There are also plenty of more entertaining and more educational games out there that you can pick up for your youngun at the same price, if not lower. Stay away from this one. It doesn't belong in your collection.

By eliminating the time limit, adding more and larger areas, and littering the world with nearly 5 times the original's hidden treasure, Nintendo was able to not only lengthen the main scenario's play time (now roughly 20 hours), but also make the player feel more comfortable with exploring the Pikmin universe without the time limit constantly looming over their heads.

Speaking of control, Yuke's has finely tuned the game's engine in order to create a faster, smoother, and richer gameplay experience... Simply the best WWE title on the Nintendo GameCube to date.

Sorely lacking some solid gameplay elements. Although the game is targeted at a younger audience, it’s still a shame to see so much of the game’s potential get lost in a sea of only a handful of mini-games.

The developers have, perhaps through genius, devised one of the most interesting cooperative multiplayer elements seen in this generation.

Though it lacks any original mechanics, and has a somewhat shallow premise, Sarge’s War is very finely polished. So polished, in fact, that you may just slip up (grasp the pun?) as a gamer and ignore the game outright.

The difficulty goes up gradually and never catches you by surprise; you won't find any huge leaps in difficulty here. The graphics are fantastic and the color use is great.

A strictly average game. There's really nothing here to distinguish it from all the other licensed games that get shoveled onto the Game Boy Advance every year, and even less to distinguish it as a Thunderbirds product.

The additional game modes, new game engine, and great new interface make this game so much better than last year’s.

An amazing title that proves once again that Madden is the king.

Not to be confused with any old button-masher, Hamtaro: Ham-Ham Games requires a good deal of manual tact and the precision of a true gamer.

With a bit of GBA connectivity for a field-map and some extra GBA levels as well as an “exclusive” GameCube level that’s been available to download on the Xbox for a couple of months, we definitely got the shorter end of the stick.

The bright, cheerful characters are cute and quirky and the overall setting is pleasant. Unfortunately, the game gets tiresome after just a couple hours of playtime and sits on the shelf in favor of other more action-packed games.

When it all comes down to it, only HUGE fans of the Halle Berry film should pick this up.

One major flaw that the game has is the recycled bits of commentary from Lee Corso. The man’s a football genius, so throwing in sound bits that were recorded last year is just disgraceful. That being said, he still gives a great performance, even though he doesn’t offer any helpful tactics in this title.

The charming storyline, the captivating characters and the amazingly fun battle system all puts together one of the best RPGs on the market. When all is said and done, this game has easily broken its way onto my top ten favorite RPGs of all time.

Little fun is to be had from this experience, for any thrills will be derived from the first couple levels, if at all.

If LSP can fix the somewhat limited maneuverability of the on-foot levels, deepen the narrative, and add even more upgrades, than Hip-Games will have an irrefutable winner on its hands that no gamer could turn down.

While Mega Man Battle Network 4 shares most, if not all, of its play mechanics with its three predecessors, it still offers some new aspects and, above all else, its still very fun.

They’ve taken the technology used in [the original game's] engine and tweaked it just a bit to deliver more responsive controls, but above all, a better looking game overall.

It's easy enough to get into and fun enough to play for hours at a time, even when you aren't advancing the main story. Very nicely done.

Not only is this the best film-based video game on the GameCube today, but it's one of the best comic-based video games ever. Even after you complete the main quest, you'll still spend hours finding every little thing or just swinging around and listening to the amazing voice that is Bruce.

The unnecessary challenge in actually figuring out how exactly to play the damn game. Next to nothing is explained as it seems to rely almost entirely on player intuition, and there are virtually no tutorials present to help you out either.

If you like video game golf, you should find this game to be a "diamond in the rough". It truly is an amazing golf game as well as a great portable RPG. I actually prefer Advance Tour to the GameCube big brother.
