Empire of the Ants is a strange blend of RPG and RTS action. However, it is the ultrarealistic world and the phenomenal audio that makes this shine. Though the camera angle was occasionally horrible, I enjoyed the variety of missions and the interesting but flawed story.- Movies Games and Tech

Reanimal has a dark story, carefully crafted for a deep exploration into the concept of dehumanization using animals as symbols. The gameplay is fully 3D and features improved combat, but falls short in its platforming and puzzles. The visuals are outstanding, creating an eye-catching dark atmosphere and world with high-fidelity graphics and perfect performance. Sound design and soundtracks harmonize with the visuals to further immerse the player in its darkness. Reanimal has both improvements and drawbacks, with enough shortcomings to place it slightly below Little Nightmares 2.- Movies Games and Tech

Skautfold: Usurper is a tough Metroidvania and Souls-like hybrid. Consequently, it is cruel, unfair, and will drive you insane. However, if you can put up with its challenging ways, you'll discover a rewarding experience that will break your balls.- Movies Games and Tech

Blood West is a cruel and tough stealth FPS. Moreover, its retro approach and slow-gameplay will appeal to older gamers. However, its brutal learning curve will put off many would-be fans.- Movies Games and Tech

Gloomy Eyes is a wholesome and memorable puzzle title. The sombre setting, interesting characters, and fascinating problems will keep you hooked. Sadly, it is too short and I wanted more. However, I loved every moment.- Movies Games and Tech

I would certainly recommend Indika to any fans of platformers or story-driven adventures. It doesn’t take long at all to connect with these characters and the story. One warning is the game is quite short, it currently sits with an average of a four-hour playtime on Howlongtobeat.com. It’s also not the most replayable experience, there isn’t much outside of the story to do. So if you’re looking for something to keep you entertained for a longer time frame, this might not be for you. For me personally, I think it was an appropriate length for the story it was telling and I wasn’t at all bothered by its short length. I’m very much looking forward to seeing what Odd Meter produce next.- Movies Games and Tech

The story is ordinary and acceptable and strong in some final parts. The gameplay is extremely smooth, varied and fun, the camera movement is a bit difficult and the loadings are annoying. Great level design makes the game never repetitive. The visuals are beautiful and the art is charming, but it doesn’t run at 4k60fps. The soundtracks are very catchy.- Movies Games and Tech

For a game that had to be entirely re-designed and re-dressaged, Them’s Fightin’ Herds is an impressive barn stormer that comes out swinging, with an effective mix of the 2D adventure genre and fighting formula that appeals to both the offline and online crowds.- Movies Games and Tech

Pirates Outlaws is a challenging rogue-like title with deck-building mechanics. You must complete each run, earn repute, and unlock every pirate. Accordingly, if you do this, you'll open new pathways and more tactical elements. However, a lack of a deep story was irksome.- Movies Games and Tech

It’s super fun, relaxing, at times stressful but at the end of the day super entertaining and rewarding. I give it a 9/10. The only real issue was that the game was so good that the story couldn’t keep me compelled enough to pay attention. But it barely caused any problems to my overall enjoyment!- Movies Games and Tech

In conclusion, the Tomba! Special Edition is a lovingly crafted tribute to a game that deserves to be remembered. While it may not be for everyone, especially those who prefer more polished, modern experiences. It’s a must-play for fans of retro games or anyone looking to explore a unique piece of gaming history. This edition goes above and beyond, offering a mix of nostalgia and new features that make it a worthwhile experience for both old fans and newcomers alike.- Movies Games and Tech

Besides how I feel, no one has to be a perfect card player to play this game or know how to play it. It’s mostly how to cheat and that is all taught to the player right before the real card games begin. Of course speed, accuracy, and memorizing are also key points to winning each game. So then when you do win you can move forward to even higher stake tables. Lastly, the game will provide plenty of challenges, build some great skills, and is a bunch of fun when you’re able to cheat your way to the top!- Movies Games and Tech

