  1. Simple, easy-to-use controls are marred only by the game’s sometimes atrocious handling of the camera.

If you're new to the series, this collection is a terrific way to get into it all in one huge, time-sucking package. [oliday 2007, p.82]
  3. The experience is a good length, without even engaging the replays, and its feel-good manner and attention to its source material is unmatched for a licensed game.
  4. Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga achieves everything it sets out to do. Here, we have a fun, well-constructed title that gamers of all ages will enjoy.
  5. Complete Saga will charm the socks off Star Wars fanatics and platforming fanboys alike.
  6. Despite all of these cool minor additions, the core gameplay feels mostly like one big retread. With all of the great new games coming out this holiday, it’s hard to justify replaying this series. For diehard fans, however, this is the definitive LEGO Star Wars game.

Best played in short bursts but it's still unbelievably repetitive and, at times, monotonous. But it can also be fun and you get two games in one. [Issue 26, p.90]

I've continued to do multiple playthroughs of the game, and every time, it's an unprecedented experience. The blend of several elements such as witty storytelling humor (accomplished without dialogue), balanced puzzles combined with fighting mechanics, and remade in very high quality compared to the original games, Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga is a huge nostalgia fest that I will always enjoy. It's a fun game but the Lego are slightly outdated. My favorite level is the first one in Episode 3, very easy to get lots of coins.

This game is beautiful, far better than today's games like "GTAV" (that game is so trash compared to this).
