From the Ashes has a great concept, but the result feels sluggish and never reaches its full potential.

It's already a decent game, but compared with its inspiration Left 4 Dead it leaves a lot to be desired.

I am positively surprised how much Unworthy mesmerized me, even though I just wanted to “take a short look”.

Entertaining and varied, but the gameplay is only mediocre and full of minor flaws.

A well-made nostalgia-trip with all the strengths and weaknesses of the original games.

A nice sequel, especially for co-op-fans, but not good enough to surpass its predecessor.

Jurassic World Evolution is not the best or most complex management sim on the planet, but that's okay, it’s still demanding enough to be very entertaining. The focal point of the game are the dinosaurs anyway, and they look amazing.

It's Descent with all its ups and downs: Fantastic playability, cool weapons and challenging levels, which are diminished by bleak environments and monotonous missions. So yeah, the game can feel a little outdated at times. But if you are a fan of the original two Descent games, that might be exactly what you are looking for. I had a blast.

An atmospheric journey through a desolated world. Wonderfully calm and relaxing.

Many problems while descending into hell: The horror-adventure ist neither technically nor gameplay-wise well-engineered.

At first I liked Smoke and Sacrifice very much. […] But the more I played the more I recognized that I'm doing only one thing: farming.

Forgotton Anne is an interesting mix of Adventure and Platformer with an emotional Story. The gorgeous Art Style and the great music support the overall fantastic atmosphere of the game.

I am almost completely satisfied with the new and revised functions of the strategy card - and spend most of the game here.

Slaps and Beans is not a perfect game. But that's no problem, the indie game doesn't have these kind of aspiration. Instead it's about reviving the slapstick brawling orgies of Bud Spencer and Terence Hill once again und paying tribute to these old heroes.

Due to the great graphical style, I can still imagine Swords of Ditto as a nice family adventure in which parents play with their children together.

I actually expected standard lap strategy and, to my great surprise, got a strategy role-playing game with top-notch tactical depth. And that makes up for any existing quirks quite easily.

Thrilling story and interesting genre mix: Tower of Time does not reinvent the wheel, but comes up with some nice innovations and ideas. Especially the combination of real-time strategy and role-playing elements provides a breath of fresh air.

Extinction is a frustrating and repetitive game, that doesn’t reach its full potential. The idea is a good one, just not executed in the right way, with the focus on the wrong parts.

Sea of Thieves runs great on PC, but the lack of HDR support is a shame for a game like this and there are only a few options to tweak the experience if you don't have a high end configuration.

This last episode is the finale of the trilogy and completes the story of the three main characters. Although there is still not much gameplay, the story is beautifully written. Although the ending is pretty sudden, the game comes to a satisfying conclusion.

We tried to love Far Cry 5, but because of a bunch of technical as well as gameplay issues we just couldn’t. If you were looking forward to the game and think about buying it, don’t hesitate, though – it’s still quite good! However, it surely isn’t something that will be remembered for long.

Ghost of a Tale is an ambitious and charming indie adventure which does not reach its full potential. The main character Tilo is one of the cutest animated video game characters we have seen in a long time and the fantasy setting looks absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, the game can make you feel pretty helpless at times, since hints are rare and finding your way through castle Dieruin takes a lot of patience.

While it's not as memorable as it could have been, we had a good time playing A Way Out. Clever co-op mechanics and a novel presentation are diminished by an underwhelming plot and rather shallow gameplay.
