Madden NFL 21 is another blatant recycling of last year’s edition of the „simulation“ of the American football. Sadly, most of the modes remained the same. Gameplay received a few minor tweaks, and in the end it still persists as a cash grab not worth anybody’s time.- PLAY! Zine

This is a 3D puzzle game in which you have to play vignettes in order to reach the puzzles. Creating team dabbled with every type of game genre they could have, and created this Frankengame.- PLAY! Zine

The Last Case of Benedict Fox is a macabre metroidvania that is inconsistent at all levels. The gameplay is rough and imprecise, while the voice acting is, depending on the character, a mix of both horrible and amazing. Overall, the game fails to establish a definitive tone or direction. I expected so much more, and I genuinely hope that at least the gameplay aspect of the game will be fixed and improved in the future.- PLAY! Zine

Concord is another live service game that will be a cautionary tale to developers not to chase trends. A bog-standard hero shooter with messy meta game elements will not bring people over from Overwatch. The fact that they charge 40 euros for this will only be a detriment to the game and I personally expect the good old serviceshutdown.jpg on X in the near future.- PLAY! Zine

Despite its massive roster of players and tournaments and some of the best visuals in a tennis game to date, Tiebreak is a massive disappointment with its dysfunctional career mode, terrible gameplay and extremely dumb AI opponents.- PLAY! Zine

Realpolitiks by Jujubee is a good concept that went astray at some point and lots of features in game could have been executed better. Constant pop-up windows with choices are annoying and repetitive, warfare is horrible and overall game is too simple and content lacking.- PLAY! Zine

Reknum Cheri Dreamland is an action platformer with a couple of quality elements that are simply sedated by the rest of the game. Nothing motivates the player in this poor man’s Cuphead wannabe title, so all that is good about it simply serves as a reason to torture yourself some more by playing it. Not all is bad, but seeking quality is hardly worth all the trouble.- PLAY! Zine

Plagued with flaws, this game could be at least decent if it only had a grain of charm. Somehow it misses all the elements it needs to have in order to be the game it wants to be, and can only appeal to the hardest of hardcore fantasy lovers out there.- PLAY! Zine

With uninspired level design, forgettable story and barely three hours of content, E.T. Armies feels more like a demo than a full game. At least the gunplay is decent.- PLAY! Zine

Devil’s Hunt is one hunt not worth going on in this game. It is shrouded in a myriad of technical, gameplay, and even voice issues. The story is even half-told and it is expected to be finished in a sequel. Avoid for now.- PLAY! Zine

Toren could have been a good game. Artistic design sets the right tone, but the outdated graphics, numerous bugs and duration of about two hours have completely ruined what this game could have been.- PLAY! Zine

Odyssey is a terrible, unoptimized and buggy experience that has immense potential to become something great in the far future. Now, it is just a wreck with its basic combat, unplayable multiplayer and disappointing interface and mission design.- PLAY! Zine

The Settlers: New Allies is a basic and easy RTS. Unfortunately, the game has no complexity for an RTS which hinders advanced strategies and even “cheese” mechanics. The campaign is forgettable, and the skirmish mode offers little in variety, not to mention the horrible multiplayer stability. I was very hopeful for a new Settlers game but got a “Babies first RTS” instead.- PLAY! Zine

Ghost Recon Breakpoint is coincidentally living up to its name, being a failure and potential gravedigger for the famous franchise. Riddled with Pay-to-Win microtransactions tacked on looter shooter gameplay and pretty under average storytelling, even Jon Berenthal wasn’t enough to arise this gameplay up to some decent playable heights.- PLAY! Wanted: Dead had great potential but was utterly bogged down by poor gameplay choices and bad technical design. It crashed twice on PS5 in a two-hour play session. All in all, you are better off playing any Ninja Gaiden game until this goes on sale.- PLAY! Zine

Forspoken is an absolute disappointment with ridiculously cringe storytelling, a dead open world and lacklustre AI that prevents the creative combat system from really reaching its potential. With obnoxiously bad optimization for both PC and consoles, this is a game that just tries to be an average open-world experience with some assumed original twist but fails even to meet its mediocre expectations.- PLAY! Aside from its pretty graphics and realistic physics, there's not much that Dangerous Golf has to offer. The sheer chaos gets repetitive after a while and with no complexity in the gameplay department, this is a game that gets too dull too fast.- PLAY! Zine

Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown is a disappointing mess, unworthy of a once great and unique racing franchise. It has great potential to become a fun driving game, but with its nonfunctional online-only campaign, lack of content and cars, and completely outdated visuals, it is really hard to recommend to anyone.- PLAY! The best thing about Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash is the fact it’s one of the very few video games based on the renowned anime franchise. The rest of it is mediocre, dull, stiff and repetitive. A few solid moments in the pile of sad and poor content makes this a hard game to recommend, but an easy one not to.- PLAY! Zine

Touring Karts in VR is a nightmare. Hit detection issues, dizzy turning and overall janky performance, make this a much more pleasant experience with the PSVR headset off of your head. Which kills the entire point of this being a VR game, but at least delivers a... Slow-paced, boring and uninventive experience, where only a few points hit the mark, and the rest is just not worth your while. Better luck next time, VR racing games.- PLAY! Zine

Not only is it a frustrating game at its core, but Clustertruck also suffers from serious case of bugginess in which the player usually can’t manage to do what he’s trying. You don't need this kind of frustration in your life.- PLAY! Zine

It may have a few interesting mechanics up its sleeve, but Babylon’s Fall manages to be one of the least interesting titles we have played as of late. And if you add astoundingly bad visual presentation on top of bland gameplay, you get a mixture that is hard to believe came from such a renowned developer and publisher. Not many will enjoy this one.- PLAY! Zine

STRAFE is a roguelike FPS that tries too hard to remind us of “the good old times”, but since it lacks any depth and quality, it fails hard on every level. The game is a mix of horrible graphics (although that was the excuse for the XX century feel), awful story (again “on purpose”), one of the worst AI opponents ever and questionable shooting.- PLAY! Rockstar dropped the ball on this remaster. The cars and other moving models look like plastic toys and the cities look like polished excrement. The contrast between the environment and the models is horrible and the list of bugs is long and obnoxious. Quality of life changes are the only redeeming part of this remaster that does no favours for fans or newcomers. Skip it until they either fix it or let the moders do their job.- PLAY! Zine

Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning is a poor attempt at a quick money grab by the developers. We’ve expected a remaster and gotten a re-release of a 12-year-old game. Little to no improvements have been made and the price is almost as a full modern AAA game. The game itself is amazing, and all RPG fans should play it, but either get the original or wait for a big discount on this re-release.- PLAY! Zine
