A formulaic experience that feels rushed, ill-thought out and hollow. Its gameplay is rote and its mechanic is derivative. To be frank, I'm tired of this. Shooter fans are not simply teenage consumers of asinine adventure. We deserve better.- NZGamer

Functional. The motion controls work fine and there's very little lag in tracking your movements. The game’s iconic visual style also translates beautifully onto the big screen in high-definition. But what’s completely lacking here is the casual fun and simple addictiveness that made the mobile game such a success. And without that, I’m not sure why this Kinect port of the game exists.- NZGamer

Army Corps of Hell feels more like a low-key Mini title; certainly not a full retail game being sold in stores for close to $90! The highlight of the game is probably the thrash hardcore metal soundtrack and even this won't appeal to everyone. Best to avoid this hellish title, at least at full price.- NZGamer

It’s a fun, if shallow, platformer that’s held back by poor design beyond that core hook, a sense of humour that’s crass more often than it is funny, and plenty of bugs.- NZGamer

I reviewed this on the Xbox One and, in hindsight, LocoCycle would probably be a better Xbox 360 title. It certainly doesn’t show off any next-gen prowess, so don’t buy this game to show off your new hardware.- NZGamer

The whole thing feels rushed and incomplete. The lack of a proper roster update is the tip of a terrible iceberg. The game is a chore to play and despite being a big wrestling fan (or perhaps because of it) I never really had any fun. WWE 2K18 costs $110, but feels like a freemium mobile game. A failure on so many levels.- NZGamer

It's disappointing and hard to fathom that, given how much was riding on the game, EA could have dropped the ball so completely.- NZGamer

The gaming equivalent of buying a gourmet mince and cheese pie - you'll be uncertain you've got your money's worth, and pretty sure you could have done a better job.- NZGamer

If you're a fan of the series and want a game that delivers, go watch the show while you wait for a different Voltron game - one where you have more control over the super robot than simply pushing buttons on cue.- NZGamer

Its gameplay is tedious and lacks imagination. Its narrative experience is immature and poorly executed. When it comes to good adventure titles, gamers are spoilt for choice. Deadfall Adventures is just spoilt.- NZGamer

Red Bull X-Fighters just doesn't measure up and is therefore destined to disappear without a trace amongst a wealth of other titles.- NZGamer

Some way of teaching the players its mechanics were really required (even if it was just pages of text with pretty pictures, just something... anything). Unfortunately Nuclear Dawn has none of this and is instead a confusing game that isn't all that much fun to play.- NZGamer

It’s not a bad game and the general combat can have moments of fun. But as I said at the start, most of the time when I was playing this title, I just kept thinking to myself “I am not enjoying this and would rather be doing something else right now”. Take that for what you will.- NZGamer

The game is an anachronism, proving that transposing ideas from the past (without thinking critically about how they should be represented in the present) doesn’t always work.- NZGamer

There’s a decent game buried somewhere underneath the muck, but the laziness of the port makes Dokuro on PC a game best avoided.- NZGamer

The ideas seem interesting enough, but in the end it looks, plays, and feels like a game from the mid 90’s; and not one of the the good ones.- NZGamer

Overall, this is a good attempt on the part of Crocodile. Unfortunately, the combination of frustratingly hard boss fights and cheap traps lets it down. I can’t help but think this would have been a great game with better execution.- NZGamer
