We liked this game a lot. It is not going to break any new ground in the genre but it is a very well designed game that is challenging and rewarding to play. Well worth getting from Steam and great value at less than $10.

For me however, I’ve found Beyond Earth to be the Civ-equivalent of reading a John Grisham novel: you know it’s not really the best of its kind, but at the same time it is quite more-ish.

It can be especially useful for busy people, stay-at-home parents, the self-conscious, or people who simply dislike the gym atmosphere.

The game's many levels and wide variety of zombie-crushing activities represent good value for money. It's simple to play, highly addictive, and entertaining... and best of all, it's portable.

While not all of their efforts have translated perfectly, Project CARS comes pretty damn close. Some frame rate drops hampered my experience, but overall Project CARS has done what it set out to do: build a fantastic looking, authentic racing simulator.

While the graphics are certainly less polished than what you’d find in the PSP version, they still retain the typical Worms feel.

There is a lot for Wargamers to like about this game. It's not just challenging from a tactical sense, but it's ease of control and its scale also make it a fun game to play. If RTS games are where you get your kicks, you won't be disappointed with this one.

Combat Mission: Battle for Normandy is a game for history buffs and war game enthusiasts. If this is your bent, you will not find a more enthralling and historically accurate game.

Overall, and like other recent remasters, it would be hard to recommend this to those who have already played God of War 3. But for those who haven’t - this is certainly God of War at its best, and it’s a chance to experience one of the best beat-em up platformers the last generation console had to offer.

If you’re already in the possession of the very excellent Age of Empires III, then this expansion is a must-have.

Elika is awesome, as you may have picked up by now in this review. Sadly though, the same cannot be said for the hero of the story.
