    It is positive to note that Sixty Second Shooter Prime is extremely tough (and well-priced), but the lack of goals and a poor level system leave little to be accomplished after the first couple hours of gameplay.

    If you enjoy twin-stick shooters like Geometry Wars, then maybe you can give this a try. It’s definitely a competent game for the genre and will scratch that itch, if you’ve got it.

This game scratches my Geometry Wars itch with a solid gold back-scratcher.

    If you think it sucks, keep playing. The game constantly unlocks things for you.

It is a twin-stick shooter, with a surprising sense of urgency and difficulty. Gameplay revolves around racking up as many points as you can in the sixty seconds. Rise to the highest level you can manage, fire guided missiles, collect power-ups, dodge enemies, chain reactions, you get the picture. Topping leaderboards is as satisfactory as ever. There are a few neat tactics that I find myself using to progress and improve. Visually, the explosions do look cool and bright, and makes the game feel fresh.
