Kingdom Come: Deliverance has clearly had a lot of love and effort put into it, but it’s unapologetically appealing to a very specific niche. The authenticity and realism is like no other, and that niche is bound to be pulled into its world for hours on end. Unfortunately, this dedication to realism is ironically what really stopped me from immersing myself into the well realised world of Bohemia, which is a huge shame.

There is a neat story to be told in this world, despite the world being mostly recycled from the last game, however if you don’t find joy in the grinding and collecting elements you’ll probably find yourself too frustrated with the pace and general gameplay to bother.

Celeste not only joins a long list of phenomenal platforming royalty, but it stands as a mighty pillar among the very best of them.

Everything that it tries to do has been done better by either its own predecessor or its competition.

You might occasionally be distracted by the cluttered UI though, which to be honest could be toned down significantly and sometimes had me chasing through menus to remember where things were.

UFC 3 is a rare sports sequel that probably does enough to justify its existence.

FighterZ stands alongside other versatile, yet accessible, games like Marvel vs. Capcom with ease in what is the best fighting game in recent memory.

I’d be completely lying if I said I wasn’t a little bit disappointed that there weren’t one or two new Colossi featured in the game (even after finishing it, or perhaps as time trials only).

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT does its best to appeal to a more competitive audience, but in the process, has forgotten what drew fans to it in the first place.
