Some gaming cynics proudly state that playing videogames is a waste of your time and your life. Unfortunately, for us all, games like FIFA Street prove them right.

Futurama caters directly to the fans of the brilliant but troubled series. It has exactly what all fans require for their biased games. Otherwise Futurama is a completely average platformer that’s only worth a look in the bargain bin.

If you see a copy in a bargain bin someplace for less than $10 and you like FPS games, you might want to give it a try. Just watch out for those sadistic rednecks and their gimp suit.

If the developers could have found some way to incorporate all the aspects of the Playboy franchise, the possibilities for this game could have been endless. Instead, you get a game chocked full of mediocrity and in this genre of video game, mediocrity does not cut it.

The first FPS game for the PSP, and it's a great start. Although this game isn’t perfect, it does prove that a handheld can handle an FPS game…it just doesn’t prove it can handle it well.

Fans of the magazine will appreciate this pack of goodies dating from the magazine’s inception up until about a year ago. From covers to centerfolds, it’s all good and adds a little extra incentive to achieve all the goals set before you.

If you look at this as a racing game that uses skateboarding, you probably won't want to buy Downhill Jam. But if you like skateboarding games and want something new from the Tony Hawk franchise, then jam on over to the game story and pick up a copy of this game.

Line Rider 2 has something for everyone, but the game’s main story mode is quite demanding.

Spider-Man: Friend or Foe isn’t an awful game. It’s just a terribly forgettable game.

Unfortunately, the loose play control, cheap level design, unavoidable enemies, and a terrible in-game timer really make the cost of 1000 Wii Points unjustifiable.

The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon is one of those games you really want to love to play, but it is impossible to ignore all the flaws in the programming and design.

A good choice if you're looking for something that is the complete opposite of the latest offerings of shoot'em, smash'em, kill'em brand of games.

The developers at Planet Moon deserve some props. They have created a somewhat original concept, but just failed on the execution side of the gameplay.

Since the games are fun to play and well preserved, Gunblade NY & L.A. Machineguns Arcade Hits Pack is well-worth a one-night rental, but only devoted fans of the originals or arcade enthusiasts should consider a full-price purchase.

There are just too many good war games out there right now for you to even bother with this one.

The new levels are all simply great and have some genuinely scary moments (thankfully, since the original was never scary). However, nothing much else has been improved.

If you want trigger-happy jungle thrills, go back and play the couple of jungle levels in "SOCOM II" with some of your own '60s music blaring in the background. That's much better.

Being a fan of the original NES Blaster Master, I really wanted to like this new sequel but the game's many crater-sized flaws hold it back from being a great follow up.

Granted, Xbox Live capability is a great incentive, but considering the pedigree the Samurai Shodown series has of quality fighting games, its biggest fans will come away from this game wanting more.

So many things in this game are either unpolished or retarded that it’s hard to care about the subject matter.

When the rose petals fly across the screen after such a bloody intro, you know Tenchu: Fatal Shadows will be an extreme, if somewhat flawed, mixture of beauty and death.

In the heavily saturated strategy game market it is nice to see that someone can get back to the basics and make a game that is more about planning a strategy than memorizing hotkeys and map details.

While normally, this game wouldn’t be anything of particular interest, on an action-starved, multiplayer-deprived handheld, for some this may just be worth buying for anyone who is somewhat interested.

The truth here is this: the game should have been released two years ago as it was meant to. Hardcore comic fans might love the game, but for a casual gamer, it's an average offering in an already overcrowded genre.

Pales in the face of the competition. There is very little to unlock, XBox Live play is merely functional and lacks features, and there are very few extras.
