Even though the gameplay was left untouched, the game now runs smooth as silk which was one of the biggest frustrations when trying to play multiplayer on the original version of the game due to the massive drops in framerate.- Planet Xbox 360

In the end, the biggest selling point of last season remains the biggest selling point this time around - the online leagues. Sharper graphics and tightened gameplay serve as the only upgrades over last year's model.- Planet Xbox 360

There is nothing too original here to set it apart from other J-RPGs but the simple fact that there are slim to none other option on the Xbox 360 I can only recommend this game to fans of the genre.- Planet Xbox 360

The design is quite inspired for a product designed for younger players, and the presentation is surprisingly high in value.- Planet Xbox 360

Despite its flaws, Lost Odyssey is hands-down the best turn-based RPG on Xbox 360.- Planet Xbox 360

I found myself experiencing overused animations, buggy graphic errors, and incredibly forceful controls (I quickly had to resort to button mashing if I had any chance of actually winning a match). It's as if the developers created too much of a flashy shell, with a huge cast of playable characters, extended game modes, content libraries, and deep customization around a somewhat empty core that is the game itself.- Planet Xbox 360

No, NFL Blitz isn't PRECISELY the same as its old counterpart, because, yep, we do miss the late hits. But it's as good as arcade football gets, a must-have Xbox Live game that easily overshadows Madden NFL Arcade as our favorite go-to sports game. It really goes well with NBA Jam: On Fire Edition.- Planet Xbox 360

It's a superb fighting experience that's just as hardcore as anything Capcom or the Mortal Kombat team have to offer.- Planet Xbox 360

Great gameplay, impressive graphics and fantastic innovations have raised the standard for all sports games. The controls are fantastic with both novice and expert configurations. The graphics are top-notch, and flow smoothly.- Planet Xbox 360

If you have played the original and also the sequel on the Xbox, then I would call Far Cry Instincts Predator a renter. If you have played the original on the Xbox, then you have some pretty strong reasons for getting the Xbox 360 version, including the graphical upgrades, the Instincts: Evolution story, and also the multiplayer mode.- Planet Xbox 360

It's still a hell of a relaunch to a long-running series, an imaginative – and captivating – trip through various game types, including overhead bombing and some breathtaking dogfights. If you thought Wings of Liberation was a nice piece of flight fun, you haven't seen anything yet.- Planet Xbox 360

Capcom has done a remarkable job in presenting these beloved classics in their original state while adding just enough extra content like CRT Mode, The Vault and the slew of filters that allow you to recreate the game to look exactly like the last time you played it during the '90s.- Planet Xbox 360

Newcomers will find tons to enjoy here, with countless hours of replay value, and over the top action that will make you wonder why you haven't checked the series out before. The only faults to be found here are that none of the FMVs in the game have been altered, making their low-resolution compression look extremely out of place.- Planet Xbox 360

Sega Rally Revo is a racing game developed for the gamer who does not want to be bothered by the nuts and bolts of a typical driving game, or realism. The game succeeds in being a good time for casual gaming fans who will not mind how shallow and simple it really is.- Planet Xbox 360

A competently designed, if not elementary strategy title that brings a lot of new ideas to a remarkably aged franchise without utterly breaking the established rules in a way that would alienate lifelong players or chase off recruits who are still a bit green.- Planet Xbox 360

While SoulCalibur V doesn't quite excel with some of the greatest fighting sequels out there, it's a huge step forward from IV, complete with online multiplayer that's meaningful again, a worthwhile character roster (Ezio rocks it, we're telling you) and a presentation that's as good as the series has ever seen.- Planet Xbox 360

A few hiccups here and there stop Sonic Generations from being a classic, but it's definitely a huge step in the right direction for Sonic Team and Sega, especially considering how cluttered the previous titles were. It's a throwback to the carefree days of Sonic platforming fun, while still packing the kind of modern components that will keep you gazing at the screen in sheer delight.- Planet Xbox 360

Lumines is the big game that couldn't; a puzzle game with a great reputation has been seared into gamer's minds as an evil money grubbing swindle. It is too bad, because Lumines does offer a simple and addictive, though not perfect, puzzle game worth checking out for those with the stomach for the seedy side of Xbox Live Marketplace.- Planet Xbox 360
