titles is that they’re basically designed to serve a specific market. If you follow the MotoGP circuit, you will greatly enjoy emulating your favorite riders at breakneck speeds making daring maneuvers at tracks all around the world. If you’re just a casual racing fan or motorcycle fan, you won’t find enough variety to keep you interested.

    As much as I do appreciate the realism the title so firmly embraces, the difficulty that accompanies it is just too off putting. High speed affairs are supposed to be fun, not frustrating and annoying. In the end, accelerate, brake, accelerate, brake, fall, then proceed to curse a lot is not a practice I want to get into.

    Take that 30 bones and either buy Tourist Trophy or burn it. Either way it will be better used than if you purchased this garbage.

    MotoGP 2007 is like the real MotoGp in TV. I thing it is the best motoGP in the word.

    Great game! Your straight into the Moto GP (800cc) not waisting time working your way up throught the ranks with the smaller bikes. If you Great game! If you have played any of the Moto GP games you shouldn't have and drama's with this one, better sound, better graphics, more realistic and best of all, all the riders. Overall I give it a 9, i hope in Moto GP 08 though there will be an option to enable damage to your bike when you put it down and maybe some commentary.… Expand

    There is really not too much to this game. The graphics are marginally better than SBK:World Championship. I have a feeling they are the sameThere is really not too much to this game. The graphics are marginally better than SBK:World Championship. I have a feeling they are the same engine because all the menus are similar. The tracks have zero elevation and zero dimensionality. Its very difficult to decide when to brake because of the graphics. They could have made this game on SNES. The dirt and grass is pixelated noise. There is no music. It doesn't have progressive scan mode or widescreen. The actual racing is very average and once you start winning its incredibly boring. The simulation mode is unplayable. There are times when my bike flips for no reason. Skip this one and get Tourist Trophy. There aren't any exciting motorcycle games on the PS2, and MotoGP 07 didn't change anything. Tourist Trophy is not a good racing game, but its an OK motorcycle experience. MotoGP 07 is an average Capcom game that I wouldn't recommend to anyone at this point in time.… Expand
