Very funny at first and technically impressive, Split/Second: Velocity is a very addictive game that brings you adrenaline constantly. It's a pity it has some balance and multiplayer problems tough.

Shrek: Forever After - The Game is, with no shadow of doubt, a title for all the young Shrek fans out there. However, it delivers a solid gameplay and some nice graphics that make it feel enjoyable by adult gamers as well.

Beyond the mere retro-chic, Bit.Trip Runner is a fast paced and addictive running game that is able to wake up the original spirit of a videogamer, through its simple concept. Sometimes frustrating but definitely something to try.

Thanks to its numerous and brilliant puzzles, Prince Of Persia: The Forgotten Sands in its PSP version stands as a great homage to the classic game by Jordan Mechner. Unfortunately some situations suffer from the sometimes unresponsive controls, that make Ubisoft's last effort more "hardcore" than it really is. Definitely a brief but intense experience.

Heroes of Newerth is a multiplayer RTS based on the classic DotA scenario for Warcraft 3, so it comes with a classic gameplay, a great number of characters and hundreds of items that you have to know and try in order to win a match. It can be a very though experience for all newcomers, as they need to play several matches only to know how to use some heroes.

Lost Planet 2 is a really good game if you are looking for a solid multiplayer experience. Storytelling and the single player campaign are a bit on a thin side if you are a lone wolf.

If you never played a skate episode before, this is probably the best skateboarding game around. If you already bought a previous chapter, keep in mind that this is just an update of an already great game.

Although it once again comes as the typical Naruto tie-in that fans should not be missing, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 for PSP offers only one "real" game mode, while the classic arcade mode has been eliminated. There are plenty of available characters, but the gameplay is getting old.

It probably will not surprise you, but Iron Man 2 is a mediocre game. We appreciated the presence of various elements of interest in the first episode, elements that unfortunately have not been developed (or included at all) in this sequel. Better luck next time?

Iron Man 2 is a decent action game, with nice controls and hundred of enemies to eliminate. Graphically, the armor of Iron Man is well done and the frame rate is fluid and stable, but the stages are poor and lack in detail. Fans of the superhero will probably appreciate.

Though the first Dementium was a decent survival horror, it suffered from a series of flaws that made the experience perhaps a bit too naive: poor plot, poor atmosphere, bad-designed monsters. This sequel solves almost all problems, delivering the same nice graphics at 60 fps, a nice artistic direction and very well-done enemies.

Picross 3D is one of the best puzzle games on the DS, but the third dimension didn't give a concrete benefit over the overall superior 2d experience.

Trials of St. Lucia is the second expansion to Dante's Inferno and it's better than Dark Forest. This DLC offers a full featured combat editor with which players can create, upload and share created trials with other players across the world and a online co-operative gameplay for two players with a new character. But not everything is perfect.

Even if It lacks of innovations and for someone could be a way too difficult, Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter represents a jump back to another shooter era, now with an updated visual and some new multiplayer options.

This new Dead to rights may appeal to B-Movie fans. For everyone else this is just a decent game with too many problems and a dog which just barks and doesn't bite.

Nier is just a well done average game unable to live up to action rpg's fans expectations. Its combat system can be fun, but the less than stellar story and the plagued graphics don't help in winning this epic battle.

This edition of FIFA, devoted to the upcoming world soccer championship is not a simple more of the same of the last FIFA, but it's almost a brand new game, blessed by a great visual revamping, and some good fixings to gameplay. It's the best soccer game so far, despite the obvious lack of club teams and some game modes, but it's impossible not to recognize the great work made by Electronic Arts.

The PSP version of 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa comes with a series of flaws that undermine the gameplay both in offline (poor IA, awful corner kicks) and online (heavy lag issues) modes. There are plenty of game modes, however, and fans of the series should give it a try.

DodoGo! is a very big surprise for DsiWare. A game where an egg it's the most important thing in the world, a puzzle where a Dodo it's your best friend. 800 Dsi point are well spent for one of the best game of the DSiWare.

Drake's Fortune Multiplayer Pack does not add a lot to Uncharted 2: Among Thieves but the two new maps designed by Naughty Dogs are visually awesome and enjoyable. At a cheap price you will gain two excellent maps, six new characters and new Trophies. This content is easily avoidable if you do not dig a lot into the Uncharted 2 multiplayer online mode but if you enjoy a daily frag or two, then look no further while waiting for the next update.

Fast, spectacular and exciting, After Burner Climax looks like the perfect remake of the classic arcade game. The choice of three different planes but also the novelty of the Climax Mode increases the depth of the gameplay, but the game is far too short to last more than a few days.

Sam & Max are back and the first episode of the third season does not change the formula: humor, puzzles and a crazy detective dog with his fellow assistant. New Max's powers and an intricate storytelling are good enough to keep you playing for this good 4-5 hours adventure.

Conviction can't be the perfect epilogue for the saga. The new Sam Fisher's adventure is well structured, with a fluid and fast gameplay and an intricate and addictive plot but it has several technical glitches and imperfections. But if you don't mind about these problems, you'll play Conviction from the start until the end and will appreciate every single part of its gameplay.
