The early part of the game might be a bit of a slog, but stick with it and you'll find a fantastic experience.

A great distillation of stealth mechanics into a fun and engaging arcade score-chaser.

State of Mind has a certain charm to it, but it's mired in a confusing story, simple puzzles, poor controls, and plenty of other issues.

The story mode of Warioware Gold only lasts a couple of hours, but those few hours are bursting with enjoyment and madcap humour.

Kings and Assassins might not have much allure for the solo board gamer, but it's hard to beat when it comes to multiplayer.

Part Stroop test, part high-score chaser, OLDTV is certainly a brain tickler with a striking aesthetic. Whether it's any fun or not is a trickier question to answer.

Though it is short, it's incredibly detailed and impactful. If it'd be stretched out for the sake of time, the story would have dragged and chase scenes would grow tedious. Instead what we get is a bite-sized adventure with an awful lot of punchy content. It can be a little on the nose at times, but it all comes down to whether you enjoy it or not. Did I enjoy it? Yes, I did.

Dead Cells is a masterful roguelike platformer with some of the most satisfying combat around and a beguilingly appealing dark-fantasy world to explore.

MapleStory M is a competent port of the 2D side scrolling MMO but issues with a lack of challenge and navigation around the world hold it back from being an enjoyable experience.

At this point you might be asking yourself if it's worth downloading Love Island: The Game. And to that I say, sure, why not. I mean, it's not an incredible experience, it won't floor you, but some cringe-worthy dialogue and laughable scenes kept the game entertaining in a completely unironic way. Somehow.

The time you spend with Miles and Kilo is bags of fun though, with the characters bouncing humorous dialogue around that often breaks the fourth wall. Yes, it's a familiar blanket that punches, but it's one that impresses with texture, too.

Shin Megami Tensei Liberation Dx2 is a great introduction to the series for those new to it, and nice way to get SMT action in smaller bites for fans. Definitely worth playing regardless of whether you've played SMT before or not.
