It's fun, serious and silly by turns, and, dare I doom it by saying... possibly educational?- NZGamer

The problem is, once you've worked out how each mini-game works, you realise there's little to no skill involved. In fact, some of them are completely random.- NZGamer

The game looks and sounds like Zelda but truthfully is Zelda in name only. Don't expect to be charmed in the slightest.- NZGamer

With its beautiful graphics, excellent voice acting, inspiring music, fantastic story and script, and amazing gameplay, Uncharted is nothing short of a winner – it’s Game of the Year material.- NZGamer

The end result is that car enthusiasts will enjoy the customisation options and traditional driving methods but other fans of the series will be frustrated at the missing action from previous games.- NZGamer

Crysis, like "Halo 2," is like foreplay without sex. The journey is great but its abrupt ending leaves you speechless and annoyed.- NZGamer

Multiplayer aside, the single-player story is short-lived, clocking in at around 7 hours from start to finish. Despite this though, you’ll be left with some great memories and a soft spot for the two characters before you’re finished.- NZGamer

Apart from the slight faults in the AI and voice-acting, Ubisoft has done an amazing job in creating a unique gaming experience and a solid new franchise.- NZGamer

I daresay that this is the perfect girlfriend game; in fact, most situations have you paired as a girl/guy duo which really sets the mood. Shooting zombies is great, but shooting them with friends is even better.- NZGamer

Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 may not be that unique, or that good, but it certainly takes a familiar theme and then moves off at strange angles, pushing ideas far more then you might initially expect, taking something familiar and, for good or bad, making it true to its own rules.- NZGamer

What it’s done is added a real human element to the SimCity genre. Where before people were really just another resource to control, they now bring some personality to the places they inhabit. This makes for a much more unpredictable and interesting game, in my opinion.- NZGamer

A solid game that achieves most of what it sets out to do: provide a compelling first-person shooter set in World War II.- NZGamer

If you don’t have Lego Star Wars or Lego Star Wars II and you’re in the market for a cute, family-friendly affair that can be enjoyed by young and old, then Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga is worth every penny. However, if you already own either game, you’re not going to find much here to justify the price.- NZGamer

A great game done better. The graphics are improved, the gameplay remains intact, and some quality content has been added into the mix. If only every port to the PC were like this.- NZGamer

The biggest draw here is the inclusion of many movie clips and sound bites. It’s pretty cool sitting back and watching a clip, and then pretty frantic as you realize you should have been paying more attention when the questions continually stump you. Oh, and if you aren’t much of a movie buff, you may as well stop reading now.- NZGamer

The game is so charming that the gameplay doesn’t feel particularly repetitive. The visual style is gorgeous, the ‘romance dance’ for each type of piñata is clever and imaginative, and there’s some great music here too, in a range of styles that won’t have you reaching for the mute button any time soon.- NZGamer

If you can deal with the clunky combat, the terrible script and the quirky, unreal animation, there’s a game and a story underneath that RPGers will enjoy. Just don’t expect the world’s most polished game - you won’t find it here.- NZGamer

Its presentation is some of the best on the Wii and will silence those who feel that Nintendo doesn't know modern production values. However, at the same time the gameplay remains the simple and accessible stuff that has sold the console to the masses.- NZGamer
