The game was enjoyable for a few levels. Definitely not $40 worth of levels, though.

Depending on what you're looking for, Mobile Suit Gundam: Federation vs. Zeon will have extraordinary replay value and worth for some. For others, getting through the game will be a trial of patience and endurance.

The Armored Core franchise will never be something for the casual gamer. It simply requires more thought and creativity than most people want to employ for a videogame.

For those new to the whole MMORPG thing, or those who are still enjoying the concept, this game is a really good bet for you. Unfortunately, for those seeking content or just burned out from the whole idea, I advise you to turn away and not give the game a second thought.

There are just enough extras and different modes to really make this game a must-have.

The characters were atrocious. Did the makers only use 100 polygons to build these people? Even Blade looked a bit haggard and blocky. These guys should be on a Playstation One because I can not believe the Xbox can produce only this much power.

I enjoy certain parts of this game, however a big majority of the game is rather boring, and once you beat it, there's absolutely no reason to play it again.

While not perfect, Syberia is one of the best games of the year, and is destined to become a legend in years to come. Grab it while you can, and enjoy.

An enjoyable, but yet again, hack n’ slash fighting type game, but was balanced enough with the way you had to fight a boss that I didn’t mind the hack n’ slash as much.

NFL 2K3 controls are as tight as ...uh....screwing your computer case screws in with an industrial driver.

But since the game operates in 3rd person, and doesn't give you a cursor when you're using important weapons like the flamethrower, you can't aim. This totally sucks.

Combat is frustrating noce you get multiple party members, basically because they don't do what you want them to do.

Boring landscapes, crummy models, and weak animation. On top of that, it chugs. It's the worst of both worlds, baby!

Despite the less-then-mediocre camera movement and control, Dead To Rights is a fun romp through a Hong Kong-like movie with all the thrilling elements and action sequences that would make John Woo proud.

For some reason, I could not tear myself away from playing this game...I got through the game in about six hours under the normal mode.

Probably the best game I had the pleasure to play this year. Combining a very simple concept with a good presentation and an addictive enough gameplay to keep me playing for years to come, the game has breathed a lot of fresh air into the otherwise stale gaming market.

Has my vote for THE WORST GAME EVER and I'm sure anyone else who plays it will agree with me. This even has "Universal Studios: Theme Park" beat, only because of how horrible the controls are, especially the 1992 "point and click" type of gaming.

I was pleased to see that it played well, and far surpassed my expectations.

The graphics and the gameplay will surprise you immensely. It's not everyday that you see a title like this on a small screen. Duke Nukem Advance will take you by surprise. You heard right.

While the single player aspects were shallow and unrewarding, the multiplayer is a huge success.

Also when you have friends, the multi-player is a beast to handle, so have fun.

With some better graphics and sound this could have really been an impressive title.

If you really liked "Oni," you'll probably dig this. If, for you, like most of the populace, "Oni" was a huge letdown, then you'll probably want to laugh derisively whenever anyone mentions this game.

Imagine taking the freedom and tricks from "THPS" and combine the adrenaline-pumping fun of a "Jet Set Radio." ... Truly a breath of fresh air for the gaming community.

If you want great arcade action with minimal thinking, then pick this game up. Because once you go Mech/Jet you never go back.

An ambitious game that tries to do something different, but ends up being more of a generic beat-‘em-up that really just isn’t that much fun to play.

Probably the hugest no-no will be the lack of in game saving and will really frustrate 99% of the gaming public. Honestly, the game was so close to becoming a huge hit that it really depressed me.

Madden with pageantry, that'd be a nice place to start when describing this game.

While the exhibition games are fairly bland, the season mode as well as the create-a-team mode just jaks this game into stardom.

Though at times it is hindered by boring training, the game pulls through with an excellent taste of realism that makes this game quite the interesting experience.

There doesn't seem to be a huge gap in play balancing, but the fact that there are so many different factions to play as doesn't seem to bring too much to the table.

The first few levels might draw a few smiles, but easily within an hour the game will used for skeet.

I can’t recommend this game enough. The GBA does not have too many great games, but add this one to the list. If you own a GBA and do not purchase this game after reading this review, it’s your loss.

There's no doubt it's a fun game-- after all, who doesn't like hopping in a plane and making a rain of lead-- but its flaws make it a bit inaccessible to someone new to the style of play.

I wouldn’t recommend a purchase unless you’re a hardcore F1 fan, or even more desperate than me for racing games on the GC.

The hardcore baseball game fans won't like it, and I don't know how many other people like me are out there who are just really, really tired of dealing with the seemingly decreasing value of gameplay in these baseball games. I liked it though.

The "big" draw, aside from the fun cheating Mike Tyson parts, is the damage textures applied to the face and the little blood spurts, and sweat coming off your boxers face after he takes a punch...Once you take so many hits your boxer will go from bruised, to cut, to Face Critical! Whoopty-doo. One feature doesn't make your entire game, Codemasters.

It gets a solid four stars, but still is far from perfect.

Those that and can deal with the challenge and have the skill are still going to get a wide ride out of it that definitely worth the trip.

THIS is the future of online multiplayer, not that massive stuff. Apart from poor sounds, average included modules, and some negatives in the new rules, Neverwinter Nights is a must have for any roleplayer out there.

It was a blast to play with friends, but the single player modules really left me wanting a lot more.