Young Souls is an excellent adventure title with both hack' n' slash and RPG elements. Can you work together to save the professor, stop the goblins, and save the town? Scour each dungeon, grab as much loot, and use magic and brute force to be victorious.- Movies Games and Tech

Overall, Ys X: Nordics balances the familiar and the new, delivering an enjoyable experience for fans despite a few missteps. The land-based combat and character interactions are a hit, while the naval exploration and combat could benefit from refinement. It’s a game that brings excitement for long-time Ys fans and offers a good starting point for newcomers, albeit with the caveat that it may not be the series’ best effort at sea.- Movies Games and Tech

F1 Manager 2022 is a fantastic sports simulation title. With an in-depth and methodical approach, this will be a hit with its many fans. I loved the slow planning stages, the hiring and firing of staff, and the layers of research and development. What's more, the racing is enthralling, intense, and everything you'd hope it would be. If you love F1, then you'll adore this.- Movies Games and Tech

Spirit Hunters: Death Mark II is a visual horror novel that delivers some stunning visuals but is an otherwise okay video game. While the story felt cliche at some moments, there were some bright spots in the 20 hours I spent with the game. While Suspensive Acts was my favorite part of the game, playing it sometimes felt frustrating because of the RNG nature. Fans of the franchise might be happy to see the original characters return. For fans of visual novels, there are better options for anyone looking for a horror visual novel game.- Movies Games and Tech

This long-running franchise has seen some excellent additions over the years. Therefore, it may be foolhardy to say that this is one of the best. Other than its obvious shortcomings, this is a brilliant game that enhances the fighting genre. I adored the mixture of classic gameplay with new user-friendly elements. If the developers had enhanced the story mode, then this would have been exceptional.- Movies Games and Tech

Let me make it clear that I am no fan of Rouge-likes or Rouge-lites and I certainly have not watched a second of Fairy Tail, but still, I had a blast with this one. Now take that as you will but as far as I am concerned, Fairy Tail: Dungeons is a recommendation from me.- Movies Games and Tech

Planet Zoo is the ultimate Simulator game; incredible visuals, sleek menus and design, with a thoughtful story that keeps you engaged the whole time. Authentic animals and locations, coupled with depth that is unrivalled in this genre, Planet Zoo is a beautiful and memorising experience. Great variety in game modes and a truly unique online experience help keep this game refreshing and exciting no matter how much you play. It’s a testament to Frontier that I cannot wait to go back into my zoo and continue to innovate and create my ultimate sanctuary for the animals. A simulator game for the whole Animal Kingdom.- Movies Games and Tech

Cusinieer is a delightful game that combines restaurant management with food-themed action adventure in a charming way. With its lovable characters, funny moments, and engaging gameplay, it’s sure to keep you entertained for hours. And hey, who knew fighting food could be so much fun? With its mix of humour, creativity, and tasty challenges, Cusinieer gets a solid recommendation from me. Just be careful not to get overwhelmed by the lunch rush—those hungry customers can be quite demanding!- Movies Games and Tech

Those issues aside, Wreckfest provides a strong offering full of content that will appeal to both casuals and fans alike. Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! is a fantastic game that is perfect for newcomers to the Puzzle Bobble series. This title has fun, addicting gameplay, lots of different modes and levels, and is presented beautifully. While it has some flaws such as its annoying voice acting and lackluster story, the game is still enjoyable throughout the runtime. Overall Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! is a fantastic game that you should pick up if you are interested in puzzle games or arcade games.- Movies Games and Tech

Overall, despite my many confusions, I enjoy the game’s complexity. The narrative is super enticing and has my attention and is full of twists that I was not expecting—and I’m only a few hours in! The gameplay is yes, complex at times and can be slightly confusing in the beginning, but I think that’s part of the charm to the game. Once you get more comfortable with the many elements in play, things will start making a lot more sense. As someone who went in completely blind to the Pathologic series, I thoroughly enjoyed my time and will continue to play, potentially after I give the previous installments a try. This is one that I can happily recommend!- Movies Games and Tech