There's easily over 100 hours of gaming here if you choose. A well designed piece of software and one of the best I've played in a long time.

Is it worth the twenty-bucks? Without hesitation I say "yes". Is it the same value as a "Serious Sam"? Nopers.

I love the series and the latest installment is worthy of a purchse...While I prefer the Dreamcast version a tad more.

The game falls short of expectations, and will not appeal to anybody but the most hardcore adventure gamer.

The controls may be a little iffy at first, the frame rate drops ever so-often; but the war sounds and game play more than make up for every fault the game has.

Even though I finished one character in under three hours only dying a few times when I met bosses, an average gamer can spend 10-12 hours completing each character.

The interaction between player and environment sets the bar so high for other games, that it is nearly inaccessible.

Even with antiquated graphics and poor audio, the game was really a blast to play.

Oh the controls, in my opinion they sucked a$$. The rolling technique and all was cool in conjunction with the ducking and aiming aspect; but the way it was executed was horrible.

I explored many of the game's options and spent a lot of time leveling up, so I spent almost 70 hours playing this game. However, it was the intriguing story, with its quest for the relic sought by the fallen angel who only wants God's favor, that propelled me through the game to its every end.

Burnout is not flawless, but its few drawbacks (the short time limits, strict boundaries and lack of length) matter little in the end. Its wicked gameplay dominates the experience making Burnout a must play, even if you're not a fan of the genre.

A minor disappointment, but easily one of the better soccer game experiences I've had.

Everything about this game has been done before. However, it has rarely been done better.

Surprisingly, the game features actual voice actors from the film. Rarely does a game get one, let alone an entire cast of Hollywood personalities supplying voice content for it.

If you loved Diablo than you will definitely love this game. If you liked parts of Diablo than you will love the game... If you love RPG's, you will love this game... If you love God and all good things... you will love this game.

If you already own the original, this is a must have. If you don't own the original; shame on you. Pick up Ghost Recon and the expansion in one swoop.

The game is great... once you make it past the first three levels. Those who like to jump in a game, and make their decision within minutes will be highly disappointed.

The game is refreshingly light, yet fully satisfying. Those looking to fulfill that RPG-RTS itch; should look no further.

Once the "coolness" fades after the third hour, you will wish you would have rented this and not purchased it.

If it weren't for the controls, this would have been a perfect game to add to your gaming collection or Sega collection, but I figure Sega spent too much time on graphics and not enough time realizing that "Hey, these controls are worse than Tomb Raider!"

The game really has it all. From perfect physics to great graphics, TP2002 is a solid, well-developed title.

Virtua Fighter 4 has moved in next door and I am coveting my neighbor until I am sore.

I have to point out that it is a rare thing indeed for a game to grab me the way Hot Shots Golf 3 did and hold onto me for three entire YEARS, especially considering the fact that it is a golf game.

Spy Hunter mangles a beloved classic arcade game beyond belief, and doesn't even take advantage of the capability of the GameCube in the process.

I found the games uninspiring, difficult to control and choppier than Steak-Ums.

Although the control is slightly irritating and the lack of modes disappointing, this game is just pure fun on snow.

One of the biggest downfalls of Knockout Kings is the mundane and boring audio track.

Supposing you can get passed the dull visuals, your guaranteed to run into boredom and confusion once everything is explored which is a hard pill to swallow trying to find what to do next.

As much time that actually went into the game (almost an embarrassing amount of time), the game felt unpolished like you were playing a beta version of it.

The gameplay, although amusing at first, is far too shallow to be interesting in the long run and you’ll end up feeling cheated even if you rent the game.

If you play platformers, you absolutely must buy this game. Meanwhile, watch as Maximo cuts the generic "jump and run" genre right in half.

One of those ideal rentals because of its short term appeal. There are some strong qualities here but the lack of difficulty makes any kind of extended play rather limited.

The only thing that really hurt the game was the lack of options and multiplayer functions.

An excellent game in nearly every way and actually manages to be an improvement over the original.

I will acknowledge that the graphics are well done, and the audio is superior to most; however the game plays like a mediocre console game that doesn't have the glamour of other FPS.

If NBA Courtside 2002 would have included a customizable season/player, added a ZONE defense and bumped up the AI a few notches; this could have easily been my favorite basketball game to date.

Overpriced and underappreciated.

Every character has a good, neutral, or evil status. However, these statuses are jokingly trivial, as they have no bearing on the story and change simply by choosing to attack friendly creatures or not. Seriously, it is hard to see why this is even included in the game.

The lack of exploration (linear gameplay) and terrible sound effects really plagued the game. I also was not keen on the control and shady camera angles.

With its great character design, cool story and spectacular battle system, its one of my favorite games of the series.

The Simpsons Road Rage is fun for short stretches of time, but it's a definite rent-first title.

Fun for a while, losing some steam when the boredom and insipidness of fetch questing kicks in. It's decent for an RPG, but nothing spectacular.

Beneath the basic plot of guy saves his woman and the world; there are quite a few surprising twists in the story here.

The camera angles were enigmatic and frustrating. The action on the screen was great when we were fairly close to the fighting, but once scaled out became chaotic. The personal feel of smacking each other around when close was decent and enjoyable; but once the action panned became impersonal and out of touch.

It can be improved upon, by making the story less ambiguous and more involving without making it feel like an afterthought. The gameplay aspect could definitely be less tedious and provide more side quests or alternative options.
